In-Process Cutter Runout Compensation Using Repetitive Learning Control

  • This paper presents the in-process compensation to control cutter ronout and to improve the machined surface quality. Cutter ronout compensation system consists of the micro-positioning servo system with piezoelectric actuator which is embeded in the sliding table to manipulate radial depth of cut in real-time. Cutting force feedback control was proposed in the angle domain based upon repetitive learning control strategy to eliminate chip load variation in end milling process. Micro-positioning control due to adaptive actuation force response improves the machined surface quality by cutter ronout compensation.

  • 동적인 이동 네트워크는 다중의 무선 Ad-hoc 네트워크들로 구성된 독립적인 WPAN(Wireless Personal Network)이 모인 이동 네트워크의 한 종류이다. 휴대폰과 같은 모바일 장치들이 동적인 이동 네트워크에서 모바일 라우터로 동작하기 때문에 트래픽 과부하, 네트워크 신뢰도, 에너지 소모율 등의 네크워크 fail과 관련된 문제점 들이 제시된다. 따라서 동적인 이동 네트워크에서 fault tolerant 메커니즘은 필수적인 이슈가 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 빠른 경로 변경 메커니즘과 추가적인 모바일 라우터 선정 메커니즘을 이용하여 향상된 fault tolerant 메커니즘을 제시한다. 최종적으로 모의실험을 통해 에너지 소모율과 패킷 손실 측면에서의 효율성을 보여줄 것이다.

  • 임베디드 시스템에서의 응용 개발 기술들은 주로 임베디드 장치에 종속적인 것들로 CPU, 다양한 입력장치, 네트워크, 디스플레이, 사용자 인터페이스에 따라 개별적으로 소프트웨어 및 서버스들을 개발하는 방식으로, 소프트웨어의 내용과 복잡도의 증가에 따른 개발의 어려움이 증가하는 구조이다. 또한 네트워크를 기반으로 한 임베디드 시스템에서 이기종간의 상호운영이 가능한 서비스의 개발이 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자바 기반의 임베디드 ORB를 설계한다. 설계한 ORB는 임베디드 OS 환경에 자바 비추얼 머신 상에서 동작 하므로 다양한 임베디드 시스템에서 별도의 코스 변환이나 수정 없이 이용할 수 있는 표준화된 API를 제공하며 모듈화를 통해 기능의 확장과 축소가 가능한 구조를 가진다. 또한 minimumCORBA 사양을 준수 함으로서 기존의 CORBA 서비스나 제품들과 상호 운영성을 유지한다.

  • In this paper, design of current and speed controller for DC motor drive system using Embedded Target for TI C2000DSP in Matlab/Simulink is introduced. Current and speed controller is designed and implemented using program simply and easily, and speed control response of DC motor can be advanced. Current and speed control of DC motor is carried in eZdsp F2812 control board using Embeded Target for TI C2000DSP in Matlab/Simulink. Speed feedback is processed through A/D converter using tacho generator as speed sensor, and current feedback is processed through A/D converter using hall sensor as current sensor. Controller is designed to PI current controller and PI speed controller. Current and speed response is verified through simulations and experiments.

  • In this paper, we proposed a robust watermarking algorithm based on fuzzy inference and human visual system. In the first, discrete wavelet transform(DWT) is involved to calculate additive energy strength, then we devised fuzzy inference, which was established by computing contrast and texture degree in gray-level image. Watermark is embeded into the coefficients of 3-level DWT so as to consider a spatial effects. Visual recognizable patterns such as binary image were used as a watermark Consequently, experimental results showed that proposed algorithm is robust in JPEC compression.

  • Since April, 1957, 200 White Leghorn and 100 Newhampshire had been brought to the poultry farm of our college from Songwhan National Breeding Station. The looses due to avian tuberculosis were 67 chickens by June, 1959. Thirteen of them were examined histopathologically. Grayish white tuberculous nodules varying in size were recognized in the liver, spleen, bone marrow, and intestine of all affected birds. The heart rind testis were involved in each case, and pulmonary tuberculosis which, unlike in mammals, was kown to be rarely encountered in birds was observed in two cases. One case showed amyloid like degeneration in hepatic cell cords of the liver, glomerular tufts and collecting ducts of the kidney. Lesions in the spleen presented typical Sago spleen. Sections from the liver, spleen, intestine, and lungs were stained by Ziel-Neelsen stain. Acid Fast stained bacilli were found embeded in the cytoplasm of epithlioid cells and foreign-body giant cells.

  • As giving IP on electric home appliance like as TV, Air-conditioner, etc., with the development of electric products and home networking, it has been possible to communicate through the Internet. In this paper, we proposed and developed the system which is possible to control the commercial vending machine using embeded internet card through internet. We implemented the basic circuit and application program for TCP/IP communication program by Java applet.

  • A study to synthesize the recent concept and significance of quality and quality control has been performed in this paper. With understanding the recent market and manufacturing environment, we first discuss the significance of quality from the system view point. Then the existing definitions of quality have been rigourously examined and some significant features embeded in them have been derived. Through this examination, we specifically address "endless-effort for improvement" with three key elements required for successful implementation in quality control programs. Taguchi's quadratic loss function with regard to the addressed quality concept has also been discussed. Finally, we conclude this study with providing a view toward the development of new models.

  • This project defines Tiled-SENC format for S-57 ENC data usage of the mobile platforms and low-end terminals which are not included in ECDIS carriage requirements of SOLAS Chapter V. Also, the architecture modeling and converting technology of Tiled-SENC have been developed and the performance has been compared with ENC Format.

  • The increase of illegal usage and conflict in digital content market would diminish motivation of creators for their work, furthermore break down digital content market on cyber-space. Watermarking technology support to the legal users by the protection technique based on the digital content copyright protection method(DRM). Most of previous digital watermarking have embeded to the content. In this paper, we propose a wavelet based watermarking method which is used for implementing in the frequency domain.
