Electronic commerce is the use of computers and telecommunications in the routine business transactions that most affect the basics of an organization's operations: everyday relationships with suppliers, customers, banks, insurers, distributors, and other trading partners. There are problems about the governing laws and the jurisdiction in the electronic commerce contract. This paper is to investigate the governing laws and the jurisdiction in the electronic commerce contract.

Neural networks have been used to predict the direction of stock index movement from past data. The conventional research that predicts the upward or downward movement of the stock index predicts a rise or fall even with small changes in the index. It is highly likely that losses will occur when trading ETFs by use of the prediction. In this paper, a neural network model that predicts the movement direction of the daily KOrea composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) to reduce ETF trading losses and earn more than a certain amount per trading is presented. The proposed model has outputs that represent rising (change rate in index ${\geq}{\alpha}$), falling (change rate ${\leq}-{\alpha}$) and neutral ($-{\alpha}$ change rate < ${\alpha}$). If the forecast is rising, buy the Leveraged Exchange Traded Fund (ETF); if it is falling, buy the inverse ETF. The hit ratio (HR) of PNN1 implemented in this paper is 0.720 and 0.616 in the learning and the evaluation respectively. ETF trading yields a yield of 8.386 to 16.324 %. The proposed models show the better ETF trading success rate and yield than the neural network models predicting KOSPI.

Electronic trade reduces additional costs generated from the issuing and management of paper documents, and overcomes the physical limitations of commercial transactions as well as the geographical and time limitations resulting from trading with foreign countries. These characteristics of electronic trade guarantees better and more effective global marketing for companies. In addition, by expanding relative superiority of large corporations to medium-small sized companies, many medium-small companies have shown great interest in electronic trade to promote its exporting businesses, and implementing changes to facilitate electronic trade into their business system. Therefore, it is expected that the electronic trade will be more widely distributed and utilized by businesses of all sizes in the future. The adaptation and implementation of the electronic trade system can only have prosperous effects when there is a high efficiency in the utilization and service process of the concerned company. Under this premise, this research first examined electronic trade, characteristics of the company and information utilization as the key elements to determine the effectiveness of the utility aspect. Then it examines confirmation of product demand, registration of revenues, and authorization as the key elements to determine the level of service process.

Recently, way of Electronic Commerce is changing with increment of Internet users. In the previous way of commerce, users used to search for information by themselves. However, for user's convience, it can be done for users from one site. Mobile in order to provide users with such service. By the mobile agent-based Electronic Commerce system, users can get information from one site, and service companies can provide various and useful information to users. This is very important for construction of reliable Electronic Commerce environment, However, in generally used mobile agent-based platforms, the user should know URL information. and it is based on search engines. And as user's requirement levels become higher, they want to be provided with integrated and summarized service. In this paper, we implement product-trading system by applying mobile agent concept in order to satisfy user's requirement of getting required information from one site with minimal mouse click. For implementing the product trading system, E-speak, which is a platform for E-Service, is used And contents are saved as XML documents and data are shared based on these documents.

We develop an intelligent information system in a multilayer electronic supply chain network. Using the internet for supply chain management (SCM) is a key interest for contemporary managers and researchers. It has been realized that the internet can facilitate SCM by making real time information available and enabling collaboration between trading partners. Here, we propose a multi-agent system to analyze the performance of the elements of a supply network based on the attributes of the information flow. Each layer consists of elements which are differentiated by their performance throughout the supply network. The proposed agents measure and record the performance flow of elements considering their web interactions for a dynamic route selection. A dynamic programming approach is applied to determine the optimal route for a customer in the end-user layer.

The expansion of regionalism has resulted in the creation of blocs of the world economy, so that those countries not belonging to one or more blocs can discriminated. Though recently singed on the bill of FTA with Chile, Korea is actually alienated from major stream of the blocs. Therefore, Korea government makes efforts to contract more FTAs with countries such as Singapore and Japan. FTA is believed to be an important method to secure export and national competitiveness in the long term. Therefore, we need to exactly understand critical issues and the long-run effect of FTA. The paper tries to find out important issues and potential strategies relating to electronic commerce in Korea-Singapore and Korea-Japan FTA. According to the historical facts, economic effect of FTA depends a lot on the contents of the agreement. Therefore, additional intensive studies are required before contracting FTA in the future.

This study can be solved a means of authentication of electronic financial transactions. We suggest that smart devices can be useful to authenticate in electronic financial transactions regardless of time and place. Our new authentication method named Lock-Unlock authentication method with smart devices. This method will be expected to reduce many kind of accidents (theft, phishing, hacking, certificates and simple certified OTP, ATM withdrawals, ARS, etc.) by account locking in electronic financial transactions. And helpful to users can effectively protect electronic financial transactions and minimize the accident during get a electronic trading.

An electronic commerce model is proposed which distributes digital content in mobile environment. This model resolves the problems caused by various digital content and complex distribution structure. The online distribution systems under the wireless environment include many different factors from the conventional offline and wired networks. Furthermore, the multimedia content may be propagated more easily and illegally. The scheme to protect the rights and profits of people related to the copyrights of digital content is needed. In this paper a framework for electronic commerce of content distribution under the wireless environment based on MPEG-21 is proposed. This model can be applied to the digital rights management system and utilized to protect the rights of trading entities in online distribution of electronic commerce.
