Fuzzy 알고리즘을 이용한 엘리베이터 안전진단 및 동특성 분석 포터블 장비 개발 (A study on the Development of the Portable Device for Safety Diagnosis and Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Elevator using Fuzzy Algorithm)

  • An elevator system, which is essential equipment for vertical movement of an object, as a property of building, has been driven by various expenditures and purposes. Since developing electrical control technology, control system are highly developed. The elevator system has expanded widely, but a data accuracy acquisition technique and safety predict technique for securing system safety is still at a basic level. So, objective verification for elevator confidence condition requires an absolute accuracy measurement technique. Therefore, this study is executed in order to acquire a method of depending on sense of a manager with simple numeric measurement data, and to construct a logical, analytical foresight system for more efficient elevator management system. As an artificial intelligence for diagnosis, the fuzzy inference algorithm is used for foreseeing the system in this thesis, because the fuzzy algorithm is the most useful method for resolving subjective ideas and a vague judgment of humans. The fuzzy inference algorithm is developed for each sensor signal(i.e. vibration, velocity, current).

  • In this paper, a predictive fuzzy control algorithm to supervise the elevator system with plural elevator cars is proposed and its performance is evaluated. Elevator group controller must decide the service elevator for a registered hall call to satisfy the multiple control objects. The proposed group control algorithm ensures the efficient operations of the group cars and provides the improved level of service, coping with multiple control objects and uncertainty of system state. The feasibility of the proposed control algorithm is evaluated by simulation on computer.

  • Getting on and off an elevator is one of the most important parts for multi-floor navigation of a mobile robot. In this study, we proposed the method for the pose recognition of elevator doors, safe path planning, and motion estimation of a robot using RGB-D sensors in order to safely get on and off the elevator. The accurate pose of the elevator doors is recognized using a particle filter algorithm. After the elevator door is open, the robot builds an occupancy grid map including the internal environments of the elevator to generate a safe path. The safe path prevents collision with obstacles in the elevator. While the robot gets on and off the elevator, the robot uses the optical flow algorithm of the floor image to detect the state that the robot cannot move due to an elevator door sill. The experimental results in various experiments show that the proposed method enables the robot to get on and off the elevator safely.

  • This study deals with finding a schedule for the movement of a material handling device (elevator) in a manufacturing plant. Two different algorithm (Traveling Salesman Technique and Greedy Algorithm) are used in the scheduling of the elevators using a simulation technique to determine the proper method of scheduling the elevator movement. Based on the simulation analysis, we have found that the Greedy algorithm serves better than the algorithm based on Traveling Salesman technique for scheduling the movement of a material handling device in the manufacturing plant.

  • This paper proposes an initial rotor position detecting algorithm of a PM synchronous motor using an incremental encoder. The proposed algorithm estimates the phase offset between the rotor magnetic flux and the Z-pulse of the incremental encoder by applying six aligning mode current control. The absolute rotor position for driving a PM synchronous motor is calculated by using the phase offset of the Z pulse and A, B pulse signals of the encoder. The PMSM drives based on the estimated rotor position is applied to the elevator door system. The door length is measured on line at first setup of the elevator. The speed control for open, close, and reopen of the elevator door is also presented and the proposed algorithm for the elevator door system is verified by experiment.

  • 현재 Collective Control 알고리즘은 가장 대중화되어있는 엘리베이터 알고리즘이다. Collective Control 알고리즘은 엘리베이터의 움직임 방향과 사용자의 도착지 방향이 같을 때 사용자가 엘리베이터를 이용할 수 있다. 하지만, 해당 알고리즘은 사용자의 엘리베이터의 대기시간과 여러 대의 엘리베이터를 사용할 경우, 주로 한 엘리베이터만 사용자들의 호출에 반응하는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 HRN (Highest Response Ratio Next) 알고리즘에서 착안한 새로운 Hybrid HRN 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 일반적으로 HRN 알고리즘은 사용자의 탑승 시간과 하차 시간이 필요하지만 엘리베이터 특성상 사용자의 호출이 언제 발생할지 예측이 어렵다. 따라서 이러한 한계를 극복하고자 본 논문에서는 사용자의 호출 위치와 도착 위치의 거리를 고려하는 Hybrid HRN 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 실험을 통하여 제안한 Hybrid HRN 알고리즘이, 임의의 100명에 대한 사용자의 평균대기 시간은 23.34초, 표준 편차는 11.86, 엘리베이터의 총 움직인 거리는 535.2m, 총 운행 시간 84sec, 두 엘리베이터 사이의 운행 Balance는 92m의 성능을 나타냄으로써, 사용자 탑승대기 시간을 고려했을 때 기존에 제시된 Collective Control, Zoning, 3-Passage 알고리즘보다 보다 우수함을 보여준다.

  • This paper proposes a new operation algorithm for elevator by considering both better service for passengers and minimization of energy consumption for elevator operation. The main idea of the proposed operation algorithm is based on the assumption that passengers push the numbered buttons indicating their destination, one of the main differences of proposed operation mode from the conventional one is that the elevator may move to the opposite direction for a few floors according to the rescheduled operational pattern determined by some factors. Some examples by computer simulation show the efficiency of the proposed operation algorithm.

  • In this paper, a predictive fuzzy control algorithm to supervise the elevator system with plural elevator cars is developed and its performance is evaluated. Elevator group controller must decide which of the cars is suitable for responding the registered hall call and allocate it to the selected car controller. In most cases, the purpose of group control is to minimize waiting time of passengers and occurrence of long wait as much as possible. The proposed algorithm ensures the efficient operations of the group cars and provides the improved level of service, coping with multiple control objects and uncertainty of system state. The feasibility of the proposed control algorithm is evaluated by graphic simulator on computer.

  • 다중 엘리베이터의 트래픽(Traffic)은 엘리베이터 알고리즘의 설계의 가장 핵심적인 과제이다. 국내 대기업 엘리베이터의 DSS 알고리즘 패널과 같이 행선층을 직접 입력하는 시스템에 많은 비용을 투자하면 효율적인 엘리베이터 시스템 설계가 가능하다. 하지만 비용문제가 해결되지 않으면 NC 알고리즘과 같이 비효율적인 시스템을 사용할 수 밖에 없다. 본 연구에서는 시간 비효율 문제를 해결하기 위해 회사 건물이나 학교 건물과 같이 승객 대부분의 시간표(Timetable)이 알려져 있는 특정한 경우에 대하여 엘리베이터 알고리즘을 개선하였다. 엘리베이터 알고리즘은 배정 함수(FS)와 대기 함수(WF), 두 개의 식으로 나누어 설계하였다. 엘리베이터 시뮬레이션을 설계하였고, 실제 시간표 데이터를 바탕으로 시뮬레이션 상황에 맞는 10개의 서로 다른 시간표 데이터를 생성하였다. 유전 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm)과 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 효율적인 배정 및 대기 함수의 가중치 및 상수를 결정하였다. 결과적으로 기존 엘리베이터의 NC 알고리즘에 비해 줄어들고 DSS 엘리베이터와 근접한 수준의 평균 대기 시간 효율을 얻었다. 추가적으로 유전 알고리즘을 통해 설계된 엘리베이터 알고리즘의 분석을 진행하였다.
