In this paper, the design area of a fabricated solar cell has been analyzed with respect to its charge density. The mathematical calculation used for charge-density derivation was obtained from the 2001 version of a MATHCAD program. The parameter range for the calculations was ${\pm}1{\times}10^{17}cm^{-3}$, which is in the normal parameter range for n-type doping impurities ($7.0{\times}10^{17}cm^{-3}$) and also for p-type impurities ($4.0{\times}10^{17}cm^{-3}$). Therefore, it can be said that the fabricated solar-cell design area has a direct effect on charge-density changes.

This paper focus on building online trust in electronic commerce between partner that have never traded with each other before, the so-called first trade situation. For this, this paper proposes the model to build trust for conduction first trade transaction in e-trade(so-ca1led Trust Matrix Model : TMM). The TMM is based on the idea that for business to business electronic trade a balance has to be found between anonymous procedural trust, i.e. procedural solutions for trust building, and personal trust based on positive past experiences within for first trade situation, because of the lack of experience in these situations. The procedural trust solutions are related in the notion of institution-based trust, because the trust in the procedural solutions depends on the trust one has in the institutions that issued or enforces the procedure. The TMM can be used as a tool to analyze and develope trust-building services to help organizations conduct first -trade electronic trade.

최근에 산업분야에서는 각 기업내부에 국한된 정보처리시스템 구축의 단계를 넘어서서 기업간 정보 네트워크의 구축단계로 발전되고 있다. 정보네트워크는 각 기업내의 LAN으로부터 기업간의 연결로 온라인화 되고 있는데 이것을 기업 전산망(intercompany network) 또는 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)라고 부른다. EDI가 본격적으로 시작된것은 1980년대 초이며 아직도 시작단계에 머물러 있지만 1990년대 중반에 가서는 모든 기업간 거래의 1/3이상이 EDI를 통해 이루어질 것으로 예상하고 있다. EDI는 표준화된 기업간의 거래서식(business form)을 컴퓨터 통신으로 교환하는 것으로서 EBDI(Electronic Business Data Interchange)라고 부르기도 한다. 현재 대부분의 기업들이 컴퓨터로 업무문서를 작성하고 처리하고 있지만 타기업과의 정보교환에 있어서는 우편, 전화, 팩시밀리 등에 의존하고 있어서 정보교환량만 늘어나고 있을 뿐이기 때문에 신속하고 에러없는 기업간 정보교환을 가능하게 하는 EDI의 사용이 요구된다.

In the operating of electronic commerce system, the information about consumer purchasing intention to product through e-mail has caused the problems in the management aspects. These are the using of information again and response to the situations promptly in consumer purchasing intension, etc. Moreover, it has brought out the issues timely to operate the electronic commerce system strategically with reapplication of consumer intention information. In this studies, the agent system AWEC(Agent Windows for EC) was proposed as an alternative paln, which charges of he getting and transmitting information of consumers intension in the electronic commerce system. In this proposed AWEC, the functional structure and working allocation were executed. And also eh performance of the proposed system is analyzed and evaluated through experiment.

Lately, electronic commerce through the Internet has been rising in attention. An important element in such commerce is EDI. EDI is mainly used with VAN but its use is not common due to the high cost of EDI transfer. Thus, only large corporations with frequent use of EDI are able U benefit from it, To smaller companies that have small usage, EDI is becoming a burden. Considering this fact as well as current changes within the enterprise environment, it is apparent that a new generation of EDI is required. To resolve the problems of VAN EDI, the proposed Internal EDI was implemented. Internet EDI deals with the use of the widely spread Internet instead of VAN. By using Internet EDI, it is possible to reduce the high cost that came when using VAN. There would be no extra transfer cost since transmission will be done through the Internet. Also, electronic commerce that is mostly used today between an individual and a company may grow to become a true electronic commerce between companies.

EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) allows the exchange of business information and computer-processable data in a standard, structured format electronically between organizational entities. EDI handles the restructuring of a business document into the standard format so that it can be transmitted from one computer to another. This paper identifies features and technologies of web browsed electronic document exchange system as follows 1) the fundamental technologies that consists of the EDI technologies, the Internet/Web technologies, the security/authentication techniques, and the XML implementation technologies. 2) the functions that consists of the document standards, transfer technology of the document, encryption and authentication 3) the implemented Web-EDI systems that consists of document generation module, encryption and authentication module, transfer module, acknowledgement module, administration module. In this paper, the Web-based EDI system implemented from the researched technologies will be installed on the EDI servers owned by corporate customers and enable the exchange of documents between each installed companies.

Social media marketing have drawn substantial attention in business and academia. This study examines the impact of social media marketing on purchase intention of consumer in South Korea and Pakistan. The research background rests on literature of social media, social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and social media advertisement. Descriptive research method is adopted for the purpose of this study. The findings indicated that South Korean users have higher intention to purchase products through social media platforms as compared to users in Pakistan. The results also show that electronic word of mouth has greater influence on purchase intention as compared to advertisement on social networks. Managerial implications and limitations of the study results were also discussed.

한국문서형표준(KS X 6100)은 지난 2001년 7월 제정된 한국전자책문서표준(EBKS1.0)이 2002년 7월 한국산업기술표준원의 산업표준심의를 거쳐 제정되었다. 그러므로 한국문서형표준에 기반하여 작성된 전자책 문서들은 표준의 목적과 명세를 준수하여야 하며 표준의 준수 여부를 판별하기 위해서 적합성 검사가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 적합성 검사의 기준이 되는 적합성 조항(Conformance Clause)의 정의와 이에 따른 적합성 검사 도구(Conformance Testing Tool)를 개발하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 정의된 조항들을 통하여 전자책 제작자들은 전자책표준의 목적과 명세에 보다 적합한 전자책문서들을 제작할 수 있으며, 서비스 제공자들은 적합성 검사 도구를 통한 자동화된 적합성 검사 절차를 사용하여 효율적인 적합성 검사가 가능하다.

정보통신기술의 발달로 전자금융서비스가 활성화됨에 따라 선불전자지급수단을 이용한 전자금융거래도 증가하고 있다. 선불전자지급수단의 다양한 순기능에도 불구하고, 현금화가 용이하다는 점 때문에 전자금융사기에 악용되는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선불전자 지급수단의 금융거래내역에 순차패턴 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 이상금융거래를 탐지하는 방안을 제시하였다. 선불전자지급수단의 금융거래내역을 서비스이용 순서로 나열한 다음 순차패턴 마이닝을 통해 이상금융거래 탐지패턴을 추출하였다. 도출된 패턴을 실제 금융거래 데이터에 적용하는 실험을 통해 방법론의 효과성을 검증하였다. 실험결과 테스트 데이터의 탐지성능 정확도가 95.6퍼센트로 나타나 제시된 방법론이 이상금융거래를 효과적으로 탐지할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 방법론은 향후 이상금융거래탐지시스템 분석모델에 적용함으로써 전자금융사고 피해를 줄이는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This research investigates the strategy for application of E-Trade to SMEs to analyze the economic effect of e-trade. And the influence of the proliferation of e-business and e-trade upon the industrial business conditions, value-chain, and business activities is also analyzed. The subjects of the inquiry are the nationwide petrochemical industries in which small and medium sized companies are in mutual and intimate cooperation. The results show that the business structure of the petrochemical industries are divided into four stages, and, with the introduction of e-business, the value chain is changed by stages. And the change of value-chain explains the transition of the e-business of petrochemical industries including trade business into industrial DB and leads to a variety of the economic effect including the reduction in the trade expense, the change of the production process, and the innovation of trade structure.
