반도체 기술의 발달은 스마트카드의 실용화를 가능케하였고 더나아가서 컴퓨터 기술과 암호 기술의 결합은 전자현금을 포함하는 전자지갑의 실현을 가능케 하였다. 지금까지 연구된 전자현금에 대한 연구는 고객의 익명성 보장, 재사용 검출, 그리고 현금의 분할 사용에 초점을 맞추어 수행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이산대수 문제와 소인수분해 문제에 바탕을 둔 새로운 전자현금 방식을 제시하며, 제시된 전자현금 방식의 특성을 분석한다. 제시된 전자현금 방식은 전자현금의 발급과정에서 은닉 디지틀 서명 기법에 바탕을 두고 잇으며, 전자현금 지불 과정에서 Schnorr의 인증 기법을 이용하여 현금의 정당성을 확인하며, 일방향 해쉬함수와 이산대수문제에 기반을 둔 계층적 구조표를 이용하여 전자현금의 분할 사용을 가능케 한다. 또한 현금의 다른 고객으로의 전이가 가능하며, 현금을 한번만 사용하는 경우 고객의 익명성을 보장하지만 동일한 현금을 두 번 이상 사용하는 경우에는 고객의 신원이 검출된다. 따라서, 본 방식은 고객의 불법적인 전자현금 사용을 방지할 수 있고, 고객 측면에서 계산적 복잡도를 감소시킬 수 있는 방식이다.

Chaum's blind signature scheme is the typical withdrawal procedure of electronic cash. In blind signature scheme, a signer sign a document while he never knows the content of the signed document. Yung and Jakobsson presented new signature scheme with which the content of document can be unblinded if unusual activity is detected. This signature is referred to as the magic ink signature. In this paper, we analyze the magic ink signature, and present two new magic ink signature schemes using KCDSA and Schnorr signature algorithm. We propose two types of the efficient electonic cash system using these magic ink signature schemes. One is the electronic cash system with a single server magic init signature scheme, and the other is the electronic cash system with a distributed magic ink signature scheme.

Result increase 15∼40％ pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.

전자상거래를 위한 전자지불시스템은 크게 전자화폐형, 전자수표형 그리고 신용카드형으로 분류할 수 있다. 각 방식에는 사용상의 특성으로 인하여 장단점이 있으나, 현재 현실세계에서와 같이 전자화폐지불시스템이 가장 활발하게 사용될 것이다. 그러나 전자화폐 지불시스템의 가장 큰 위험요소는 전자정보의 근본적 속성 즉 복사가 가능하다는 것이다. 이로 인하여 야기되는 화폐 검사에 대한 많은 비용이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 전자화폐지불시스템에 따른 요구조건들을 알아보고, 스마트카드를 사용한 전자지불시스템에서 구현되어야 할 부가적 요구조건들을 제안한다.

본 논문은 인증 기관에서 발행한 인증식을 기반으로 한 효율적인 오프라인 전자 현금 시스템의 설계에 관한 것디다. 본 제안 시스템은 전자 현금 위조 불가, 익명성, 이중 사용 탐지, 누명 불가 등과 같은 전자 지불 시스템이 기본적으로 갖춰야 할 요구 조건들을 모두 만족하고 있다. 특힌 제안 시스템은 (1) 인출 및 지불 단계에서 사용자(고객)가 계산해야 하는 지수 연산 횟수가 기존의 다른 프로토콜들에 비해 현저히 작으며 (2) 인출 단계에서 이루어지는 대부분의 계산이 인출 전에 미리 이루어 질 수 있다(사전 계산)는 점에서 계산적으로 매우 효율적이다. 따라서 본 제안 시스템은 메모리와 계산 측면에서 스마트카드로 구현되기에 적합하다.
