본 연구는 대학생의 이메일 기록관리 행태와 대학 이메일 정책에 관한 인식을 파악한 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 317명을 대상으로 이메일 기록관리의 필수요소인 이메일 공통사항, 작성, 관리, 보존, 인식, 총 5가지 항목으로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 대학의 이메일 서비스 제공 방법에 따라 구글을 이용하는 대학, 마이크로소프트를 이용하는 대학, 자체 웹메일을 이용하는 대학, 총 3가지 유형으로 나눠 6명을 심층 면담하였다. 조사 결과 대학생은 이메일을 주소록, 클라우드 스토리지, 파일 저장, 협업 도구로 사용하고 있었고 기록생애주기에 따라 이메일을 체계적으로 관리하는 데에는 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 또한 모바일 서비스 및 첨부파일 보존에 한계가 있는 대학 자체 웹메일보다 부가기능의 사용이 가능한 외부 이메일 플랫폼 이용을 선호하는 경향이 나타났다. 이러한 대학생의 이메일 기록관리를 지원하기 위해 졸업생 이메일 계정 유지, 충분한 이메일 저장 공간 제공, 대학생 대상 이메일 기록관리 교육 및 가이드라인 제공 등을 제시하였다.

업무용 이메일이 증가함에 따라 이메일 기록관리의 필요성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 이메일 기록관리 방안 마련에 앞서, 대학의 이메일 기록관리 실태를 조사하고 이메일 기록관리에 대한 구성원들의 인식을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 D대학 그룹웨어 계정을 사용하는 교수, 직원, 그리고 조교를 대상으로 웹기반 서베이와 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 서베이 및 인터뷰를 통해 대학 구성원들의 이메일 생산, 삭제 및 보관, 백업 등의 이메일 기록관리 실태와 이메일 기록관리에 대한 그들의 전반적인 인식을 조사하였다. 서베이에 총 185명이 응답하였고 그들 중 총 12명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 분석한 결과, 이메일의 공적 사용과 활용은 매우 빈번하였고 삭제, 보관과 비교하여 백업 및 보존 등의 관리 행위 잘 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 또한 이메일은 사적 영역의 것으로 인식되고 있어, 이용자들은 이메일 기록관리의 필요성에는 공감하였으나 기록관리 책임은 여전히 개인에게 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 이 연구의 결과는 대학의 이메일 기록관리를 위한 정책 수립 시 구성원들의 의견으로써 참고할 만한 자료가 될 것이고 이메일 기록관리 인식 제고에 도움이 될 것이다.

이메일 사용의 증가로 수신 메일을 효율적이면서 정확하게 분류할 필요성이 점차 늘고 있다. 현재의 이메일 분류는 SVM, 베이지안 분류자, 규칙 기반 분류자 등을 이용하여 스팸 메일을 필터링하기 위한 이원 분류가 주를 이루고 있다. 그러나 이러한 지도 학습 방법들은 적합한 이메일을 인식하기 위하여서 사용자가 규칙이나 색인어 목록을 작성해야 한다. 비지도 학습 방법으로 군집을 이용한 다원 분류 방법은 메일의 분류 주제를 설정해주어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비음수 행렬 분해(NMF, Non-negative Matrix Factorization)를 기반으로 한 자동 분류 주제 생성 방법과, 동적 분류 체계(DCH, Dynamic Category Hierarchy) 방법을 이용한 분류 주제 내에 이메일을 재구성하는 방법을 결합한 새로운 이메일 다원 분류 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 수신되는 이메일을 자동으로 다원 분류하여 대량의 메일을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있으며, 사용자가 분류 결과를 만족하지 못하면 분류 주제 내의 이메일을 동적으로 재구성하여 분류의 정확률을 높인다.

Conventional filters using email header and body information equally judge whether an incoming email is spam or not. However this is unrealistic in everyday life because each person has different criteria to judge what is spam or not. To resolve this problem, we consider user preference information as well as email category information derived from the email content. In this paper, we have developed a personalized anti-spam system using ontologies constructed from rules derived in a data mining process. The reason why traditional content-based filters are not applicable to the proposed experimental situation is described. In also, several experiments constructing classifiers to decide email category and comparing classification rule learners are performed. Especially, an ID3 decision tree algorithm improved the overall accuracy around 17% compared to a conventional SVM text miner on the decision of email category. Some discussions about the axioms generated from the experimental dataset are given too.

인터넷은 전 세계를 연결하는 매체로서, 그 사용자가 매년 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷 사용자간의 자료 교환 수단으로서 전자우편은 표준이라 말할 수 있을 만큼 많이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 전자우편에도 많은 문제가 존재한다. 기존의 전자우편은 간단한 방법으로 내용을 열람하거나 변조할 수 있어 중요한 정보나 사생활 노출의 위험에서 벗어날 수 없다. 따라서 암호학적으로 강력한 전자우편 시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 본 논문에서는 기본적인 정보보호 서비스 외에 기존의 전자우편 시스템에서는 제공되지 않는 배달 증명 및 내용 증명 기능을 제공하여 자바 암호 API를 사용하여 안전한 키 교환이 가능하도록 하였다.

A comparison between various proposals for the provision of certified email is presented. In order to place the proposals in context, an outline of the basic principles of secure email is provided, as far as possible separating the issues of confidentiality, integrity and authenticity.

This paper explores the effects of two different methods of instruction for 106 low-level Korean learners of English at a college in learning request expressions. Both of the methods contained the focus-on-form and function characteristics, while the degree of explicitness for input enhancement was differentiated. Abundant email samples written by English native speakers for the input were provided and email writing practice for the output was proceeded for both groups of the students in the treatment sessions. The numbers of target forms used in pretest and posttest results were compared quantitatively: The tests included email writing and open-ended Discourse Completion Test (DCT). The results indicated that the target pragmatic features were slightly better learned under the condition of relatively high degree of explicit instruction with metapragmatic information, even though the difference was statistically insignificant. In addition, the students' use of request strategies both in email and DCT was affected positively by the treatment with email input and output. That is, the students applied the request strategies they learned through email into their oral production (open-ended DCT) as well as their email writing. Further study on the output effect of target features in advancing pragmatic competence is suggested.

조직의 업무와 관련되어 주고받는 이메일은 기록화하고 보존해야하는 조직의 자산이다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 공공기관에서 이메일기록에 관한 정책이나 지침이 마련되어 있지 않고, 이메일관리의 당위성에 대한 인식조차 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 이메일기록 관리의 당위성을 설명하고 우리나라 공공기관에서 효과적인 이메일기록 관리 방안을 기록관리학적 측면에서 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이메일기록의 특성을 파악하기 위한 문헌연구와 함께 기록관리 선진국의 이메일기록관리 정책 및 지침을 분석하였다. 이러한 지침들은 형태가 구성요소와 다르기 때문에 공통적인 구성요소를 추출하여 주요 범주화하여 나누고, 세부사항을 비교해 볼 수 있도록 해체하여 분석하였다. 분석으로 도출된 이메일 관리 필수 요소를 중심으로 공공기관에서 실무 지침으로 삼을 수 있는 이메일기록 관리 방안을 모색하였다. 그리고 전자정부 시대에 적합한 이메일기록 관리 모형을 제시하고자 하였다.

The biggest feature of the online environment is anonymity. So it is difficult to identify the sender accurately in Email. So we use PGP to enhance the security of email. PGP is an e-mail encryption program that has become the standard for email security worldwide. But PGP has a weak point in security. PGP can identify users, but it is difficult to verify reliability. In PGP, the more reliable other users guarantee that user are, the more reliable they are. In the previous study, the PGP structure was implemented by utilizing the block chain to lay the foundation, and in this paper, the structure of the previous article is applied to the e-mail environment to measure up the sender's reliability, and a system is proposed that allows users to distinguish the reliability of the message.

In construction projects, it is common to exchange documents using email because of convenience. In this study, a method extracting and organizing block information automatically based on email was developed. This method is composed of document exchange and archiving processes, which are difficult to manage and vulnerable to loss. Therefore, this study aims to develop a solution that can automatically link email and block information. The block data components are designed to derive from email exchange and user-additional input information. Also, automatically generating blocks process including extraction and conversion of information was proposed. This solution can lead to promote the convenience of project document management in terms of identifying the document flow and preventing loss of information.
