In this paper we give some relationships between quasi-Ellis groups and some subgroups of the automorphism group. In particular, we investigate several characterizations on some subgroups of the automorphism group.

In this paper we introduce S(X, $x_{0}$) which is a generalization of Ellis group G(X, $x_{0}$), and S-sets in S(X, $x_{0}$). In particular we cind the sufficient condition for the group A(I) of all automorphisms of I and K=Iu to be isomorphic, where I is a minimal right ideal and u is an idempotent of I.f I.

In this paper we study some characterizations of proximal, distal and almost one to one homomorphisms of flows. In particular we show that if the almost one to one proximal extension of a minimal flow is weakly almost periodic, then it is minimal.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of mordanting condition in the Gardenic Jasminoides Ellis Dyeing. The results were as follows; 1. The color fastness was compared and analysed that colored sample as $AIK(SO_4)_2,\;CuSO_4{\cdot}5H_2O,\;Ca(OH)_2,\;NaOH,\;HOOC(CHOH)_2COOH,\;K_2\;Cr_2O_7$ group was better than non-colored sample and also a silk was better than a cotton in fastness. Mordant as NaOH, HOOC$(CHOH)_2COOH,\;K_2Cr_2O_2,\;AIK(SO_4)_2$ were better than anything else in fastness and the effective method of the mordant to a silk was pre & aft mordant(4) and to a cotton was aft-mordant(3). 2. The comparison between methanol and distilled water, which used in extracted dyenig solution, the latter was more than one grade in fastness. 3. The color-difference value-test indicated that colored sample groups more redish and bluish color than non-colored sample. 4. The comparison between methanol and distilled water, which used to extract dyeing solutions, the latter were more light, greenish and yellowish colors. 5. When compared with the methanol and distilled water, as used to extract dyeing solutions, showed that the methanol was more clear and light yellow and the distilled water was more orange color and more effective in color fastness.

In this paper, we study some dynamical properties of a weakly almost periodic flow. In particular we get, in a weakly almost periodic flow (X,T), the groups I and A(I) of all automorphisms of I are isomorphic, where E(X) is the enveloping semigroup of (X,T) and I is the minimal right ideal in E(X).

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a group counseling program on high school students' depression and suicidal ideation. Methods: This research was conducted as a quasi-experimental pretest and posttest control and experimental group methodological comparison study. The subjects were 25 high school students (Exp=12, Cont=13) in U City. The depression and suicide prevention program in this study was based on the Ellis' ABC Model. The experimental group participated in the program through eight sessions, but the control group did not receive treatment. Data were collected from November 4 to November 28, 2008, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN program by frequency, Mann-Whitney, means, standard deviation and Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results: There was statistically significant difference in depression (z=-2.983, p=.003) between the two groups. Suicidal ideation also decreased significantly(z=-2.847, p=.004) in the experimental group. Conclusions: After the eight sessions of the group counseling program for preventing depression and suicidal ideation, it was found that the program was effective to lower the score of depression and suicidal ideation. The results of this study suggest that a school-based prevention program for adolescents should be developed according to depression and suicidal ideation level.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of an internet games addiction prevention program on middle school students' depression, self esteem and Internet games addiction. Methods: The internet games addiction prevention program in this study was based on the Ellis'(1962) ABC Model. This research adopted the non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. and was conducted with 52 middle school students who were selected through convenient sampling and assigned to an experimental group or a control group. Data were collected from January 15, 2006 to February 19, 2006, and analyzed using the SPSS/PC program by frequency, Fisher exact test, t-test, means, standard deviations and ANCOVA. Results: The results of the experiment supported the hypothesis that the experimental group would have lower depression scores and internet games addiction scores and higher self-esteem scores than the control group. Conclusions: After 8 sessions of the internet games addiction prevention program, it was found that the program was effective to improve the score of self-esteem and reduces the scores of internet games addiction and depression.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Gardenia jasminoides for. grandiflora extracts' (GAJ) anti-inflammatory effect on RBL-2H3 mast cells and OVA/alum-sensitized mice. Methods In this study, IL-4 and IL-13 production was measured via ELISA analysis, and mRNA expressions of GM-CSF, IL-4, IL-5, $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-6 were analyzed by real-time PCR. In addition, MAPKs and $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65 transcription factors were examined using western blotting, and ELISA was used to understand IgE, IL-4, and IL-13 production in ovalbumin-allergic mice in in vitro study. Results As a result of this study, 1. GAJ were observed to suppress the mRNA expression of GM-CSF, IL-4, IL-13, IL-5, $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-6 in comparison to PMA 50 ng/ml, ionomycin $0.5{\mu}M$ (PI) control group. 2. GAJ also inhibited the IL-4, IL-13 production in comparison to PI control group. 3. Western blot analysis showed decrease on the expression of mast-cell-specific transcription factors, including MAKPs (ERK, JNK, p38) and $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65. 4. Orally-administered GAJ group in OVA/alum induced Balb/c mice showed decreased level of OVA-specific IgE in the serum. This group also has shown decreased the level of IL-4, IL-13 in the splenocyte culture supernatant. Conclusions Obtained results suggest that GAJ may regulate the allergic inflammation by transcription factors MAKPs (ERK, JNK, p38) and $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65 causing inhibition of Th2 cytokines in mast cells and OVA/alum-sensitized mice.
