감성 만족도의 정량화를 위한 퍼지 소속 함수 개발 (Development of Fuzzy Membership Function for Emotional Satisfaction Quantification)

  • Fuzzy theory provides an intelligence treatment model for judgement about information when it needs a solution or a decision making about vague problems. Therefore, fuzzy theory is used for appropriate evaluation and decision on obscure information as human's emotion in human factors, In previous study, fuzzy membership function is defined for judgement infOlmation as human's emotion then ultimate results are deducted through fuzzy inference model. This method uses general CWTent through literature review or max, min and average as representative statics value about considering variables. But, this method makes away with nonlinear's or inegular's factors of human sensibility. Accordingly, application of this method leads to considerable loss of information in the ultimate evaluation. For that reason, this method has a limitation in objective evaluation of human factors. So, this study focuses on development of fuzzy membership function, which evaluates human's emotion or feeling accurately and objectively. We used the regression analysis and reasoned a fuzzy membership function about the relation of the variables. Then we verified the adequacy with the reliability through the experiment after this.

감성에 소구(訴求)하는 가구조형의 패턴 연구 (A Study on Furniture Patterns Appealing to Emotions)

  • Modern furniture design is advancing by putting value on individual sensitivity. Accordingly, this study will focus on optical art, which can give various changes in people's sensitivity. Optical art was actively applied in various fields of image, photograph, fashion, textile, accessory and interior from the 1950s till the 1960s. Optical art realized by Victor Vasarely (1908~) opened a new trend in art by accurately realizing concise and precise expressions. This study analyzed the impact of pattern expression on sensitivity in optical art and suggested a method, which can spatiotemporally maximize the emotional change by combining optical art with the form of furniture. Modern furniture design is changing toward the direction of fitting to the propensity and emotional taste of an individual. Accordingly, this study analyzed the emotional expression felt in the furniture modeling works featured by concise, straight and standardized rectangular shape. Based on the result of analysis, this study would like to suggest a method to utilize optical pattern as a means for emotional design, with which people are able to perform various emotional expressions while keeping the function and form of furniture.

  • 사용자의 감성적 요구의 증대로 최근 급성장하고 있는 온라인 게임 산업에도 감성적 성향을 가진 게임 개발에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 게임의 근간이 되는 인간의 감성을 자극하여 몰입을 유도하는 온라인 게임개발에 있어서 반드시 거쳐야 하는 평가단계가 있는데, 이 단계에서 게임의 기능은 물론 감성적 평가를 할 수 있는 감성 평가시스템은 사용성과 인간 감성 욕구를 게임 출시 전에 검증해볼 수 있는 평가방법으로 알려져 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 감성 평가시스템의 효용성과 타당성 검증에 관한 연구 결과가 부재한 현 상황에서 본 연구는 피 실험자인 일반 사용자 그룹을 통해 Jakob Nielson의 사용성 평가시스템과 비교하여 게임의 평가 도구로써 감성 평가시스템의 유용성 및 타당성에 관하여 연구하고자 한다.

2세 영아의 정서조절 측면에서 나타나는 교사의 의미 (The Meaning of Teachers as they Manifest themselves in the Emotional Regulation of 2 Year Old Infants)

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate meaning of teachers as they manifest themselves in the emotional regulation of 2year old infants in a daycare center. In addition, the research attempts to provide basic research data that can be used as a guideline for teacher's awareness, roles, attitudes, and classroom management for infant's emotional education in the future. To achieve this goal, participatory observation was conducted in a child care center class for infants under 2 years old from January 17 to January 29, 2012. The teacher is defined as follow : Teachers are authority figures whose image is that of absolute authority, and coupled with their dual role of passive caretakers. Additionally, they function as guides who guided infants through the process of emotional socialization, and played the central role of emotional contagion from whose expression speech and atmosphere the said infants receive much influence. Such results seemed to indicate that teachers today do not fully comprehend the importance of their roles in influencing the emotion regulation of infants.

공과대학생의 정서조절전략이 대인관계 갈등대처전략에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Engineering Students' Emotional Regulation Strategies on Interpersonal Conflict Coping Strategies)

  • This study examined how emotion regulation strategies specifically function in the interpersonal conflict coping strategies of engineering students. For this purpose, a interpersonal conflict coping strategies and emotion regulation strategies scale was used for 548 engineering students. Multiple regression analysis was conducted. Among the emotion regulation strategies, the "return to body" strategy was related to understanding, validation, focusing, and the "stop action" strategy. In particular, the "stop action" strategy was closely related only to the "return to body" strategy. Among interpersonal conflict coping strategies, the dominating strategy used both positive emotion regulation strategies, such as high refocus on planning, and negative emotion regulation strategies, such as other-blame. Additionally, among negative conflict coping strategies, it was confirmed that both aggression and negative emotional expression, which seem to have similar attributes, share a common feature of having high difficulty in emotional clarity. However, in the case of negative emotional expression, it is characterized by a lack of putting into perspective and high other-blame. On the other hand, the agression strategy seemed to have different characteristics, such as high self-blame and low return to body. By investigating the relationship between interpersonal conflict coping strategies and specific emotion regulation strategies, this study provides implications for education and intervention on which specific emotion regulation strategies need to be cultivated for engineering students to improve their interpersonal conflict resolution capabilities.

양친이 안계신 가정 아동의 정서${\cdot}$행동문제에 대한 연구 -사회인구학적 변인 및 양육자의 양육태도를 중심으로 - (Emotional & Behavioral Problems in Children from Broken Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine emotional and behavioral problems of children from broken families. The subjects of the study were 200(100girls, 100boys) 5th and 6th grade children from P city in Kyuug-gi area. The main results were as follows; First, children from broken families showed some behavior problems such as aggressiveness, anxiety, developmental disorder, absences from school, bad-habits and attention-seeking behaviors. The parenting behaviors of broken families were characterized as negative, rejective, and inconsistent behaviors. Second, emotional and behavioral problems of children from broken families varied as a function of child sex, care giver, reason of loss and parenting.

  • The application of e-Voting plays an important role in order to support democracy activities in Indonesia, such as elections at different levels. E-Voting has the function of providing better service to people in order to participate in elections. This research attempts to develop the appearance of the user interface of e-Voting based on users' emotional preferences using Kansei Engineering. Kansei Engineering is used in this research to analyze emotional feelings regarding e-Voting applications' presented Kansei words and give a recommendation on the most suitable user interface to be considered in their development. This research observed two main users' emotional feelings ("calm" and "formal") selected from ten Kansei words. The final recommendation is a conceptual element designed for designing e-Voting applications based on the Kansei word "calm".

외식기업의 멘토링 기능이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 상사신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Mentoring Functions in Foodservice Company on Organizational Commitment - Focused on Mediating Effect of Trust toward Supervisor -)

  • The aim of this study was to better understand the factors of the mentoring function in the foodservice industry that improve the organizational commitment of subordinates, and to asses the roles that trust towards supervisors play in the relationship between the mentoring and organizational commitment. A survey was of subordinates who were conducting the mentoring in foodservice companies (hotels, family restaurants) located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area was conducted from May 1 to May 30, 2008. The questionnaires were distributed to 400 employees in 50 restaurants and, 341 of them were received and a total of 320 were finally analyzed. The results were as follows. First, the effect of mentoring functions on the organizational commitment of subordinates indicated that the career developing function and psychosocial function had a significant positive effect on the emotional commitment and normative commitment (p<.01), and the career developing function, psychosocial function and role modeling function had a significant positive effect on the enduring commitment (p<.01). Second, the mediating roles of supervisory trust in the relationship between mentoring functions and organizational commitment of subordinates indicated that supervisory trust mediated the relationship between the career developing function of the mentoring functions, and enduring commitment and normative commitment in addition, it met the mediating requirements in terms of the relationship between the role modeling function, and the emotional commitment, enduring commitment and normative commitment. Consequently, the high career developing function, psychosocial function and role modeling function in mentoring raised the level of organizational commitment;thus, the mentoring system should used as on of the mentoring functions in the foodservice industry and mentoring functions should be also established.

기술적인 화질 지표 조절양 최적화를 통한 감성 화질 향상 방안 (Methodologies to Improve Emotional Image Qualities by Optimizing Technological Image Quality Metrics)

  • 다양한 이미지 샘플의 Eye test를 바탕으로 기술적인 화질 지표 조절을 통하여 감성 화질을 최적화 시키는 방법이 소개된다. 여러 가지 이미지 콘텐츠의 다양한 이미지에 대하여, 콘트라스트, 명도, 채도 화질 지표 톤 커브를 사용하여 평가가 수행 되었다. 이미지 화질 향상에 기여하는 우선순위는 명암, 채도 및 밝기 순으로 분석 되었다. 이미지 감성 화질 측정치의 기술적인 화질 지표 변화에 따른 기울기의 공통점을 살펴본 결과, 거의 0, 중간 그리고 최대 기울기의 영역으로 구성된 함수 형태로 모델링을 할 경우, 기존의 역 U 형태의 성질 뿐 아니라 log 또는 포화 형태의 감성 화질 변화까지 분석 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 단일 및 복수의 화질 지표의 경우에 대하여도 화질 개선 방안이 모색되었으며, 기존 및 본 논문에서 분석된 결과를 위한 새로운 함수가 소개 되었다. 복수의 통합적 이미지 화질 지표를 통하여 향상 시킬 경우 오직 몇몇 한정된 지표 제어의 경우에만 실현 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 화질 향상 방법은 영상 콘텐츠에 따라 크게 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다.

사회복무요원의 자아분화와 자아탄력성이 복무 부적응행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Differentiation and Ego-Resilience on Service Maladjustment Behaviors of Social Service Agent)

  • 본 연구문제를 검증하기 위한 자료 수집은 서울지역 소재지 복무기관에서 복무 중인 사회복무요원을 대상으로 설문지 총 470부를 배부하여 427부를 통계분석자료로 사용하였다. 측정도구는 자아분화수준 척도, 자아탄력성 척도, 복무 부적응행동 척도를 사용하였으며, 연구문제 검증을 위한 통계처리는 일원변량분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복무요원의 관련변인에 대한 전반적인 경향성을 살펴본 결과, 자아분화와 자아탄력성은 중간점수보다 약간 높은 수준이었고, 복무부적응행동은 보통보다 약간 낮은 수준으로 사회복무요원들이 대체로 복무에 적응을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복무요원의 인구사회학적 특성, 자아분화와 자아탄력성이 복무 부적응행동에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아본 결과, 복무 부적응행동의 모든 하위변인에 인구사회학적 특징, 자아분화와 자아탄력성이 모두 유의미한 영향을 주었다. 사회적 위축에는 대인관계 효율성, 낙관적 태도, 가족퇴행 분화수준이 부적인 영향을 미쳤고, 정서적 단절, 학력, 복무기간이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 과잉행동에는 가족퇴행 분화수준, 분노조절, 인지 대 정서가 부적인 영향을 주었고, 자아통합은 정적인 영향을 주었다. 공격성에는 가족퇴행과 인지 대 정서의 분화수준, 분노조절, 가정의 경제적 수준이 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 강박성에는 가족퇴행, 낙관적 태도, 인지 대 정서, 가정의 경제적 수준, 복무기간이 부적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
