We have recently installed SQUEAN on the 82 inch telescope at the McDonald Observatory, USA. This instrument consists of an ANDOR CCD camera, a focal reducer, an electronic box, an auto guiding system and a new filter wheel which holds up to 20 filters. Currently the filter wheel is equipped with Johnson-Cousins BVRI filters, SDSS rizY and isiz filters, and 50nm medium band pass filters (M625(625nm), M675(675nm), M725(725nm), M775(775nm), M825(825nm), M875(875nm), M925s(925nm), M975(975nm), and M1025(1025nm)). Our medium band pass filter system is suitable with SED fitting. Filter transformation methods are essential for time-domain observations including transient objects, e.g., supernovae, variable stars, and solar system bodies. In this work, we develop a series of equations to convert the open clusters photometry data within these filter systems.

This paper is to review the Uniform Rules for Bank Payment Obligations(URBPO 750E) which were developed by the Banking Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce and to present the implications. The rules were unanimously adopted during Lisbon meeting of the ICC Banking Commission on April 17th, 2013 and taken effect as of July 1, 2013. A BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an Obligor bank to a Recipient bank to pay a specified amount under the condition of a successful electronic matching of data or acceptance of mismatches. It is an alternative instrument for trade settlement, designed to complement existing solution and not to replace them(ICC,750E). The BPO enables banks to provide sellers and buyers with advanced risk mitigations and enhanced financing services. The BPO will improve trade processing efficiency such as increased transaction times, reduced handling cost, and others. It is believed that the BPO will have an important role to play in supporting the development of Supply Chain Finance in international Trade. So, This study will review the provisions and application of the URBPO 750E based on documentary materials including swift com and icc.org and so on.

In this paper, we propose a new discrete-time predictive current controller for a PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor). The main objectives of the current controllers are to ensure that the measured stator currents tract the command values accurately and to shorten the transient interval as much as possible, in order to obtain high-performance of ac drive system. The conventional predictive current controller is hard to implement in full digital current controller since a finite calculation time causes a delay between the current sensing time and the time that it takes to apply the voltage to motor. A new control strategy in this paper is seen the scheme that gets the fast adaptation of transient current change, the fast transient response tracking and is proposed simplified calculation. Moreover, the validity of the proposed method is demonstrated by numerical simulations and the simulation results will be verified the improvements of predictive controller and accuracy of the current controller.

This study is to explain why internet users are unconcerned with their privacy information. For this purpose, this study focuses on the Nate.com case. Nate.com recently suffered from external intrusion. They announced this fact to their users. However, users did not leave the Nate.com. To explain the reason, this study used a combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques. The grounded theory approach was used to analyze responses to open-ended questions answered by 240 Nate.com users. Using these responses, a survey instrument was developed. Survey results were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The conclusions and implications are discussed.

DCS require a remote supervisory control that applies a various applications with a period of integrated EIC(electric instrument control) using distributed computer network. Until now, DCS has leaved something to be desired in guaranteeing real-time required in remote site plant. In this paper, each controller is designed by implementing the controller suiting with an wide area to enhance the hardware of existing PRS controller and GWS, RPS and SRS, for the efficiency of TM/TC system, Therefore, real-time emphasizes on the communication processing time, rate of system load analyzed and validity was evaluated for a each implemented controllers.

In this paper, we analyzed the technology competitiveness of main competitors based on the patent trend analysis for beauty instruments fields, and drew up the patent reserve strategy and patent portfolio for project related technologies according to technical trends analysis. Using the analysis result of patent portfolio to establish the strategic IP based research and development plans, the patent wall and gap areas are suggested, And, based on the basic information to set up the direction of research and development, we intend to provide objective patent information for the feasibility of conducting research and development tasks and for the avoidance of duplication research.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing of HPV vaccination and vaccination intention among Korean adult women through a systematic review. Methods: A systematic review was conducted across international and domestic electronic databases and nine of 193 studies were identified for this review. Results: Meaningful variables influencing HPV vaccination and its intention included socioeconomic status (age, economic level, and education level), knowledge level, health beliefs, attitudes toward HPV vaccination, and previous experiences. Economic level and knowledge influenced HPV vaccination and vaccination intention, which was consistent with the results of previous studies. Eight studies measured knowledge level regarding cervical cancer or HPV vaccination; however some instruments lacked reliability and validity report. Conclusion: There is a need for governmental support to reduce the burden of HPV vaccination cost, to publicize the benefits and to provide general information regarding HPV vaccination. Finally, it is necessary to develop an instrument with confirmed reliability and validity to measure HPV knowledge.

We have experienced a revolutionary development in e-business related technologies during the last decade. This research is an effort to figure out and predict the direction of technological development in the area of electronic business. Current e-business related technology typology has been revised with a thorough literature review and expert focus groups. An instrument was developed to measure experts' perception on seven dimensions of e-business related technology. Based on this survey results, e-business technology roadmaps were developed and presented. Policy implications were discussed at the end.

The rapid development of both communication traffic and increasing optical network sizes has increased energy consumption. Traditional algorithms and strategies don't apply to controlling the expanded network. Immunization algorithms originated from the complex system theory are feasible for large-scale systems based on a scale-free network model. This paper proposes the immunization strategy for complex systems which includes random and targeted immunizations to solve energy consumption issues and uses traffic to judge the energy savings from the node immunization. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. Furthermore, this paper provides a possibility for saving energy with optical transmission networks.

The BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an obligor bank to a recipient bank to pay a specified amount under the condition of a successful electronic matching of data or acceptance of mismatches. The BPO enables the participating banks to provide sellers and buyers with enhanced financing services. Therefore, BPO gives banks the tools to provide them with guarantees and other multi-banking services. All the participating banks must use the same Transaction Matching Application(TMA) for BPO business. In order to exchange BPO-related data, banks must be subscribed to the same TMA scheme. Participation in the TMA scheme is limited to banks only. The TMA is matching and workflow application as instrument to determine whether to pay the BPO or not. Therefore, TMA will have an important role to play in the business of the BPO. So, This paper is to review the mechanism of a TMA and the major business scenarios in Banking Payment Obligation Transactions. In Particular, it has been included the exchange and matching of data messages, the disposal of discrepancies, document payment and others based on URBPO. This study will be based on documentary research including swift com and icc.org and so on.
