핀테크 기업의 정보보안체계 관한 연구 (A Study on the Information Security System of Fin-Tech Business)

  • 전통적인 전자상거래방식에서는 정보를 교환할 경우 종이서류에 의한 방법이나 폐쇄형 EDI에 의한 정보교환으로 심각한 문제점은 없었다. 점차 인터넷의 발달로 전자상거래의 규모는 더 커지고 온라인 전자상거래로 변화면서 신원확인, 정보의 변조, 당사자 간의 부인 방지 등 많은 문제점이 발생하였다. 이런 문제점으로 인행 분쟁을 예방하고 사후처리를 위해 전자상거래의 모든 단계에서는 보안 기술을 활용하고 이를 관리하는 인증이 개입하고 있다. 하지만 최근의 모바일 지급결제 서비스 중심으로 핀테크 열풍이 거세게 불고 있다. 카드사 정보유출 사고 및 해킹 등으로 금융서비스의 안정성 확보에 부족하다. 핀테크 산업의 발전과 진화는 정보보호와 동반 성장해야 한다. 따라서 해외의 유명 핀테크 기업의 정보보안체계를 살펴보고 국내 핀테크 기업이 나야가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

A Study on the Construction of an Ideal Internet Fashion Cyber Mall Focused on Web Design, Merchandising and Management

  • The purpose of this study is to pinpoint currently arising issues concerning cyber fashion mall by analysing present status and contents of its web design, management and planning within the limits o business to customer (B2C) commerce, and to suggest a direction for building an ideal fashion mall on the internet. As for the study method, conceptual definitions were given based on previous studies. And a positive study was implemented, in which the cases of 23 chosen cyber fashion malls among 60 or so domestic and foreign malls selling fashion products were found by internet search engines and analysed. Results of the case analysis of cyber fashion malls are as follows : 1) cybermall must provide customers with an integrated service as well as e-commerce. 2) various products assortment and price differentiation must be developed, 3) the techniques of graphics, coloring and texturing, and layout design must be adopted to process and express product information, 4) the legislative system is needed to deal with the security, and 5) design and management of customer oriented interface are needed to process and express product information matter of electronic payment and customer protection. Considering the issues in internet fashion cybermalls, are suggested the important factors that are necessary or web design, planning and management to build an ideal cyber fashion mall. These results will contribute to the development of fashion e-commerce.

전자무역에서 구매자와 판매자의 역할분석 (An Analysis the Role between the Buyer and Seller in the Field of e-Trade)

  • International trade has been changed from traditional trade to e-trade due to the fast expanding of information technology like e-marketplace, EDI (Electronic data interchange) using Internet since mid of 1990's. e-Trade, as a new trade method, could handle every trade procedure such as market research, contract, customs clearance, logistics and payment using IT like internet without restriction of time and space. The evolution of transaction-based business model is upon us. The business models of many e-Marketplace in their early stages have typically been based on transaction fees. Many e-Marketplaces have even called out transaction revenues as a core element of their business plans. The transaction business represents the most simple of business models, but it does not provide a long-term sustain able advantage. For buyer's convenience, wide selection and test price hold appeal. For suppliers, the extended global market reach and direct access to customers and consortiums of customers is powerful. To maximize leverage of these new e-marketplace, you must from both a buyer perspective as well as a supplier perspective. Also required is a strategy that takes in account all of the various e-Marketplace transaction standards and one that allows the easy accomodation to new e-marketplace as the market change. These new e-marketplace will need to be factored into the sales channel strategies. To be successful, integration with these e-marketplaces should occur at a complete business process level. This study would suggest on the role of buyers and sellers for e-trade which could maximize effect of e-trade in order to cope with rapid changing IT environment and global trade environment. Therefore, this study suggests top priority tasks for implementing on the specialization strategy of e-trade process.

터지털 시대의 병원경영전략 수립에 관한 연구 - 병원경영자의 경영개선활동에 관한 인식을 중심으로 - (Hospital Management Strategy in Digital Era)

  • This study purports to examine the current management and information technology related strategy of Korean hospitals and suggest the effective management strategy in the 21st century when is digital era. Specifically the study tries to analyze the changing trends of strategic orientation and investigate the general management and information technology strategy of Korean hospitals. Self-administered Questionnaires were distributed to 721 hospitals nationwide and finally 98 Questionnaires were analyzed for the study. The results of the study are as follows : 1) Half of the respondent hospitals reported that they have an analyzer orientation in 2000, whereas 19.4% were prospectors, reactors 16.4%, and defenders 14.3%. However, the respondent hospitals intended to have a prospector orientation in the future (2002), while 29.6% planned on being analyzers, 17.3% reactors, and 3.1% defenders. 2) Hospital services for improving patient satisfaction were the most common. strategy for the respondent hospitals, followed by cost containment, organizational restructuring, employee education, purchasing system change, specialization of clinical services, quality improvement of medical care, strengthening the networking with the stakeholders, public relations and marketing strategy, diversification, and installing the information system. However, the strategies of annual salary system, retrenchment of unprofitable services, merit payment based on performance were still not popular for the respondent hospitals. 3) As for the strategies related with information technology, most hospitals have not implemented actively, except for the establishment of home-pages, order communication systems, and insurance claims through electronic data interchange system. 4) There were significant differences in the level of strategy implementation in terms of the ownership, bed size, financial performance, and the top managers I knowledge of information technology. The larger bed size, the higher financial performance, the better knowledge of information technology the top managers have, the more strategies the respondent hospitals implemented. The managerial and political implications for Korean hospitals in digital era were also discussed.

NFC를 활용한 능동형 인증 방법 (Active Authentication Method using NFC)

  • 최근 NFC(Near Field Communcation) 기반 통신 기능을 채용한 스마트기기 및 OS 등이 확산됨에 따라 기존 RFID를 이용하던 다양한 응용 분야에 대하여 NFC로의 대체가 진행되고 있다. 대표적으로 출입 통제나, e-ticket, 전자 결제 등의 분야에서 NFC가 RFID를 대체하고 있다. 기존의 RFID는 수동적 통신 기능만 제공하여 충분히 안전한 인증 및 권한 검증 방법을 제시하지 못하였으나, 능동형 통신기능을 제공하는 NFC를 활용하면 보다 안전한 인증 방식을 제공하여 다양한 응용에서 요구하는 보안 요구사항을 만족시킬 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문은 NFC의 능동형 통신 기능을 활용하여 신용카드 결제, 출입통제 시스템 등에 활용될 수 있는 능동형 인증 방식을 제공할 수 있는 방법으로 EAP(Extensible Authentication Protocol)과 AAA(Authentication. Authorization and Accounting) 규약을 활용하는 방법을 제안한다.

  • 글로벌 지능형교통시스템(ITS)시장은 급격한 성장률을 보이고 있으며, 국내 ITS기업들의 해외진출노력이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현지 진출에 수반되는 비용에 대한 부담과 진출 국가의 전략 부재로 국내 기업의 글로벌 ITS사업 수주는 국내 ITS기술력에 비하여 낮은 수준이다, 국가차원에서 민간기업과 해외 ITS사업 참여를 적극 추진하고 있지만, ITS특화전략의 부재로 한계성을 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 기업이 진출을 희망하는 국가대상으로 맞춤형 ITS수출모델을 수립하여 현지 진출 전략을 수립 및 해외 ITS사업 수주에 기여하고자 국별 발전단계를 고려한 맞춤형 ITS수출 모델 수립 연구를 추진하였다.

전자무역 확산을 위한 글로벌 인증시스템의 개선방안에 관한 연구 -아이덴트러스 인증시스템을 중심으로- (A Study on Improved Global Certification System for Global Electronic Trade Expansion -Based on the Identrus Certification System-)

  • The objective of this study has two folds. The first is to investigate current global certification system and the second is to suggest some possible solutions for expanding global e-trade networks. Both research and industrial communities recognize the importance of global certification problems in connection with global e-trade payment because global e-trade volume continue to grow. But not many research results have been reported to the communities in identifying some barriers against active global certification systems. This paper intents to suggest some possible solutions for improved global certification system and the results are summarized as follows: First, strict certification structure has to be relaxed by considering diverse mutual certification methods in global e-trade practice. This paper provides some comparative results about mutual certification methods among different nations. Second, numerous business models have to be derived such that they can be applied to other global certification applications than global e-trade. Third, global certified networks have to be expanded beyond mutual certification level. Once the certified structure among different nations have been established then diverse certified authority channels have to be implemented. Finally, since Korea has already established very good public certification infrastructure within the nation this platform has to be positioned in the center of global e-trade networks. This paper has of course to accept a critique such as this study provided limited results to generalized global e-trade certification model, and therefore empirical study for assessing robust model should be pursued in the future.

전자상거래 고객가치 요인의 한·중 비교 (A Comparison on the Factors Influencing Customer Values in Electronic Commerce between Korea and China)

  • Means-Ends Network model was used to identify factors of means objective(means supplied by vendor) and fundamental objectives(purchasing motivations) for purchasing decision-making structure and dimensions of customer values on purchasers of internet shopping mall in Korea and China. In Means-Ends Network 6 factors(shopping travel, shipping assurance, vendor trust, online payment, product choice, and recommender systems) were found as a means objectives and 3 factors(shopping convenience, internet environment, customer support) as a fundamental objectives of shopping. However the results of hypotheses test for Means-Ends Network show some important differences between two countries. Something important to notice here is that Chinese customers shopping in China recognize shipping assurance factor and vendor trust factor as important factors satisfying all fundamental objectives unlike as in the case of our country. As these two factors are attribution factors responsible to the sellers, it is identified that customers do not trust the sellers and sellers have not met the expectations of customers. Therefore, these results show that the seller efforts assuring the reliability of the seller themselves, such as conducting its own compensation scheme are more important rather than the establishment of the guarantee institution to guarantee reliability and delivery assurance of sellers and implementation of legal and institutional apparatus such as the settlement of e-commerce licence system. Though this study presents such an important marketing implications, it can be pointed out that the limits are this research was done on the general Internet shopping malls without considering the Internet shopping mall types of diversity, the survey was designed around the student samples for convenience of the investigation because it was an international survey and the collected data has been limited to the western coast cities, such as China's Beijing, Shanghai, and Dalian.

  • 일본의 무역절차의 공통기반으로 되어야 하는 “무역금융EDI”의 검토를 1997년이래 추진하고, 실험시스템의 개발(EDEN), 공통이행지침이 책정을 거쳐 실용화를 향한 TEDI Project가 2000년 9월에 종료하였다. EDED 프로젝트를 승계한 TEDI는 무역금융실무에 대한 전자정보의 교환을 안전하고 확실하게 수행하기 위해 통신환경이나 권리의무관계를 포함한 운용환경 등의 정비를 위해 법적인 틀의 제공과 상호운용성을 확보하기 위한 이행지침(guideline)의 책정을 그 목적으로 한다. 따라서, 본고에서는 TEDI의 시스템구조상이 메시지 송${\cdot}$수신과정을 고찰하고자 하는 것이다.

  • 근년에 들어. 신용거래 문화가 확산되는 한편 고객에 대한 한 차원 높은 서비스를 제공하며 업무의 효율성 재고라는 의미에서 은행 업무의 자동화는 더욱 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 예컨데 고객에 대한 현금 지불 처리의 자동화는 현재 계속 진행되어 업체간 경쟁이 심해지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 최근 들어 본격 BANKING AUTOMATION SYSTEM화를 추구하는 각 은행들은 보다 더 원활한 전산업무 화 질적으로 높은 고객 서비스를 위해 CASH DISPENSER 보급을 확대하고 있다. 따라서 CD를 제작하는 MAKER들도 선두주자로서의 M/S 확보를 위해 다각도로 CD 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 현금인출 자동화 기기인 CASH DISPENSER는 이제 일반화되어 기능의 다양화와 DESIGN이 COMPACT화해 가는 추세이다. 이러한 현 상황 하에서 실제로 CD 개발을 하였던 과정을 근거로 하여 보다 더 신뢰성 있고 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 CD DESIGN 제안을 사례 형식으로 살펴보았고 앞으로의 DESIGN 개발 방향을 제시해 보았다.
