As electronic commerce is growing to be a part of everyday business life for companies, enterprises are required to establish the appropriate strategy to effectively realize their business visions. The correct choice of strategy enables organizations to make efficient use of internal resources and adjust to the external environment, affecting their performance. The nature of the firms' strategy has been currently focused on the new business model such as e-commerce. In the beginning of e-commerce, the decreasing cost of business transactions was a major benefit affecting its success. However, e-commerce firms are currently facing new advanced information technology, various business models and serious competition. To deal with these new challenges, there is an increasing demand for right strategy direction to effectively and efficiently manage a corporation's internal resources and external environments that are related to electronic commerce. Moreover, it is necessary both to set up the feasible strategy direction and to evaluate its outcome. The purpose of this study attempts to provide appropriate e-commerce strategy, which is well matched with e-commerce performance, as the different strategies affect different results of e-commerce. On the basis of the results of this research, we can see that the strategies selected by e-commerce companies differ according to the e-commerce type and firm's size.

Plasma etching process에서 magnetic field 영향에 관한 연구이다. High level dry etch process를 위해서는 high density plasma(HDP)가 요구된다. HDP를 위해서 MERIE(Magnetical enhancement reactive ion etcher) type의 설비가 사용되며 process chamber side에 4개의 magnetic coil을 사용한다. 이런 magnetic factor가 특히 wafer edge부문에 plasma charging에 의한 damage를 유발시키고 이로 인해 device Vth(Threshold voltage)가 shift 되면서 제품의 program 동작 문제의 원인이 되는 것을 발견하였다. 이번 연구에서 magnetic field와 관련된 plasma charge damage를 확인하고 damage free한 공정조건을 확보하게 되었다.

반도체 공정에서 사용되는 ILD막질 중 oxy-nitrde(SiON) film은 contact etch stopper, photo공정을 위한 ARL(anti-reflection lay떠 그리고, 후속공정의 plasma damage에 대한 blocking layer로서의 역할을 담당하며 많은 공정에 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 막질 자체의 불완전성 (trap site, dangling bond)에 의해 cell current instability(CCI) 특성을 악화 시킬 수 있어 이에 대한 원인규명 및 대책이 요구되었다. 본 연구는 미국 S사(社) super flash memory에서 oxy-nitride 막질 증착 시의 gas flow량에 따른 CCI 특성변화를 연구하고 최적의 공정조건을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, we have constructed a self-diagnostic circuit which could detect erroneous signals in most cases that a eight-beam piezoresistive accelerometer were destroyed more than its one beam. To confirm the function of the circuit, PSPICE simulation was carried out. An IC chip was fabricated with a layout of KA 324 amplifier using a bipolar standard processing. After a package of the chip was sealed using a plastic package with 24 pins, the self-diagnostic characteristics were investigated. Then, the measured self-diagnostic characteristics of the circuit were compared with the PSPICE simulated result.

Since the environmental redesign project for crime prevention was first implemented in Bucheon City in 2005, the same projects have been actively planned or progressed not only in the metropolitan area but also in local governments across the country. While the same overseas business has achieved remarkable results, domestic business has not achieved quantitative results. In this study, we analyzed the environmental redesign project for crime prevention in Seogjeong-Dong. In the field of electronic communication exclusion, in the course of business, it was possible to analyze the problems that the costs were increased and the business performance was difficult to be derived due to the inconvenience of the residents due to the inexperience of the business owners and the inefficiency of the facilities.

Record management, especially in schools as an institution's information centre, needs serious attention from government agencies. Under record management policy, there needs to be practical guidance on record management specific to schools. This paper aims to construct a record management model based on the Eight Indonesian Education Standards to support school accountability in Indonesia. The urgency of this paper in filling the gap in the Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) role is primarily to support school accountability. It is important to include educational laws and regulations in Indonesia to be a foundation in archive management, including preparing the ERMS. This study aims to develop a model of record management in schools. The final stage in this research is to find the final model. The final model is a model that experts and practitioners have validated. A total of 30 records managers were selected for the interviews. Furthermore, the trial was carried out in 30 senior high schools. The research sampling consisted of representatives of archive managers at selected schools from five islands in Indonesia (Kalimantan, Java, Papua, Sumatra, and Sulawesi). Our research findings show that conceptual models meet valid criteria and significantly impact archivist performance in better schools. The practical implication is that the archival management model based on national education standards policies contributes to practical archives and records management to support school accountability.

The electronic documents have the documental aspect that can legible by human and the electronic aspect that can be interpreted and processed automatically by machinery. This usability of electronic documents must be the reason that people use them in almost all the business areas rapidly in these days. That is because we have to utilize the characteristics to interchange electronic documents(EDI) effectively and efficiently. The electronic document interchange of Korean government cannot make the best of this benefit due to the traditional way of thinking based on paper document and the viewpoint of individual business, organization. and project. This paper proposed a direction of ED! for Korean government. At first. the concept of electronic docuemnts is defined. The reason and limitations of structuring the documents with XML and the hidden problems of present ED! in Korean public sector are also explained. And the way to preserve information, to design the structure of electronic document. and to maintain relevant standards is proposed.

This study introduced the new technologies that are expanding the realm of electronic commerce to the Internet and small business. Each of the key components of electronic commerce(contracts, signatures, notaries, payment systems and adult trails)are supported in the new electronic commerce. Electronic commerce is more than just handling purchase transactions and funds transfers over the internet. Despite Electronic commerce's past roots in transactions between large corporations, banks, and other financial institutions, the use of the internet as a way to bring Electronic commerce to the individual consumer has led to shift in viewpoint. Over the past few years, both the press and the business community have increased their focus on Electronic commerce involving the consumer Effective payment system should be established for the internet commerce. In this study, we examined the current development and application of Electronic payment system. Two different payment systems are used and under application. One is IC-card type of payment system which has gained popularity in England, Hong-Kong, and many other countries as a substitution of cash. The other type of payment system is e-cash, which is used more conveniently for the payment through internet. The question of which method is better fitted for the internet commerce should be evaluated in the view of cost and benefit since the associated technology is still under evolution.
