다채널 진동 모니터링 장치 개발 (Development of the Multichannel Vibration Monitoring System)

  • 산업현장에서의 회전체 기기의 유지보수안전관리를 위한 설비에 대한 설계에 대한 연구이다. 중급 진동 모니터링 시스템 시장에 진입하기 위한 다채널 설비 자가 진단 모니터링 장치를 개발하였고, 이 시스템의 특징은 확장성과 유연성을 부여하였다. 한 개의 신호를 처리하기 위해서는 한 개의 독립적 채널이 필요하나, 개발된 제품은 신호 처리 카드 한 장이 4채널을 처리하다. 한 개 랙에는 독립적인 이중화 전원장치, 디스플레이가 설치되어 진동측정값을 별도의 컴퓨터 없이 현장에서 바로 확인할 수 있다. 베어링 결함 감지는 진동 감시의 기본이지만 일반적인 진동 속도나 가속도에서 나타나지 않는 경우가 있다. 따라서 저주파대역의 반복적이지 않은 진동은 필터링하고 진폭 변조 시키는 기술이 기속도 엔벨로핑 기술이다. 이 기술이 적용된 진동 분석 장비를 개발하였다. 개발된 시제품은 진동오차 범위에서 작동함을 보여주었다.

  • 현재 전차선 높이 및 편위 측정을 위한 측정시스템은 원천기술 자체를 독일, 일본, 프랑스, 이탈리아에서 제품개발 이전에 기술 특허를 출원하여 선점이 되어있어 국내 전차선에 적합하고 정밀도가 높은 기술 개발과 더불어 측정을 위한 원천기술의 자체개발이 필요하다. [1, 2] 따라서, 독자적이고 독립적인 원천기술을 개발하고 객관적 검증을 위해 기초시험과 이미지프로세싱 기법을 이용한 선형화로 원천, 측정기술 확보와 동시에 실질적 기술 검증이 필요하다. 이를 위해 Line Scan Camera 및 시스템 구성 후 시험을 위해 카메라고정과 모의시험을 위해 지그를 제작하였으며 측정된 데이터를 저장하고 Line Scan Camera를 동작하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 이를 구현하고자 하였다.

시험용 이상전원(異狀電源) 발생장치의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Abnormal Power Source Generator to Evaluate Electronic Appliances)

  • Generally, electronic appliances are used on the basis of normal power source supply. The power source inevitably includes the abnormal condition, such as, sudden voltage sagging, power interrupt, and induced noises. As the electronic appliances which include micro-controller-based circuits are being increased recently, the controller circuit sometimes malfunctions by the abnormal condition of the power source. This situation causes serious problems such as hitch of electric appliance, fire and medical instrument glitch, which produces serious situations. In this paper, development of power interrupt tester which is highly suitable for an endurance test device under abnormal power source to microprocessor-based circuits is proposed 89C2051 microcontroller is performed to make power interrupt signal, and software controls peripheral hardwares and built-in functions. Experimental results of this study will offer a good application to electronic appliance maker as a test device of hardware and software debugging use.

철심 코어형 전자식 전압 변성기 개발 (Development of the iron-cored electronic voltage transformer)

  • An iron-cored voltage transformer(VT) is usually used to obtain the standard low voltage signal for protection and measurement. Generally, the iron-cored transformers have errors due to the hysteresis characteristics of the iron-core. An error compensating algorithm for iron-cored instrument transformer can improve the accuracy of conventional voltage transformers. This paper describes the iron-cored electronic voltage transformer having the error compensating algorithm. The innovative product composes an iron-cored VT and an intelligent electronic device(IED) having the error compensating algorithm. The test results of the iron-cored electronic voltage transformers in Korea Electro-technology Research Institute(KERI) are presented.

바이테크놀로지 분야에서의 전자코 이용 (Application of Electronic Nose in Biotechnology)

  • 전자코는 비특정센서를 이용하여 향기성분을 검출하는 분석 장치로 칼럼의 교체나 별도의 전처리과정 없이 사람의 코와 마찬가지로 패턴을 인식하여 신속하게 향기를 분석하거나 이취여부를 판별해 준다. 다변량 통계에 의한 차별성을 토대로 향기성분의 특성간의 차이를 주로 판별할 수도 있고 인공신경망을 통하여 반복된 학습 과정을 통해 미지의 시료의 향기성분과 비교하여 판별할 수도 있다. 전자코는 된장, 치즈, 포도주 등의 발효공정 과정에서 발효 정도를 예측할 수 있으며 또 다른 미생물의 오염 여부를 판단할 수가 있다. 식품산업에서 많이 활용되어 왔던 전자코 시스템의 응용은 바이오테크놀로지의 다양한 분야에도 보다 폭넓게 활용되어지기를 기대하여 본다.

필드 스크린을 위한 휴대용 전자코 시스템의 구현 (Implementation of a Portable Electronic Nose System for Field Screening)

  • There is currently much interest in the development of instruments that emulate the senses of humans. Increasingly, there is demand for mimicking the human sense of smell, which is a sophisticated chemosensory system. An electronic nose system is applicable to a large area of industries including environmental monitoring. We have designed a protable electronic nose system using an array of commercial chemical gas sensors for recognizing and analyzing the various odours. In this paper, we have implemented a portable electronic nose system using an array of gas sensors for recognizing and analyzing VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) in the field. The accuracy of a portable electronic nose system may be lower than an instrument such as GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer). However, a portable electronic nose system could be used on the field and showed fast response to pollutants in the field. Several different algorithms for odours recognition were used such as BP (Back-Propagation) or LM-BP (Levenberq-Marquardt Back-Propagation). We applied RBF (Radial Basis Function) Network for recognition and quantifying of odours, which has simpler and faster compared to the previously used algorithms such as BP and LM-BP.

  • The purpose of this study aims to the implications by the introduction of TSU/BPO system as a instrument of trade settlement. Jointly with financial messaging provider SWIFT, the ICC Banking Commission has developed the URBPO to take into account the legitimate expectations of all relevant sectors. Once the goods have been shipped, the seller's bank uploads the shipping and logistics data to the TSU to be checked against the baseline. URBPO is the first ever set of standards in supply chain finance that governs BPO transactions worldwide. BPO enables banks to reduce the risks associated with international trade to the benefit of both buyers and sellers. A BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an Obliger Bank to a Recipient Bank to pay a specified amount under the condition of a successful electronic matching of data or acceptance of mismatches. The BPO should be viewed as an exercise in collaboration between trading partners and their banks. Drawings upon global standards and incorporating the benefits offered by letters of credit, the new instrument has the potential to benefit all parties in a trade transaction-and bring trade settlement into the 21st century.

공항주변 계획된 장애물에 의한 계기절차 및 전파간섭 연구 (A Preliminary Study on Instrument Procedures and Frequency Interference with a planned Obstacle around an Airport)

  • Obstacle defines all fixed and mobile objects, or parts thereof, that are located on an area intended for the surface movement of aircraft or extend above a defined surface intended to protect aircraft in flight or stand outside those defined surfaces and that have been assessed as being a hazard to air navigation. Aircraft operations are based on electronic supporting systems using radio frequencies to assist pilots. These frequencies can receive outside interference that change their courses or power, such as distortion, attenuation or reinforcements by an obstacle. This is a preliminary case study that shows the relation of instrument flight procedures and the degree of interferences introduced by a planned obstacle, which is a main bridge post, within the service volume of the radio navigation aids. For the purpose of this study, the case airport's data and it's VOR/DME and ILS systems' limitations are analyzed, as well as the relation of interferences between the obstacle and navigation aides were reviewed with the internal regulations in Korea.

근거 중심의 헬스 리터러시 증진 방안: 학술지 연구 동향을 중심으로 (Evidence-based health literacy improvements: trends on health literacy studies in Korea)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current state of health literacy research and to explore the directions of improvement health literacy in Korea. Methods: A review of literature was conducted via an electronic database and citation tracking reference. A total of 173 articles were identified, where and then 41 articles were selected for review that met the inclusion criteria. Two authors independently reviewed the articles using the matrix table and together examined together the three aspects of the studies: research methods, health literacy instrument, and results. Results: Most of the articles were descriptive-correlation studies, but there were one intervention study and six methodology studies that were developing health literacy measures and instrument related items and etc. More troubling sufficient samples and sampling methods were lacking at the population level. The validity of the used health literacy instruments was not sufficient reported. Conclusions: Health literacy instruments need to be validated in various population and contexts. Additionally, effective strategies to improve health literacy included teach-back, pictogram, and decision aids need to be tested in Korean health care system.

인터넷 상거래에서의 서비스회복 품질 측정도구 개발 (Developing a Measurement Scale for Service Recovery Quality in Internet Commerce)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 상거래에서 서비스실패가 발생할 때 기업이 기울이는 서비스회복 활동의 품질 측정도구를 개발하는 것이다. 같은 용도로 Parasuraman 등(2005)이 개발한 E-RecS-QUAL 측정도구를 수정 보완한 본 측정도구는 eSR-Q(electronic Service Recovery Quality)라 명명되었다. 본 측정도구의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하기 위해 내적 일관성과 수렴 판별 법칙 타당성 등 구조 타당성의 측면이 집중적으로 분석되었다. 그 결과 4개 차원(반응, 보상, 접촉, 사과) 14개 항목으로 구성된 eSR-Q가 완성되었다. 본 연구는 이 측정도구의 등장배경과 개발 및 검증 과정, 한계점, 그리고 향후 개선방안 등을 다룬다.
