Underwater images often suffer from color distortion, blurring and low contrast, which is caused by the propagation of light in the underwater environment being affected by the two processes: absorption and scattering. To cope with the poor quality of underwater images, this paper proposes a multiscale fusion underwater image enhancement method based on channel attention mechanism and local binary pattern (LBP). The network consists of three modules: feature aggregation, image reconstruction and LBP enhancement. The feature aggregation module aggregates feature information at different scales of the image, and the image reconstruction module restores the output features to high-quality underwater images. The network also introduces channel attention mechanism to make the network pay more attention to the channels containing important information. The detail information is protected by real-time superposition with feature information. Experimental results demonstrate that the method in this paper produces results with correct colors and complete details, and outperforms existing methods in quantitative metrics.

Dynamic scene deblurring is a complex computer vision problem owing to its difficulty to model mathematically. In this paper, we present a novel approach for image deblurring with the help of the sharp reference image, which utilizes the reference image for high-quality and high-frequency detail results. To better utilize the clear reference image, we develop an encoder-decoder network and two novel modules are designed to guide the network for better image restoration. The proposed Reference Extraction and Aggregation Module can effectively establish the correspondence between blurry image and reference image and explore the most relevant features for better blur removal and the proposed Spatial Feature Fusion Module enables the encoder to perceive blur information at different spatial scales. In the final, the multi-scale feature maps from the encoder and cascaded Reference Extraction and Aggregation Modules are integrated into the decoder for a global fusion and representation. Extensive quantitative and qualitative experimental results from the different benchmarks show the effectiveness of our proposed method.

There are increasing needs for an individual or enterprise to interchange documents electronically through communication network to enhance the efficiency of business, owing to rapid process of transactions. But e-commerce encounters the problems regarding the handling the electronic documents, that is to say, deposit and proof of the electronic documents. This paper deals with Authorized Electronic Data Depot as an integrated system for processing, relaying and proving documents that. Authorized Electronic Data Depot operates as e-enabler in exchanging documents in trust among administrative agencies and a comprehensive government directory, digital government seal certification system and DNS system. Authorized Electronic Data Depot leads public and private sectors to save the paper-related costs. But the regulations concerning an authorized electronic data depot is introduced in the course of revision of Electronic Transactions Act. The purpose of this paper is to suggest some guidelines in legalizing the authorized electronic data depot.

전자상거래의 과정은 종래의 거래방식으로는 생각지 못했던 방식으로 계약이 체결되고 결제가 이루어지며, 상품이나 서비스가 이동되고 무역거래에 수반되는 각종절차를 수행하게 된다. 따라서 과거의 법이론 및 사회제도 안에서 예측하지 못했던 많은 문제점들이 표출되었고 이러한 추세에 따라 미국에서는 자국내의 법 제도적인 환경을 전자상거래에 적합하도록 하기 위해 통일상법전(Uniform Commercial Code ; UCC)의 개정을 단행하였다. 특히 대개정에서는 제2장 물품매매계약 분야를 대폭적으로 개정하여 컴퓨터나 정보통신기술을 통한 전자식 매매계약의 성립요건을 규정하고 있다. 이러한 개정안은 전자적으로 계약을 체결하고자 하는 요구의 증가로 우리에게도 상당한 영향을 미칠것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 UCC의 Cyber 매매계약법의 내용을 우선고찰하고 컴퓨터 On-Line을 통한 매매계약관계의 성립범죄와 계약의 전제조건을 서면에 의한 일방계약법이론과 구체적 비교분석하여 국제매매계약의 성립이론을 정립하는데 일조하고자 한다.

인터넷의 급속한 보급 및 확산은 국제무역에 있어 일대 혁신을 초래하고 있으며, 특히 해외시장조사, 해외홍보 및 마케팅, 거래선 발굴, 신용조사, 거래협상 등 계약체결까지 거래경로를 시간적 제약 및 공간적 제약 없이 신속하고, 정확하며, 적은 비용으로 글로벌 비즈니스를 수행할 수 있는 토대가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 비용절감, 시장업무 프로세스 혁신, 업무처리개선, 외부요구, 내부요청 등과 같은 주요 전자무역의 동기요인이 e-mail, 웹 서비스, EDI, Internet-EDI와 같은 전자무역을 위한 정보기술의 활용수준에 영향을 미치고 궁극적으로 국내 수출기업들의 기업성과 향상에 영향을 미친다는 것을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 또 본 연구는 동기요인이외에 기업이 인터넷을 통한 전자무역의 활용에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 환경요인, 기업특성 요인 및 산업특성 요인들을 함께 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 요인들이 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.

디지털 혁명이 바꾸는 기존의 패러다임 가운데 경제적인 영향력이 가장 큰 부문이 온라인 환경이라고 할 수 있으며, 이런 환경의 면화의 중심에 전자상거래가 존재하고 있다. 전자상거래는 그것의 등장과 발전이 기존의 유통환경을 획기적으로 바꾸는 계기가 되었음은 물론, 활용에 따라서는 경제발전과 사회 전체의 효율성 달성이 수단이 된다. 그러나 전자상거래의 등장과 디지털 경제환경은 산업에 대해 기회와 동시에 위협을 제공하고 있다. 특히 유통활동 가운데 물류와 관련해서는 위협요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서 전자상거래와 물류전문가들을 대상으로 실행한 실증분석이 결과 B2C 전자상거래의 물류적 장애요인은 전문화/정보화 요인, 서비스 요인, 수익/비용 요인, 신뢰성 요인, 그리고 제도 및 규제 요인 등으로 지적되었다. 따라서 전자상거래의 특성에 적합한 물류시스템의 확립, 전자상거래 물류에 특화된 전문기업의 필요성, 그리고 법과 제도의 구비가 제기되었다.

본 현장은 265 m 구간이 무진동 굴착공법으로 설계되어 있지만 시공성과 경제성의 저하가 우려된다. 이러한 이유로 미진동 전자발파공법이 제안되었다. 미진동 전자발파의 적용성 평가를 위해서 본 현장 직전 적용하였던 미진동 전자발파(제안 I)와 본 현장과 같이 지하철 근거리에서 시공된 미진동 전자발파(제안 II)의 발파진동 영향범위를 분석하였다. 두 제안의 발파진동 영향범위 비교결과, 제안 II의 영향범위가 더 보수적으로 산출되었다. 본 현장의 근거리라는 특수성을 고려할 때, 보다 안전한 시공을 위해 설계변경에 제안 II를 선정하였다. 결과적으로 무진동 굴착구간 265 m 구간 중 72 m 구간에 대하여 미진동 전자발파공법으로 변경하여도 구조물에 미치는 영향이 없을 것으로 예측된다. 그리고 총 예상 굴진 소요 기간 662.5일에서 144일 단축할 수 있기 때문에 높은 경제적 이익을 얻을 수 있다고 평가된다.

The Electronic Commerce is expected as one of the most prospective industries in the 21th century, This research performed a survey and analysis is based on the results of the service quality model and previous research of the service quality in MIS. Service quality, one instrument developed by the marketing area, is provided as a possible measure of internet shopping mall, Service quality measures five service dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The main purposes of this study are to develop an exploratory model based on service quality that can explain the factors of customer's perceived service quality and investigate how these factors are related to consumer satisfaction. The results of this survey are summarized as follows: (1) Reliability and responsiveness of internet shopping mall are evaluated as very important factors, (2) Service quality is an antecedent of consumer satisfaction, (3) Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchase intentions.

전자상거래 규모가 시간이 지날 수록 매우 빠른 속도로 확산되어 그 활용영역이 광범위해지고 보편화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회의 최근 동향을 반영하여 4년제 대학의 전자상거래학과에 적용할 수 있는 교과과정을 제안한다. 컴퓨터학, 경영학 그리고 산업공학 등 다양한 영 역에 관련되어 있는 전자상거래학의 교과과정을 제안하기 위해 현재 국내 고등교육기관에 개설된 학과를 분석하고 전자상거래학의 새로운 학문적 분류기준을 제시한다. 또한 제시된 분류기준에 따라 전자상거래학의 전공별 교과과정을 제시하며 각 과목별 개요를 기술한다.

In the present competitive organizational environment more organizations are implementing knowledge management initiatives to gain strategic advantage. One such initiative is that of implementing electronic knowledge repositories (EKR) which often leads to a rapid increase in the quantity of information employees have to process daily; raising concerns of employees being overloaded. This is especially true for current EKRs using distributive technology, enabling customizable individual workspaces which can result in loose knowledge structures. This paper identifies a new type of information overload (IO), extending the concept as occurring in both knowledge seekers and contributors and uses cognitive dissonance theory to provide evidence that IO can change employees' perception of EKR usage. This research paper provides the first empirical evidence that overload has no sufficient affect on EKR continuance intention directly, but has significant negative affect on the two main success measures; perceived usefulness and satisfaction of the system.
