Knowledge management (KM) is emerging as a robust management mechanism with which an organization can remain highly intelligent and competitive in a turbulent market. Organization knowledge is at the heart of KM success. As a vehicle of acquiring organizational knowledge in a distributed decision-making environment, we applied a fuzzy cognitive map (FMM) technique and proved its effectiveness in a distributed knowledge management environment. Our approach was applied to the financial statement analysis problem, yielding a robust result.

최근 초고속 인터넷의 발전과 더불어 영화, 게임, 음악, e-Book 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 디지털 컨텐츠 산업이 발전하고 있다. 바야흐로 21세기는 컨텐츠가 하드웨어를 지배하는 시대이며, 가치를 창출하는 시대로 변화할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 컨텐츠 기술 및 시장에 대한 개요를 간단히 살펴본 후, 최근에 컨텐츠의 유통과 보호 측면에서 유망 기술로 주목을 받고 있는 CDN과 DRM 기술의 동향, 그리고 컨텐츠 산업의 발전 전망을 살펴보기로 한다.

Commercial services providing quantum cryptographic communication are available in China and the United States of America (USA), and a commercial cloud service for quantum computing is available in the USA. This has been possible since the early stage prototypes of quantum technologies have transitioned from theory to practical applications. This has led to the development of a new industrial ecosystem so that governments are announcing plans to support further research and development, new ventures are being launched, and a market is emerging. We will discuss the technological possibilities of future developments from the early-stage achievements.

Insurance medicine has been known to medical risk selection. The role of insurance medicine is sound maintenance of insurance system. So it's function is medical underwriting of life risks. However, emerging market has insufficient medical epidemiological research that is necessary for estimation of extra-risk and such market is usually lack of full understanding of life insurance among insurance customers. This problem makes difficult of performing the medical underwriting, as an original insurance medicine. Medical contributions at the stage of claims adjudication comparing the coverage provided in the product, with the information provided in the claims, based on medical records and the agreement between them. This is called medical verification. The insurance doctors can also use their medical knowledge to help the claims staff with informing claimants about the medical basis of claims decisions.

Recently, wind power generation is an emerging industry expanding its market rapidly thanks to the increasing need to solve the scarcity of fossil fuels and the risk of potential global warming. Wind power generation has shown to be an effective response plan to global warming, showing the most price competitiveness among the renewable energy sources by its higher efficiency. Therefore wind energy has attracted considerable attention as the industrial growth drive for the next generation. Considering Korea's high dependence of overseas energy resources, the importance of wind power is growing as the most effective alternative energy source to ensure energy security as well as becoming a key strategic industry for exports. In this study, the social and economic effects of the wind power industry is discussed and the current status and the future prospects of the wind energy market is also examined.

Nowadays, mobile is one of the leading technique fields. So when the company considers adapting CRM$^1$ through using mobile, the company can establish customer's satisfaction more efficiently. However, it hasn't been much studied in this filed of mobile although there has been remarkable advancement research on the technical area. When it comes to CRM in Korea, CBM is developed at the world status on the technique as well as service. And companies are realizing the importance of emerging customers market on their market strategy, so they are trying to attract new customers and also fasten loyal customers. This research will make us foresee and follow m-CRM trend and also give the companies how companies make a module appropriately for their strategy towards m-CRM$^2$.

The ubiquitous technology, leading the stream of change in telecommunication market, makes VoIP a foundation technology to enter NGN era. With this trend in mind, VoIP providers try to satisfy customer needs and invest on R&D in order to survive in this emerging market. The critical issues to VoIP providers are two fold the first one is to find out the quality attributes of Internet telephony service; and the second one is to assess the impact they have on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer performance. In this study, we attempt to empirically answer the above two issues employing SEM (structural equation modeling) and AHP (analytic hierarchy process), and suggest strategic guidelines for successful deployment of Internet telephony service.

A combined cycle, 'HYBRID', is emerging as a new power generation technology that is particularly suitable for the distributed power generation system, with high energy efficiency and low pollutant emission. Currently micro gas turbines and fuel cells are attracting a lot of attention to meet the future needs in the distributed power generation market. This hybrid system may have every advantages of both systems because a gas turbine is synergistically combined with a fuel cell into a unique combined cycle. The hybrid system is believed to become a leading runner in the distributed power generation market. This paper introduces a current plan associated with the development of the hybrid system which consists of a micro gas turbine and a solid-oxide fuel cell(SOFC).

Global climate change is significant issue in marine ecosystem and fishery market. According to rising of both seawater temperature and sea-level, global fishery environment and marine ecosystem are changing drastically. Moreover, over-exploitation in fishery areas is the most important issue in the marine ecosystem conservation. In analysis and statistics of global network, major fish populations are decreasing very fastly, but fish catch are increasing annually. It means balance between product and consume is not appropriate in the global market. China as emerging new fish consumer in the world is strongly developing fishery industry and technology. In this paper, I try to review a relationship between marine ecosystem and climate change in global scale according to references. I also suggested possibility of sustainable global fishery in changing marine ecosystem by analysis of some related reports of international global fishery.

In this paper, we present a case study of a new emerging business startup involved in smart house appliances. The irreversible investment concept and real-option theory are introduced as the fundamentals of the model. By using games theory we show that the startup's actions can trigger reactions from other firms. The first part covers initial the research and development stage, while the second part covers production and commercialization. The findings of this study suggest that, given a certain amount of initial investment, an open and shared innovation may lead to hurting a firm's investment while strengthening the competitors' position in the market. However, given the sensitivity analysis, when volatility and demand grow favorably, sharing R&D investment is not a bad option for a new player to adjust its position in the market while still maintaining positive returns.
