With the increasing popularity of renewable generation systems and the advancement of power electronics, DC distribution systems have recently received considerable research attention. DC distribution has numerous advantages, including reliability, power quality, and efficiency. Owing to these advantages, DC distribution has been applied to data centers and power quality-sensitive electronic load conditions. Because grounding electrodes in DC are much more susceptible to corrosion than in AC, the IT system defined in IEC Standard 60364 may be a good candidate for an earthing method for DC distribution systems. In addition, IEC Standard 61557 specifies the requirements for insulation monitoring devices (IMD) for protection of the IT system, which continuously monitors the insulation resistances between the power lines and the earth. This paper discusses the development and evaluation of IMD to promote the reliability of distribution systems and increase safety of humans and facilities.

Representation of product data for exchanging and sharing a plant information was established the International Standard by ISO 10303 (STEP) and ISO 15926, but is not used widely in industrial circles by massiveness of standard and complexity of plant itself Specially, they are embodied to STEP data file(ISO 10303 Parts 21), but STEP file is uncomfortable that a person recognizes, and needs specification creation tool. In this paper, we made the integration schema for control valve through related standards, Also, we suggest the practical use framework for electronic commerce to utilize the XML schema that can represents integrate schema of control valve to use XML that is becoming the latest issue.

EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) allows the exchange of business information and computer-processable data in a standard, structured format electronically between organizational entities. EDI handles the restructuring of a business document into the standard format so that it can be transmitted from one computer to another. This paper identifies features and technologies of web browsed electronic document exchange system as follows 1) the fundamental technologies that consists of the EDI technologies, the Internet/Web technologies, the security/authentication techniques, and the XML implementation technologies. 2) the functions that consists of the document standards, transfer technology of the document, encryption and authentication 3) the implemented Web-EDI systems that consists of document generation module, encryption and authentication module, transfer module, acknowledgement module, administration module. In this paper, the Web-based EDI system implemented from the researched technologies will be installed on the EDI servers owned by corporate customers and enable the exchange of documents between each installed companies.

Optimal engine control is needed to cope with the global environmental regulations that are globally enforced. For optimum engine control, the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) is a prerequisite. Automotive makers are having an effect on reducing emissions and improving fuel economy by applying ETCS which is designed to secure stability. The ETCS controls the output of the throttle valve by passing the output value of the accelerator position sensor (APS) to the engine control unit (ECU). In this study, the authors investigated the safety standards of domestic and overseas accelerator control system and tried to understand how the air flow control affects the engine output by replacing the throttle. The authors suggest an improvement proposal of safety standard based on the result of driving evaluation by various modes.

Recently, the amount of electrical and electronic systems is increasing rapidly with the development of advanced vehicles such as ADAS, smart cars, connected cars, automated driving systems. It is necessary to examine the electromagnetic compatibility of vehicles equipped with those systems. The standards and regulations for examination of electromagnetic compatibility have been established and revised according to newly introduced electrical and electronic systems. They are administered in some different international standard associations such as ISO, CISPR, UN/ECE and are somewhat complex and bulky. In the study, the improvements and changes in them are tracked and analyzed chronologically. Research of the history of them will be helpful for understanding progress and forecasting the direction of development.

It is needed to search the electronic commerce standardization and to analysis its policies to meet the international situations strategically and forecast the technology surroundings for electronic commerce. This study aims at searching the current state of electronic commerce standardization and analyzing policies on electronic commerce by the driving subject, that is, government and private organization, major countries, and standard classifications of electronic commerce technologies such as e-documents, e-catalog, e-payment, and e-process. The government and private organizations get information for the current state and policies for standardization on electronic commerce and put them practical use to make policies and strategy applications.

In December 1999, the AICPA introduced WebTrust, a electronic commerce assurance service of ensuring safe trading on the web, in order to effect consumer confidence into electronic commerce. Shortly afterwards, CPA associations of other advanced nations, such as Canada, Australia, also adopted this service. This study focuses on introduction of electronic commerce assurance service of ensuring safe trading on the web. WebTrust assurance service expected to be the international standard in electronic commerce in the near future and not only as a source of income for domestic accounting firms, which have simpler income structure than the international counterparts, but also as catalyst for stimulating electronic commerce. The findings of the study are expected to contribute to accounting practice, academy of accounting and electronic commerce firms in the following ways. Domestically, as Korea is considering using the electronic commerce assurance service, this study will help promote adoption of WebTrust assurance service. This study has shown, in the midst of declining income of accounting firms by audit, a way to increase their audit boundary.

In this paper, we present a new design for angle-sensitive pixels (ASPs). The proposed ASPs take advantage of subwavelength compound gratings to capture the light angle, which enables pixel size to reach the wavelength scale of 0.7 ㎛ × 0.7 ㎛. The subwavelength compound gratings are implemented by the wires of the readout circuit inherent to the standard complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor manufacturing process, thus avoiding additional off-chip optics or post-processing. This technique allows the use of two pixels for horizontal or vertical angle detection, and can determine the light's angle in the range from -45° to +45°. The proposed sensor enables surface-profile reconstruction of microscale samples using a lensless imaging system.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to review clinical trials using Qigong exercise on patients with hypertension and to assess their methodology and results. Methods : Electronic literature searches for clinical trials (randomized trial, non-randomized trial, before-after study) of Qigong exercise were performed in 21 electronic databases (5 international databases and 16 Korean databases). English, Korean or Chinese articles were included. Laboratory or animal studies were excluded. Results : A total of 11 studies met the inclusion criteria. Five randomized controlled trials, Four non-randomized trials and two before-after studies were included. Seven studies used self-developed Qigong exercise. Two studies used Guolin Qigong exercise and two studies used Qigong exercise with an anti-hypertension drug. Of the nine randomized trials or non-randomized trials, four studies used an anti-hypertension drug control and three studies used waiting list controls. Compared to baseline, a change in blood pressure after the Qigong exercise treatment was significant in all studies. However, the results effect of blood pressure between Qigong exercise and controlled trials were not consistent. Conclusions : There are low-quality clinical trials of Qigong exercise for hypertension. To evaluate the effects of Qigong exercise, more rigorous trials are warranted.
