Objectives: The study was to survey use of electronic medical records in subjects of Korean medicine doctors working for Korean medicine organizations and to contemplate ways to develop utilization of electronic medical records. Methods: On August 2017, it conducted online self-reported survey on subjects of Korean medicine doctors at Korean hospitals and clinics who agreed to participate in the study. A total 40 doctors in hospital and 279 doctors in clinic were included. The surveyed contents include kinds of electronic chart, reason for not using electronic medical records and problems with creation of medical records. Results: It finds that 100% of those working at Korean medicine hospitals and 86.4% of those at Korean medicine clinics have used electronic medical records. Subjects answered the biggest reason for not using electronic medical records was inconvenience. The most serious problems with creation of electronic medical records at Korean medicine organizations found in the study include there was no method of creation of medical records and no standardized terminology for use in electronic medical records. Conclusion: For utilization of electronic medical records at Korean medicine organizations, standardization of terminology, development of EMR in favour of its users and development of strategy that motivates use of EMR are required.

해양 전자정보자원 메타 데이터베이스 시스템 설계 및 구현을 위해 국내외 관련 연구를 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구대상은 해양분야 웹 자원에서 해양조사자료가지를 범위로 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 네트워크 자원의 기술에 적합한 더블린코어를 기반으로 효율적인 해양분야 전자정보자원 정보검색서비스를 제공하는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양분야 전자정보원 조사, 메타데이터 기술요소 분석, 베타데이터 분류체계, 시스템 구성 및 검색 구현방안의 연구를 수행하였다.

The purpose of the survey is to identify possible new areas of research relating to nanotechnology and in particular areas in which the established facilities of the Centre for Metrology can be employed to good effect. This survey indicates that nanotechnology, a sub set of the more embracing Nano Science, is a rapidly developing discipline with good potential for Electronic and Mechanical Engineering. Nanotechnology includes three areas: Nanometrology, Nanometer positioning and Control, and Nanomanufacturing. In each of the areas, the current research situation and developing trends have been summarised. Possibilities for future work indicated.

The Electronic Commerce is expected as one of the most prospective industries in the 21th century, This research performed a survey and analysis is based on the results of the service quality model and previous research of the service quality in MIS. Service quality, one instrument developed by the marketing area, is provided as a possible measure of internet shopping mall, Service quality measures five service dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The main purposes of this study are to develop an exploratory model based on service quality that can explain the factors of customer's perceived service quality and investigate how these factors are related to consumer satisfaction. The results of this survey are summarized as follows: (1) Reliability and responsiveness of internet shopping mall are evaluated as very important factors, (2) Service quality is an antecedent of consumer satisfaction, (3) Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchase intentions.

우리 나라 대학도서관의 정보기술 도입현황과 정보기술이 국내 대학도서관의 장서개발에 미치는 영향을 조사하였으며, 이러한 영향과 전자정보서비스 제공과의 관계를 분석하여 전자정보서비스 제공의 영향을 반영한 대학도서관의 장서개발 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 전국의 4년제 일반대학 134개교의 중앙도서관을 대상으로 1997년 12월 15일부터 1998년 1월19일까지 약 한 달간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그중 회수된 유효자료 99부를 분산분석하였다.

This paper provides an overview of the basics and recent studies of Lyapunov-based nonlinear adaptive control, the aim of which is to improve or maintain the performance and stability of the closed-loop system by cancelling out the presumable uncertainties in the nonlinear system dynamics. The design principles are essentially based on Lyapunov's direct method. In this survey, we provide a comprehensive overview of Lyapunov-based nonlinear adaptive control techniques with simplified effective design examples, which are to be elaborated as related recent results are gradually shown. The scope of the survey contains research on singularity problems in adaptive control, the techniques to deal with linearly and nonlinearly parameterized uncertainties, robust neuro-adaptive control, and adaptive control methodologies combined with various nonlinear control techniques such as sliding-mode control, back-stepping, dynamic surface control, and optimal/$H_{\infty}$ control.

This research can be summarized as follows: a. It provides the means how to manage risks in the electronic commerce with a focus on the insurance by which to transfer the risks to the third person. b. Since there are few preceding studies on the insurance of electronic commerce, further studies on the insurance stipulations about coverage and exclusions are needed. c. The risks in the electronic commerce are critical to the businessmen and the insurance can protect them from the perils and activate the electronic commerce. d. Inter-governmental and inter-organizational cooperations are needed to enact the unified international insurance clause. Researches on the electronic insurance should be vitalized for more objective analysis. A positive study needs a close survey on the individual and the business concerned, the insurance company, and the policy authorities, which will make it possible to adjust the coverage and exclusion and assess an optimum insurance rate.

This study examines the role of perceived enjoyment, self-efficacy, and subjective norms as determinants of behavioral intention to use the OVO application. This study's target population is the users of the OVO application who have used it as an electronic transaction. This study's population was the OVO application users as an electronic transaction tool in Jember Regency. Samples were randomly selected at the time of the survey with specific criteria. The survey location is determined at the Plaza because it is a shopping center that mostly has payments at OVO partner merchants. The model empirically tested using data gathered from 150 respondents of OVO users. The research model was tested by using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed that all constructs in the original TAM model were statistically significant. Subjective norm has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment positively affects perceived ease of use of OVO applications. On the other hand, applications' self-efficacy does not affect the perceived ease of using OVO applications for electronic transactions. This condition shows that subjective norms are dominant external individual perspectives compared to self-efficacy, which are personal internal characteristics in determining the behavioral intention of using OVO applications in electronic transactions.

In this paper, we survey recent trends of International Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) organizations such as the International Committee on GNSS (ICG), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Maritime Organization (IMO), and International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and investigate their impact on the maritime and aviation sectors. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. ICG develops a variety of satellite navigation enhancement systems. ICAO establishes international aviation regulations and standards to enhance aviation safety and security. IMO establishes international shipping conventions and rules to protect and regulate the shipping environment. Lastly, ITU establishes international communication regulations and standards. Investigation of such international organizations plays an important role in increasing the efficiency and reliability of GNSS systems. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. In the future, interoperability and compatibility with new satellite navigation systems and other GNSS and satellite navigation enhancement systems must be secured, so and thus investigation of international organizations must be conducted first.

The main objective of this study is to find the Interrelationship between Service Quality, Electronic Banking and Customer Satisfaction in Commercial Banks in Uganda. A review of literature was conducted to find out the relationship among Service Quality, Electronic Banking and Customer Satisfaction. The literature review confirms this relationship. A survey was conducted to collect data. The sample size of 210 commercial banking customers was drawn from different banks in Uganda. The result shows, the Electronic banking adoption was found to have a positive relationship with Service Quality, Service Quality was found to have a positive relationship with Customer satisfaction; and Electronic banking adoption had a positive relationship with Customer satisfaction. In light of the findings various recommendations were put across on how retail banks can better satisfy their customers through the use of electronic banking channels. Electronic banking adoption will then foster Service Quality where a customer's service expectations are exceeded by the actual service She/he obtains. This will then bring about Customer satisfaction where the customers find that their needs are met by the service.
