This article analyzes the direction of 'business-Friendly' record management in electronic records environment which means paradigm shift in record management. In the first place, this article investigates the interrelationship of business, records and record management through natures of electronic records, and analyzes direction of purposes and roles of record management in electronic records environment. After all, this article rebuilds a significance and roles of record management in active stage, and provides theoretical bases for close relation between record management and information management in electronic records environment.

Since digital economy and electronic commerce are evolving rapidly. further shaping process of e-commerce over the Internet would be highly influenced by the impact of electronic commerce technologies. That is. the widespread application of electronic commerce technologies is remoulding classic business patterns and enabling organizations to deal with new ways of doing business with global suppliers. distributors, marketers and consumers. The objective of this study is to examine the scheme of electronic commerce technologies. analyzing the current state and what is expected of them In the future. However, it is difficult to clarify relationships with the every electronic commerce technology and to analyze the progress of each of them. This study focuses on the major electronic commerce application technologies relevant to e-business. In order to analyze the current state of electronic commerce technologies and relationships among them. this study has tried to gather experts' opinions using the Delphi method. For each major EC technology, this study has analyzed the current level. the technology scheme. the applicability, the economic influences of the EC technologies and the urgency of the technology development. This study will play a role of catalyser for the study of electronic commerce technologies and will provide guideline for future studies electronic commerce and information communication technology(ICT) diffusion.

Within the United Nations framework of the Economic and Social Council, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) serves as the focal point for trade facilitation recommendations and electronic business standards, covering both commercial and government business processes that can foster growth in international trade and related services. Accordingly United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) was established, as a subsidiary, intergovernmental body of the UNECE Committee on Trade, mandated to develop a program of work of global relevance to achieve improved worldwide coordination and cooperation in these areas. Domestic development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard.

The application of Internet-technologies to support inter-business transactions and relationships (also termed business-to-business, B2B, electronic commerce) has recently received tremendous attention. Recognizing the importance of the Internet as a powerful business tool, many companies including public organization such as KEPCO(Korea Electronic Power Corporation) have moved quickly to take advantage of electronic commerce. This study explores the impact of Internet-based technology on the procurement function, howe-procurement is helping organizations to enhance their competitiveness and the challenges to its adoption. The study also presents the findings from a survey conducted to gain insight into the adoption of e-procurement by KEPCO. Specifically, it seeks to uncover the prevalence of and extent to which public organization is adopting e-procurement, the benefits reaped and the barriers encountered in the course of implementation.

Drivers for LED MR16 retrofit lamps need to be compatible with the dimmers and electronic transformers which originally operated with the halogen lamps to be replaced. We present a two-stage MR16 LED driver consisting of a boost converter in the first stage and a buck converter in the second stage. Our design has been analyzed in the frequency domain using simulations to demonstrate that it effectively suppresses the high-frequency components of the AC output of the electronic transformer. Experiment results with a driver prototype verify the simulation results as well as dimmability.

The Evolution of Workflow Managment consists of rhe automation of business procedures or "workflows" during which documents, information or tasks are passed from one participant to another in a way that is governed by rules or procedures. Workflow technologies have evolved from image management system, document management system, relational or object database systems, and electronic mail system. Workflow Management system has the benefits to improve better efficiency, process control,flexibility, business process. Automation of many business processes results in the elimination standdardizing working methods. Consistency in the processes leads to greater predictability in levels of response to customers and software control over processes enables their re-design in line with changing business needs, In this present study, we implement Electronic Approval System which is a kind of Workflow Management system using static and dynamic flow control information on the web environment.

While the electronic commerce (EC) applies to most products, whether digitized or not, the EC for fisheries does not seem very successful. Many reasons lie behind this. However, insufficient and/or inconsistent legal and institutional provisions and lack of adequate government supports should be an immediate concern. This study identifies and analyzes problems with the current electronic commerce and trade for fisheries, and suggests institutional provisions and policies for successful expansion of the newly introduced marketing and distribution system.
