무선 환경에서의 온라인 유통 과정은 기존의 오프라인이나 유선 네트워크와는 다른 요소들이 많이 포함되어 있다. 더구나 디지털 저작물인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠는 쉽고 빠르게 불법 복제되고 전파될 수 있다. 이러한 환경 하에서 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권과 관련된 당사자들의 권리와 이익을 보호할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 유통 프레임워크인 MPEC-21에 기반한 무선 환경에서의 콘텐츠 유통 프레임워크와 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)를 적용한 프로세스를 제안하였다. 이 모델은 디지털 저작권 관리 시스템에 적용되어 전자상거래 시장에서 온라인 유통에 있어서 거래 당사자들 사이의 상호 권리 침해 방지를 위한 방법으로 활용될 수 있다.

지금까지는 직물의 신축성 측정은 작업자의 과거 경험을 바탕으로 작업자의 수작업에 의해 측정하였기 때문에 계량화된 신축성 데이터가 존재하지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 직물의 신축성 계수를 측정하기 위하여 특별히 제작된 로드 셀을 이용한 측정 장비가 소개된다. 측정방법은 직물에 따라 다르게 나타나는 로드 셀에 가해진 전압차를 기본으로 한다. 신축성이 강한 직물은 로드 셀에 강한 전압이 발생하며 신축성이 약할수록 약한 전압이 발생한다. 제안된 시스템은 직물의 시각화, 의류봉제, 품질관리 등에 이용될 뿐만 아니라 정량화된 데이터들은 B2B 전자상거래 시스템에 적용될 수 있다.

현재의 IP 위주의 역추적은 Proxy와 우회기법의 발달로 인하여 Real IP 역추적에 어려움이 있다. 또한 IP역추적 후에도 실제 Source IP인지 확인이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지능형 SQL Query에 대한 field, column, table 등의 요소값과 매칭되는 key값을 분석하고 여기에서 사용되는 Data값의 hit point를 분석하여 최초 사용자에 대한 Application Layer를 분석함으로써 IP 역추적에 대한 포렌식 증거로 삼는다. 본 연구는 포렌식과 DB보안 등 전자거래 발전에 기여할 것이다.

본 논문은 건화물시장과 탱커시장의 운임지수 예측에 관하여 머신러닝을 적용하였으며 신호분해법인 웨이블릿 분해와 EMD분해를 데이터 전처리 과정에 반영하여 시간의 영역의 정보와 주파수 영역의 정보를 모두 반영할 수 있는 운임예측모형을 구축하였다. 건화물 시장의 경우 웨이블릿으로 분해한 예측모형이 우수하였으며 탱커시장의 EMD분해로 예측한 모형이 우수하였으며 실무적으로 각 운송시장 참여자들에게 새로운 단기예측 방법론을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구는 운송시장에서 양적으로 가장 중요한 건화물 시장과 탱커시장에 대한 다양한 예측방법론을 확대하고 새로운 방법론을 제시하였다는 측면에서 중요하며, 변동성이 큰 운임시장에서 과학적인 의사결정 방법에 대한 실무적인 요구를 반영할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 가장 빈번한 스팟거래에 합리적인 의사결정이 이뤄질 수 있는 기초가 될 것으로 기대된다.

It is true that traditional markets have become a great foundation for changes in today's production and distribution. However, with the development of science and information communication gradually, the perspective of distribution has been newly developed. In particular, the digital economy system and the pursuit of perfect competition in the global era have placed a great burden on the traditional market. Accordingly, the government has made numerous efforts to revitalize traditional markets, which has led to the present day. However, the change in production, distribution, and transactional perspectives of newly introduced e-commerce in the position of not being able to deviate from the characteristics of the traditional market, that is, the traditional market, poses another major crisis. Therefore, while maintaining the tradition of the traditional market, the introduction of a new method of electronic trading has a good advantage to become an advanced market, but it has not pursued major changes due to fundamental management methods and small-scale operation. Therefore, I believe that it is urgent to introduce and apply new e-commerce to secure transitional competitiveness in order for the traditional market to be reborn and to pursue change and development into a new advanced market.

E-Commerce is a buzzword well known for electronic commerce activities including but not limited to the online shopping, digital payment transactions, and B2B online trading. In today's digital age, e-commerce has been playing a very important and vital role in areas such as retail shopping, sales automation, supply chain management, marketing and advertisement, and payment services. With a huge amount of data been collected from various e-commerce services available, there are multiple opportunities to use that data to analyze graphs and trends. Strategize profitable activities, and forecast future trade. This paper explains a contemporary approach for collecting key data metrics and implementing cost-effective automation that will support in improving conversion rates and sales performance of the e-commerce websites resulting in increased profitability.

본 연구는 국제상업회의소(ICC)가 제정한 "BPO 고객약정을 위한 ICC 가이드라인"을 BPO의 활성화 차원에서 소개하였다. 본 ICC 가이드라인은 은행과 그 거래고객 간에 BPO의 약정과정에 필요한 가이드라인을 지원하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 ICC 가이드라인을 소개함으로써 BPO에 대한 많은 관심과 이해를 증진시키고 BPO의 발전과 정착에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구는 본 가이드라인의 내용을 중심으로 이미 발표된 BPO 관련 선행 연구와 자료 등을 통하여 문헌 연구하였다.

근래에 전자상거래 규모가 매년 증가함에 따라 전자상거래 과정에서 발생하고 있는 피해 역시 빠르게 증가하고 있으며 피해에 대한 구제도 충분히 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 이터넷 에스크로 서비스는 저자상거래의 안전성을 보장하기 위한 유망한 결제 메커니즘 가운데 하나이다. 특히, RFID 기반의 유통/물류 분야에 있어서 인터넷 에스크로 서비스가 상품인도 정보와 실시간으로 연계될 경우, 그 안정성과 효율성은 크게 향상될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 RFID 기반 유통/물류 환경 하에서 안전한 전자상거래를 보장하기 위해 EPCglobal 네트워크를 이용한 인터넷 에스크로 서비스 연계 방안을 제시하였다. 제안된 서비스 모델은 구매자와 판매자의 계약 체결과 에스크로 서비스 연계를 위한 금융플랫폼의 형태로 구현되었으며, 금융플랫폼은 EPCglobal 네트워크 및 은행 시스템과 완벽하게 연계되도록 구현되었다. 개발된 EPCglobal 네트워크 기반 에스크로 서비스 시스템은 EPCglobal 네트워크의 실시간 상품정보를 이용함으로써 자금순환기간 단축 및 여신상품 개발을 가능하게 하였으며, 기존 에스크로 서비스의 상품정보부족, 구매결정지연 등의 단점을 극복할 수 있었다.

최근 몇 년간 이동에이전트는 분산시스템의 전자상거래와 전자데이터의 교환과 인공지능, 네트웍관리와 같은 여러 응용분야에서 많이 이용되고 있는 분야중 하나이다. 특히 EC/EDI의 영역에서 본래의 이동에이전트 서명 문제를 추가하여 사용되어야 한다. 그러므로 분산네트웍에서 이동하는 에이전트의 프라이버시와 속성을 보호하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 상거래에 응용되기 위해서는 각각의 이동에이전트들 상호간에 거래의 신뢰성을 향상할 수 있는 안전한 인트라넷 환경이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이동에이전트를 악의적인 서버로부터 이동에이전트를 자신을 보호하고 인터넷과 같은 오픈시스템의 자원들을 보호하는 안전한 이동에이전트 역할을 수행하도록 하는 에이전트 보호 메커니즘을 설계하여 신뢰하는 실행환경을 제안한다.

During the past few decades, we have witnessed three approaches to overcome the legal disparities between trading countries: - determining the individual governing law in accordance with the conflict of laws principle; - unifying and harmonizing private international law into uniform rules and substantive laws under the auspices of ICC, UNCITRAL, UNIDROIT and various NGOs ; and - drafting model laws like the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce and promoting member countries to enact them. Against this backdrop, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the process by which it was adopted, established the benchmark for the unification of commercial law. The CISG, completed in 1980, merged civil and common law concepts and came into force in 1988 after a certain number of countries endorsed the treaty. Besides the CISG, the U.N. Limitations Convention and the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Law, to name a few, have attempted to set cross-border legal norms and standards in the international business transactions. However, since the advent of computer-based commerce, there have emerged all-out efforts to establish uniform rules before national legal systems have been developed. As a consequence, the Model Law on Electronic Commerce has become a specimen legislation covering functional equivalents of paper-based writing and signature. For the credit enhancement exemplified by the Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (ICC Publication No.458), the UNCITRAL prepared the U.N. Convention on Independent Guarantees and Stand-by Letters of Credit, which was adopted by the U.N. General Assembly in 1995 but remains still not effective as only two countries have ratified this treaty so far. In this connection, two draft conventions underway at UNIDROIT and UNCITRAL deserve our attention as the probability of unification in the Korean Peninsula is mounting. They are to create security interests for commercial finance in moveable equipment and accounts receivable. The UCC-type security rights are regarded to be useful to enable the North Koreans with limited properties to borrow from the banks.
