An Emergency Destruction System is inevitable for ensuring safety both at sea and in populated areas, particularly during emergency detonations triggered by abnormal missile flight or upon mission completion. This paper introduces a novel method for developing an Emergency Destruction System capable of precisely calculating the Instantaneous Impact Point(IIP) during high-speed, maneuverable long-range surface-to-air missile flight tests. The Emergency Destruction System designed for long-range surface-to-air missile flight tests generates impact position tables that meticulously incorporate wind errors and navigation equations based on the Earth's ellipsoidal model. Factors such as the Coriolis effect and the direction of the gravitational acceleration vector are accounted for, significantly enhancing the accuracy of IIP determination amidst highly variable missile speed and attitude.
COSPAS-SARSAT 406 MHz emergency beacons include ELTs for aviation, EPIRBs for maritime, and PLBs for individuals in distress. They are used to sending messages encoded on 406 MHzdistress frequency and sending alertsfor search and rescue in distress. C/S T.001 and T.018 are COSPAS-SARSAT technical documents. They include basic technical information needed for developing beacons, howmessages are constructed, and test methods for type approval. COSPAS-SARSAT systems that use existing low earth orbit (LEO) and geostationary earth orbit (GEO) satellites do not have a return link service (RLS). So, the survivors could not confirm whether the distress signal was sending or not. However, a new medium earth orbit (MEO)satellite system has been added to thissystem, allowing confirmation through the RLS function. This paper analyzed C/S T.001 and T.018 needed to develop navigation structuresthat incorporated improved PLB of 406 MHz, a homing signal generator of 121.5 MHz, and a VHF AM transmitter for aviation of 243 MHz.
This paper describes the improvement of power control characteristics of ship's emergency lighting power supply(SELPS), by which electric power is controlled extensively, and power ON-OFF is controlled and system parameter monitored in remote distance by PC serial communication. Proposed system is composed of step-down converter(SDC), emergency power supply circuit(EPSC), half bridge(HB) inverter, fluorescent lamp(FL) starting circuit, microprocessor control and multi communication circuit. Experimental works confirm that relative system stops when over current is detected and speedy and stable emergency power is supplied when main power source cut-off, and controls input power up to 35[$\%$] by adjusting pulse frequency of the HB inverter, and ON-OFF control of multiple SELS, real time transmission and monitor of parameters as to voltage, current, and power values are performed appropriately by PC communication.

Emergencies and disasters can happen any time without any warning, and things can change and escalate very quickly, and often it is swift and decisive actions that make all the difference. It is a responsibility of the building facility management to ensure that a proven evacuation plan in place to cover various worst scenario to handled automatically inside the facility. To mapping out optimal safe escape routes is a straightforward undertaking, but does not necessarily guarantee residents the highest level of protection. The emergency evacuation navigation approach is a state-of-the-art that designed to evacuate human livings during an emergencies based on real-time decisions using live sensory data with pre-defined optimum path finding algorithm. The poor decision on causalities and guidance may apparently end the evacuation process and cannot then be remedied. This paper propose a cloud connected emergency evacuation system model to react dynamically to changes in the environment in emergency for safest emergency evacuation using IoT based emergency exit sign system. In the previous researches shows that the performance of optimal routing algorithms for evacuation purposes are more sensitive to the initial distribution of evacuees, the occupancy levels, and the type and level of emergency situations. The heuristic-based evacuees routing algorithms have a problem with the choice of certain parameters which causes evacuation process in real-time. Therefore, this paper proposes an evacuee routing algorithm that optimizes evacuation by making using high computational power of cloud servers. The proposed algorithm is evaluated via a cloud-based simulator with different "simulated casualties" are then re-routed using a Dijkstra's algorithm to obtain new safe emergency evacuation paths against guiding evacuees with a predetermined routing algorithm for them to emergency exits. The performance of proposed approach can be iterated as long as corrective action is still possible and give safe evacuation paths and dynamically configure the emergency exit signs to react for real-time instantaneous safe evacuation guidance.

The function of river navigation is being reconsidered from the viewpoints of environment-friendly and energy-efficient, easing traffic congestion, emergency transport in disaster, and supporting tourism and recreation activities, etc. The purpose of this study is to identify current trends and problems of river navigation in Japan and indicate the role that river navigation should play in future and the directionality of development. This study focused on disaster prevention function with especially high importance degree in metropolitan area from among various functions of river navigation, and showed potential of river navigation corresponding to stranded commuter who is examined as a serious problem in government.
A variety of methods for indoor positioning systems have been underway to ensure the safety of emergency rescuers who are working in dangerous situations such as fire fighters. However, since most systems display locations of rescue workers in two-dimension (2D)-based maps, it is difficult for a commander located in the outside to recognize locations of rescuers inside the building intuitively. An augmented reality (AR)-based indoor positioning monitoring system can display locations of rescuer inside the building that can be seen by commanders to help intuitive recognition of positioning. To monitor AR-based indoor positioning, it is necessary to have an estimation technique of line of sight vector of observers. In the present study, an estimation technique of a line of sight vector using ultra-wide band tranceiver installed inside the indoor to trace locations is presented.
In this paper, we propose the parser structure to realize the encoder which is standardized encoding rules to code and store the medical waveform such as an electrocardiogram or an blood pressure in aviation emergency medical service. To design the encoder based on the MDER, the effect on the scope of each tag should be considered. we design the parser with the root property which is to clarify the effect of scope between tags. the presented parser is implemented and compared with the other structures.

The basic service model is to be process transmting patient health information from various medical devices to evacuation hospital through gateway collecting it in aerial emergency medicine environments. In this paper, we study on the most secure transmission scheme in case that personal patient informations are transmitted from medical devices to gateway. Moreover we compare and analyze existing methods on secure transmission and suggest an optimal alternative on the basis of international standard, ISO/IEEE 11073.
Nowdays the mobile traffic have been greatly increasing. This traffic increment has been caused the lack of frequency. To solve this problem, many study to improve the frequency efficiency in the field of mobile communication has been performed in a variety angle. However this kind of study was focused to 1:1 traffic. This paper propose the allocation scheme of the receiving channel in 1:N group traffic. This method apply to the TRS(Trunk Radio System) that use for the emergency disaster telecommunications. The result of the study show the performance improvement in the call loss ratio and load distribution in the group channel.

This paper presents a VR-simulated sailor training platform for emergency in order to prevent a human error that causes 60~80% of domestic/ abroad marine accidents. Through virtual reality technology, the proposed platform provides an interaction method for proficiency of procedures in emergency, and a crowd control method for controlling crowd agents in a virtual ship environment. The interaction method uses speech recognition and gesture recognition to enhance the immersiveness and efficiency of the training. The crowd control method provides natural simulations of crowd agents by applying a behavior model that reflects the social behavior model of human. To examine the efficiency of the proposed platform, a prototype whose virtual training scenario describes the outbreak of fire in a ship was implemented as a standalone system.
