본 연구는 국내 유통 전자출판물의 납본 및 수집을 위한 데이터의 속성과 속성값의 표준화 방안과 정책 및 제도적 고려사항을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 필수 및 선택 속성은 총 21개가 도출되었으며, 이는 국립중앙도서관 납본 및 수집 업무 담당자들의 설문조사 및 FGI 결과를 바탕으로 선정되었다. 데이터 품질 검증 과정에서 추가적으로 필요한 속성이 발견되어, 전자책, 오디오북, 웹툰, 웹소설 등 자료유형별로 필수 및 선택 속성을 구체화하였다. 속성값의 표준화는 ISO 8601 규칙에 따른 날짜 및 시간의 표기, 파일 형식과 성인 여부 등 제한된 범위의 속성값의 명확한 지정, 제목과 관련된 정보의 상세한 기술 등을 포함하였다. 정책 및 제도적 고려사항은 표준화된 메타데이터 요구사항의 확립, 지속적인 데이터 품질 관리 및 모니터링 체계의 구축의 필요성을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)와 WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) 기술을 결합한 TCP-IP 통신 기반의 원격 장치 데이터 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. 무선의 PDA 디바이스는 서버측에서 전송되는 원격 장치의 데이터인 온도, 습도, 장치 상태 등을 연속적으로 수집하고 모바일 디바이스에 디스플레이 함으로써 무선 통신의 원격 모니터링을 위해서 사용된다. 따라서 유 무선 통합의 원격 장치 데이터 모니터링 시스템을 구축함으로써 관리자의 상황에 적응적인 데이터 수집과 장치 상태 확인의 효율성을 제공한다.

마이크로파 통신하는 여러 응용 장치들에서 송, 수신 장치들 사이의 전파경로에 따라 수신아테나에 수신되는 전압이 달라진다. 교통제어를 목적으로 하는 ETC(Electronic Toll Collection)시스템은 고속도로의 자동요금징수시스템으로 노변장치(Beacon)와 차량 탑재장치(On Board Unit) 등으로 구성되며 이 장치들 사이의 전파경로는 다중 경로이다. 따라서 수신안테나의 전압은 거리에 따라서 그 키기가 크게 감소되는 페이딩 현상이 발생된다. 본 연구에서는 모델화된 ETC 시스템의 전파 다중경로를 사용하여 주파수변화에 따른 효과, 환경 변화, 편파, 및 안테나 방사패턴 등의 영향들을 고려하여 페이딩 현성이 최소로 되는 조건을 구하였다. 분석결과, 강우 시 수직 편파의 경우 페이딩 효과가 크게 감소되며 일반적으로 원형 편파일 경우 페이딩 효과가 비교적 적었다. 큰 방향성의 안테나를 사용하면 근거리에서 페이딩 효과가 감소하였다. 공간과 주파수 다이버시티 기술을 적용하면 페이딩에 의한 영향을 감소시킬 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들을 차량 탑재장치에서 수신된 전압의 크기(dB)와 노변장치와 차량 사이거리로 도시하였으며 실험에 의한 결\ulcorner와 비교 검토하였다.

본 논문에서는 빌딩 자동제어용 센서 및 신호의 듀플리케이터(Duplicator)를 개발한다. 개발된 듀플리케이터는 빌딩 자동제어에 사용되는 여러 개의 센서를 원거리에 있는 빌딩자동화기기에 직접 연결하지 않고 데이터 수집장치와 데이터 송신장치간의 논리적 통신방식을 사용하여 센서 데이터를 그대로 복원한다. 이때 센서의 신호가 원거리로 전송될 때 발생될 수 있는 전기적인 오차를 줄일 수 있고 자동제어의 시공원가를 절감시킬 수 있다. 또한 논리적 통신방식으로 개방형 프로토콜을 사용하기 때문에 상용 HMI와 호환이 되어 확장성을 보장한다. 개발된 듀플리케이터의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 실제 환경에서 시운전을 수행하여 정상 동작함을 보였다. 또한 측정 오차율, 동작 온도, 동작 습도 등에 대하여 공인 시험기관의 장비를 사용하여 실험한 결과 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.

The study tested a hybrid model with constructs drawn from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory in order to examine the moderating effect of productivity and relative advantage (RA) on perceived usefulness (PU) vis-à-vis electronic information resources (EIR) adoption in private university libraries in Ogun and Osun States of Nigeria. The descriptive research design was adopted in the study. The population consisted of 61 (55.0%) librarians and 50 (45.0%) library officers (totaling 116—100%) in Babcock University, Bells University, Covenant University, Bowen University, Oduduwa University, and Redeemer's University. Purposive sampling procedure was adopted after which total enumeration was used since the total population is small. The questionnaire was used for data collection. Of the 116 copies of the questionnaire administered, 111 (95.7%) were found usable. The instrument was structured based on a 4-point Likert agreement scale of Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics like tables of frequency counts and percentage. The findings revealed that productivity and relative advantage are significant moderators of perceived usefulness of EIR adoption in private university libraries in Ogun and Osun States, Nigeria.

The aim of this study was to investigate why people voluntarily contribute knowledge to others, primarily strangers, in the electronic network of practice for job examination expected potential competing. This paper is organized as follows. First, we introduce the electronic network of practice which is the knowledge sharing community for job examination, and discuss the key issues for understanding knowledge sharing in these networks on the basis of individual motivations, relational capital, sense of community, and sense of rivalry to develop a research model for this study. To test the proposed research model, we adopted the survey method for data collection, and examined our hypotheses by applying the multiple regression analysis method to the collected data. Our unit of analysis was the individual. The findings of this study show that the intention of knowledge sharing is influenced by the reputation and the enjoy helping as the factors of individual motivations, by the reciprocity as the factor of relational capital, and by a sense of rivalry as a psychological factor. Lastly, contributions of this study and future research opportunities are also discussed.

Smart livestock, which combines information and communication technology (ICT) with livestock, can be said to be an effective solution to existing livestock problems such as productivity improvement, odors, and diseases. So far, it has hardly been universalized; thus, it is necessary to develop automation devices to reduce labor by localizing automation devices to expand the distribution of ICT technology to farms, and to advance precise specifications and health management technology using biometric information. Weighing scales currently being used in livestock farms are to prevent the spread of diseases by diagnosis and preparation for AI and other diseases in advance, using information on the growing weight of duck breeding. However, accurate values cannot be obtained due to poor breeding conditions. In this paper, we developed a separate data transmission system kit for the weighing scale and placed the sensor on top of the weighing scale so that the sensor wire is not affected by pollutants or ducks on the floor. A display function was provided, and a method of receiving and analyzing the serial port data of the weighing device, and then transmitting them to the data collection server was implemented.

현재 국내에서 ITS(Intelligent Transport Systems) 통신방식으로 이 용되고 있는 DSRC 방식은 TTA(한국정보통신기술협회)의 기술표준으로서 대전시,전주시에 적용되어 BIS(Bus Information Service)에 이용되고 있고,최근 고속도로 ETCS(Electronic Toll Collection System)가 DSRC방식으로 전국고속도로 Tollgate 에서 2007년 연말에 개통될 예정이다. DSRC 방식은 2000년에 TTA(한국정보통신기술협회)에서 기술표준이 제정되어 현재 1Mbps 의 Data 용량을 가진다. DSRC 방식의 물리링크 변조방식은 ASK(Amplitude Shift Keying)로 ITS 확장 서비스 적용을 위해 변조방식을 QPSK(Quadrature Phase Shift Keying )로 개선하게 되면 이론적으로 4배의 Data Rate 향상이 이루어진다. 물리적인 RF 변조방식을 ASK에서 QPSK로 바꿔 간단히 Data Rate을 개선하게 되면 회로구현의 경제성이 향상되어 DSRC 응용 서비스가 활성화 될 것이다.

Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the papers on nursing in the KJHSM (Korean Journal of Health Service Management) (2007-2018), to identify the research trends and to help the future development of nursing research. Methods: The data collection was carried out from September 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019. The 78 copies of the original text were provided by the KSHSM website, DBpia, and NDSL (National Digital Science Library) electronic database. Results: Forty-seven studies had a non-experimental design, with most having a descriptive research design (89.3%). The most common participants were nurses (55.7%) and nursing college students (26.1%). A questionnaire was the most commonly used research tools (96.2%) and data collection methods (95.0%). The major keywords were the terms included in the environmental domain among the meta-paradigms of nursing (43.6%). Conclusions: In order to expand the quantity and quality of nursing science in the KSHSM, efforts are needed to improve the quality of research participants, research tools, and sampling methods.
