In the case of electronic payment, the obligation to use the certificate-based authentication was abolished. As Fin-tech service providers gain autonomy, various authentication methods are provided. SMS, ARS, PIN, Text-passwords, Fingerprints are popular authentication methods in the mobile Fin-tech services. In this study evaluate the usability and security of authentication methods in a unified mobile environment. We evaluate the usability through SUS and interview. Also we evaluate the security level of authentication methods through NIST guideline. At the result of the usability evaluation, Fingerprint authentication method had been determined as the highest usability, also Fingerprint authentication method had been determined as the safest authentication method by obtaining Security Level 4.

This paper is to propose the Direction for the institutional improvement of Financial Supply Chain Management(FSCM) Solution which are currently coming into operation under Global e-Trading Platform. The Financial Supply Chain compromise the entire trade processes and information that manage a trader's cash, Accounts payable and receivable, Risk, working capital, and so on in international trade transaction. From a buyer's perspective, this involves the full procurement-to-payment process. For the seller, it is the order-to-cash cycle. Bolero provides the party concerned a e-trade platform which conformed to these fundamental pre-requisites to underpin fully electronic trade. But this FSCM solution have failed to provide the efficient platform to effectively manage the process of Global e-Trade because it does not correspond with e-Trade environment. Therefore, present FSCM system need the institutional improvement as follows: AA) Strengthening the role of the correspondent Bank under e-Trade System, BB) Extending the function of e-Trade intermediary institution, CC) The introduction of Trade Insurance System, etc. So, by streamlining and automating these processes on an open and flexible platform, The party concerned can optimize their trade transaction and maintain better relations with their business partners

The UCP is an authoritative compilation of the customs and practice of letters of credit observed by most of the participants in the transaction. It remains the most successful set of private rules for trade ever developed. First issued in 1933, the UCP has been through five revisions, the latest being the present UCP 500, which came into force in 1994. Since 1994, new developments in transport, insurance, electronic commerce and banking industry have spurred the current revision of the rules. The ICC Banking Commission approved UCP 600 on October 25, 2006 by a unanimous vote of 91 to 0. The revision, which will come into effect on July 1, 2007, incorporates a number of changes from UCP 500 as follows : UCP 600 has a leaner set of rules, with 39 articles rather than 49 articles of UCP 500; New sections on "definitions" and "interpretations" have been added to clarify the meaning of ambiguous terms; The phrase "reasonable time" for acceptance or refusal of documents has been replaced by a firm period of five banking days; UCP 600 allows for the discounting of deferred payment credits. However, UCP 600 has two main problems such as the inconsistency with insurance industry and the banking community-oriented rules. We have some months before the commencement of UCP 600. From today to the commencement of UCP 600, we should study the full contents of UCP 600 and the influences on the trade industry.

The purpose of this paper is to study the send and receive of the message in the both Bolero and TEDI System. Bolero System is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions, as well as the Bolero Rulebook and Operating Rules governing their use. On the other hand, The TEDI System replaces a series of trade documents with electronic date, and it realizes secure and reliable transactions of data among parties by means of open networks, such as the Internet. The TEDI system is composed of Web browsers, TC Servers, a RSP Server, and Certification Servers.

IT 혁명으로 전자적인 활동이 전 사회의 중심 축으로 이루어지고, 또한 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리와 통신기술의의 눈부신 발달에 힘입어 기업의 Business에 커다란 변화를 초래하게 되었다. 특히, 인터넷이라는 환경하에서 전자상거래는 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, 기업은 전자상거래 모델을 앞다투어 개발하면서 새로운 E-Business 환경을 수용하고 있다. 또한 기업은 무역업무에 이러한 전자상거래를 도입하면서 국제간 거래의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 국채간 사이버 무역이 안고 있는 여러 가지 애로점을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서 국제간 전자결제에 과한 문제이다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역업무를 실행시키고, 활성화하기 위한 하나의 결제방안을 제시해 보면 제3자에 의한 결제 시스템으로서 인터넷 서비스 제공업자, S/W 개발업체, 은행과 신용카드회사를 비롯한 금융기관 등은 결제시스템을 구축하는 방안이 강구될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 다양한 판매자의 제품을 소개하고 일정 시간간격 또는 특정 구매자의 총누적 거래대금이 일정수준에 이를 때에 결제함으로써 신용카드를 지불수단으로 사용하는 경우에도 소액거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 전자결제제도가 성립되기 위해서는 전자자금거래의 규제를 위한 법 제도적인 측면의 정비가 시급하다. 따라서 각종 거래의 결제에 관한 법적관계는 물론 금융관련 법률을 기본으로 하여 새로운 접근방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 사항들을 고려함으로써 사이버 환경의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.

In these days, world economic crisis is getting worse and most of us are having difficulties in handling financial balance. By noticing that credit card is the most important payment method of individuals, we developed e-receipt system, which helps a person easily keep track of credit card spendings by showing purchase and transaction details in real-time. We've used embedded software engineering techniques in developing the e-receipt system. The system we developed here will benefit most of us by preventing over-spending of credit cards and will lead to healthy spending habits.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify nursing demands according to general characteristics and diseases of inpatients to whom comprehensive payment systems apply. Methods: This study was designed as a retrospective research study using the electronic medical records of Hospital Information Systems (HIS). Participants were 836 subjects who received seven Diagnostic-Related Group diagnoses among inpatients of one tertiary hospital from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. Results: Nursing demand among inpatients'seven Diagnostic-Related Group diagnoses was relatively higher for appendectomy, cataract surgery, and hysterectomy, while there was a significant difference depending on the age, duration of admission, admission path, hospital entry method and Diagnostic-Related Group. Conclusion: The results can be utilized as basic data on accurate nursing demands that reflect various features of patients.

B2B EC에서 지능형 에이전트에 대한 요구의 증가와 함께 기업구매자가 직접 전자시장으로부터 구매하는 데스크탑 구매의 요구도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 B2B 상에서 전자시장으로부터의 효율적인 구매를 지원하는 b-Cart 기반 에이전트 시스템의 설계 사례에 대해서 기술한다. b-Cart는 구매자가 소유하고 사용되는 구매자 사이트에 위치한 쇼핑카트로서, 본 논문에서는 B2B EC에서의 b-Cart 기반 에이전트 시스템의 요구 기능을 사용자식별(Identification), 사용자 다이알로그(User Dialog), 상품정보수집(Collection), 물품정보제거(Trashing), 개별 구매의사결정지원(Individual Purchase Decision Support), 조직 구매의사결정지원(Organizational Purchase Decision Support), 협상(Negotiation), 주문처리(Ordering), 지불처리(Payment), 진행사항 추적(Tracking), 구매기록(Recording), 전자구매시스템에 구매기록 전송(Record Transmission), 지식베이스에 새로운 지식 유지(Knowledge Maintenance)으로 정의하고, b-Cart 기반 에이전트 시스템의 메시지 인터페이스를 설계하고 시스템의 구조를 설계하여 프로토타입 시스템인 AgentB의 설계 사례를 소개한다. b-Cart 기반 에이전트시스템은 기업구매자의 전자시장으로부터 구매자 증가함에 따라 분산된 정보를 관리 해주고 통합적으로 구매처리를 해줄수 있는 효과적인 시스템이다. 향 후 B2B EC의 에이전트 시스템은 b-Cart를 기반으로 할 것으로 예측할 수 있다.

Internet Trade is the new type of business transaction, which sells and advertises the product and services by using the Internet, which is spreaded rapidly to the world. Under these circumstance, our country should discuss the proper position and role as the center in the trade amount in the world trade market, and face the irresistible changes of trade environment. First, in the institution and legal aspect. Second, the price payment system of the internet trade. Third, the so-called infra construction, the physical sector for activating the internet trade, the comprehensive plan of super-highway information communication net work by the government authorities is expected to be promoted. There is no perfect solution that internet trade could be completely done in front of monitor and will be solved one by one along with the development of electronic commerce. At last, the government's and industry's joint positive concern and participation in the rapidly changing new world trade trends of internet trade is expected fit for our position in the world.

Electronic commerce, the act of trading online, with its myriad of potential has been seldom looked at within the context of developing countries. E-commerce presents SMEs in developing economies the opportunity to adequately compete on a global stage. The exponential growth of e-commerce in developed economies further widens the financial gap between developed and developing economies. This study looks at a practical e-commerce adoption framework for Ghanaian SMEs and by extension, developing economies and looks at the net benefits that are available to current adopters. The study uses structural equation modeling, using Partial least squares (PLS) regression to analyze the data in the research. Using PLS algorithms as well as bootstrapping calculations. It combines the use of surveys (154) and interviews (38) as means of data collection. The findings of the research indicate that there is a need for legislation on e-commerce trading to regulate the trade in Ghana, with policies such as e-contracting and e-signature laws among others. Also, a current call for an expansion of the mobile payment methods within the country. For the private investor, a ripe market for logistics services. The study also proposes a simple guideline for SMEs looking to adopt or expand their e-commerce usage, that considers technological, organizational and environmental factors that come to play within e-commerce adoption.
