  • The purpose of the study is aimed at estimating the reasonable price and forecasting the sales rate of the new apartment, using transaction data of the existing apartment that is close to perfectly competitive markets. In the present paper, therefore, attempts were made to determine the relationship between the existing apartment market and the new housing market. Also conducted an empirical analysis that complemented the problems of precedent studies.

  • Many buying and selling companies have participated in B2B electronic commerce in order to boost sales and cut down purchase prices respectively. There are some studies on buying and selling companies performances of using B2B e-marketplaces which provide electronic B2B transaction services such as finding transaction partners, providing on-line transaction process like auctioneering, etc. This study investigates the critical failure factors against B2B e-marketplace in other words B2B market-maker or B2B intermediary. We proposed 4 hypotheses asserting that 4 critical failure factors make reverse effects on B2B intermediary performances. We adopt the Balanced Score Card (BSC) framework to evaluate B2B intermediary performance. Data were collected from 46 respondents of B2B intermediaries in Korea. Analyses showed that traditional off-line B2B practices like refunding to buyer or transactions without legal documents and low quality of product information and catalog are critical failure factors against B2B intermediary performance.

  • Recently, payment method is one of the most hot issues for transaction of contents in mobile and internet markets. Many kinds of mobile contents services are rapidly growing with the combination of internet application services. Payment method algorithms are demanded for the stable transaction between producer and consumer. Security protocol algorithms are widely adapted for mobile Platform terminals. In this Paper, we described security mechanism for the current wireless internet services and compared with the performance result. There are security protocols that based on java machine platform or WAP protocols. The system is based on J2ME technology for the java mobile platform. Based on this technology, a security system is proposed for the service of mobile commerce electronic payment. The system is designed for the stability of transaction so that it enables to apply into many kinds of internet payment system.

  • This legal study is to compare the Electronic Transactions Act in Thailand(hereinafter 'ETA') with mainly other countries electronic transactions acts, such as UNCITRAL MLEC, UECIC, VETA, UCITA and Korea' Electronic Transactions Act The ETA is consisted of 6 chapters which included preamble and definitions. Each chapter's main point as follows. Preamble is related to the name, time of legal effect, scope and definitions. Chapter 1 is not only general principles of electronic transactions, required restriction in addition to specify the limit of application, documentation, evidential weight in reference to the data message, but also the conditions of offer and acceptance through data message, time and place of dispatch and receipt of data message, certification between origination and addressee. According to media-neutrality and the effectiveness security requirement of data message under the information system, legal certification is related to the exchange's declaration of intention, define about origination-addressee of data message. Chapter 2 is composed to provide expressly about the effectiveness security in electronic signature. Those contents are to compare the MLEC, UECIC and Electronic Transactions Act in Korea. Chapter 3 is related to legal definitions that present legal requirement about service relating electronic transaction which contents accept domestic law, the adequate requirement as eligibility, satisfied matter, self-reliance ratio of finance and other detail standard Chapter 4 is deal with the transaction which are public sector and those application requirements. And also this chapter are composed regulations about direct-indirect purpose of Thailand domestic electronic government.

  • This paper presents a new algorithm to determine accurate bus-wise transmission loss allocation utilizing path-integrals dictated by the transaction strategy. For any transaction strategy, the total sum of the allocated transmission losses of all buses is equal to the actual loss given by the AC power-flow calculation considering the distributed slack. In this paper, the bus-wise allocation of the transmission loss is calculated by integrating the differential loss along a path determined by the transaction strategy. The proposed algorithm is also compared with Galiana's method, which is the well-known transmission loss allocation algorithm based on integration. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by case studies carried out on the WSCC 9-bus, IEEE 14-bus, New England 39-bus, and IEEE 118-bus systems. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is fast and accurate with a large step size.

  • The purpose of this article is to study on the strategy for Success in the Electronic Trade Transaction. The term "electronic trade" means all or part of any such trade as implemented by means of apparatus having the information processing capability, such as a computer, and networks of information and communications. The Internet brings people together from every country in the world. It reduces the distances between people in many ways. The predominant language on the Web is English, although sites in other language barrier is overcome, the technology exists for any business to conduct electronic commerce with any other business or consumer, anywhere in the world.

  • The deregulation problem has recently attracted attentions in a competitive electric power market, where the cost must be earmarked fairly and precisely for the customers and the Independent Power Producers (IPPs) as well. Transmission loss is an one of several important factors that determines power transmission cost. Because the cost caused by transmission losses is about $3{\sim}5%$, it is important to allocate transmission losses into each bus in a power system. This paper presents the new algorithm to allocate transmission losses based on an integration method using the loss sensitivity. It provides the buswise incremental transmission losses through the calculation of load ratios considering the transaction strategy of an overall system. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by the case studies carried out on the WSCC 9-bus and IEEE 14-bus systems.

  • This paper analyzes the main factors affecting user selection of a small-sum electronic payment system using survey data of 396 users. Several findings emerge. First, users consider three pillars and eight factors in adopting a new system : system features(stability, security, and flexibility), transaction cost(payment commission and settlement period), and financial capability of provider(stability of financial structure, risk management capability, and funding capability). Second, the stability of the financial structure of the system provider is the most important factor to user acceptance of a new e-payment system. Users tend to consider uncertainty risk more seriously than transaction cost. This reflects the reality that electronic payment system service industry has not fully fledged yet. Third, some moderating effects exist according to payment methods and business usages. As for payment methods, speedy settlement cycle for wired/wireless phone payment, system stability for credit card and account transfer payment, and security for advance payment means are crucial factors. As for business usages, the stability of financial structure for online game content, system stability for music and video content, proxy payment commission for e-learning content, flexibility of the payment system for digital adult content, and security for public services are decisive ones.

  • Rapid development of computer and telecommunication technology brought out the expansion of electronic commerce which is the new type of business transaction. Offline transaction can lead to problems and disputes the same is for cyberspace transactions. However ADR is not meet for the online transaction for speed, cost and open network system, ODR methods to resolve electronic commerce conflicts is crucial for building confidence and permitting access to justice in an online business environment. And ADR refers to processes other than judicial determination in which an impartial person assists those in a dispute to resolve the issues between them. ODR refers to ADR processes assisted by information technology, particularly the internet. ODR has been available since 1996. Its development can be as passing through three broad stages : hobbyist, experimental, entrepreneurial, institutional phrase. Also, ODR has adapted a range of traditional ADR for use online, including arbitration. mediation. facilitated negotiation and case appraisal. Mediation and arbitration have been the most prevalent forms of ODR. ODR is the burgeoning field and has created a new issues. All such issues which have been debated in the ADR are composed with ODR. But these are not limited. Some of issues are further complicated by the nature of the online environment such as confidentiality and principle of parties. Finally electronic commerce now takes place on the Internet, it is inevitable that the commercial world wants access to dispute resolution process that best suits the new commercial environment. ODR methods are processing for development and legal issues are considered by both national and international authorities.
