Purpose: The Emission Trading Scheme (ETS), which enables structuring emission credits as a financial product, is taking a crucial position of global collaboration against climate change. Previous studies that have covered ETS subjects from the macro perspective contribute to facilitating legal enactment of this scheme. However, they have rarely addressed challenges aligned with issues arising from labor burdens for ETS works from the business perspective. Research Design, data and methodology: This study presents conceptual models that are expected to help design an electronic system. The study model contains four modules: emission allocation, data interface, reduction technology sharing, and emission trading. Two validation approaches, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and regression analysis, are applied in confirming the feasibility of the proposed model. Results: This study suggests an IT system methodology to help improvement of the current K-ETS mechanism. In particular, this study addresses effectiveness for real businesses and the adaptability of this mechanism to other nations. Conclusions: The proposed IT platform diagram can contribute to successful operation of ETS by providing multiple benefits to participating companies through in-house allocation mechanisms, the soft-landing of ETS adoption to participating companies through reduction of technology-sharing, group purchases, and transaction costs through the trading system.

국 내외적으로 e-비즈니스는 일반적인 상거래 유형으로 자리 잡고 있다. 최초 e-비즈니스는 전자상거래라는 용어로 시작되었다. 그러나 점점 단순한 전자상거래보다 포괄적인 전자상거래 방식으로 변화되었다. 이러한 시점에서 한국의 e-비즈니스 시장에 대한 연구를 통해 성숙된 e-비즈니스 시장의 진입과 세계시장을 이끌 수 있는 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한국 시장의 e-비즈시장 활성화를 위한 핵심성공요인의 성숙 단계를 측정하였다. 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화되는 핵심성공요인 의 중요도를 측정하여 한국 시장에서의 e-비즈니스의 활성화의 수준을 분석하였다. 이를 통해, 향후 e-비즈니스 시장의 발전 방향을 예측하고, 이에 대응할 수 있는 방안을 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 정기선해운영업을 중심으로 해운산업에서의 전자상거래 활용 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출한 후, 도출된 영향요인들과 전자상거래 활용수준 및 성과간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우리나라 해운기업들의 내부환경변수인 해운기업특성과 외부환경변수인 해운환경특성이 전자상거래 활용수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 우리나라 해운기업들의 전자상거래 활용수준이 전자상거래 활용성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지의 2단계 연구모형을 구조방정식모델을 통해 실증분석하였다.

개인 사용자가 전자문서를 쉽게 사용하려면 전자문서를 효과적으로 분류하고, 정확하게 검색할 수 있는 기능이 필요하다. 그러나 개인 사용자의 컴퓨터에 저장된 문서를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방법이나 도구에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 상태이다. 본 연구는 개인 사용자가 전자 문서를 효과적으로 관리하고 검색하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 연구 결과인 ONTALK은 모든 전자문서의 메타데이터를 온톨로지 기반으로 생성하고, 추론엔진(inference engine)을 이용하여 의미적(semantics) 정보 검색을 제공한다.

Collins[1]등이 제안한 멀티 에이전트 테스트 베드는 발행/가입 시스템, 타임 릴리즈 암호 법, 그리고 익명 통신 기법에 기반을 두고 있다. 최근 Jaiswal[2]등은 Collins의 멀티 에이전트 테스트 베드를 향상시키는 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 그러나 Jaiswal의 프로토콜 또한 데이터 재전송 공격, DOS 공격, 익명성 폭로 등과 사용자와 공급자 사이의 충돌 등의 문제에 대하여 취약함을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 DOS 공격의 가능성을 줄이고, 공급자에게 티켓 토큰과 처리 순번 제공함으로써 데이터 재전송 공격을 피할 수 있는 프로토콜을 제안한다. 또한 본 논문의 제안 프로토콜에서, 마켓은 공급자에게 난수 생성 방법과 결정과정의 데이터를 공유하기 위한 보간 다항식을 제공하여 사용자와 특정한 공급자 사이의 충돌을 피할 수 있게 한다.

최근 잔여지 매수 관련 고충민원이 증가하고 있는 상황에서 '잔여지 매수규정'을 보다 구체화 해야 한다는 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 잔여지는 공익사업에 편입되고 남은 토지로 '잔여지 매수청구'에 의해 사업시행자가 손실보상을 하고 있다. 본 논문은 지방자치단체에서 수용재결한 잔여지 사례를 중심으로 시사점을 제시하는 한편, 피 수용자에게 정당한 손실보상으로 권익 보호와 효율적인 보상행정을 하기 위함이다.

Mobile banking is a subset of electronic banking which underlies not only the determinants of the banking business but also the special conditions of mobile commerce. Nowadays wireless networks are being evolved and diversified. In this situation The wireless e-commerce is in the limelight on new profits of Carriers. Because of this situation, the importance of mobile billing service is being emphasized. This paper searches the definition and service types of mobile banking, and suggests status and prospects of domestic mobile banking. We suggest the basic direction, the stage of development and functions of services by analyzing the cases of Nonghyup's. Finally we derive the critical factors from those and suggest the effect of introduction and the direction of development. From the customer perspective, mobile banking has many strengths. For example, it allows that all customers access banking service at anytime, anywhere more easily than telephone banking or pc banking. And it reduces the time and the effort for using the service. It enables the company to make a business against global customers. On the other hand, from the company perspective, it has a lot of potential that affect market share and reduce the costs of human and material resources which used to operate and support branches. However, it needs many efforts to reach at the stage of completion. And We will have to solve the problems that develop many contents, expend the range of services and raise the service convenience.

Even though B2B EC is becoming popular, there have been not so much studies about performance evaluation methodology for B2B systems. In this paper, after analyzing buyer-carts systematically focusing on the buyer's interactional efforts on the typical buying processes of each buyer-cart, we propose a quantitative performance evaluation model. For this, we categorize buyer-carts in B2B EC as s-cart, i-cart, and b-cart depending upon its residing sites: seller, intermediary, and buyer sites. And after proposing the desired features of buyer-carts in B2B EC as identification, collection, trashing, ordering, payment, tracking, recording, purchasing decision support, and transmission of records to e-procurement systems, we derive a performance evaluation model by calculating detail sub-processes from the desired features' viewpoints. By setting variables from a survey on the actual condition of using buyer-carts in companies in Korea, we try to evaluate the performance of buyer-carts in B2B EC. In this paper, we suggest a new methodology of performance evaluation for B2B systems, and show that the b-cart platform is more efficient than other buyer-carts especially in B2B EC.

The purpose of this study is to review the process for the trade settlement system between all parties involved in the commercial transaction under SURF System. SURF application is the latest value added service from bolero.net and a fully automated documentary settlement system. It extends bolero.net's capability to enable trade transactions by providing a delivery versus payment system. It has been designed as a standard, shared, infrastructure component for handling trade settlement within an electronic environment to keep step with the operation of electronic Bolero bill of Lading. It exploits the services provided by the Bolero Core Messaging Platform - secure, guaranteed transactions based on boleroXML standards to provide document compliance services with optional bank guarantees. So, SURF system can automatically check all commonly used trade documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading and certificates of weight and analysis, etc and supports a full range of settlement options including Open Account, Documentary Collections, Documentary Credit. 58 have key features as follows, ① automatic document compliance checking, ② integrated with the Title Registry, ③ supports various forms of vender financing, ④ governed by a set of legally binding rules, ⑤ fully prepared for Straight-Through-Processing, ⑥ Enabled compliance with UCP 500.

Recently; EC(Electronic Commerce) is increasing with high speed based on the expansion of Internet. EC which is done on the cyber space through Internet has strong point like independence from time and space. On the contrary, it also has weak point like security problem because anybody can access easily to the system due to open network attribute of Internet. Therefore, we need the solutions that protect the security problem for safe and useful EC activity. One of these solutions is the implementation of strong cipher algorithm. NC(Nonpolynomial Complete) cipher algorithm proposed in this paper is good for the security and it overcome the limit of current 64bits cipher algorithm using 128bits key length for input, output and encryption key, Moreover, it is designed for the increase of calculation complexity and probability calculation by adapting more complex design for subkey generation regarded as one of important element effected to encryption. The result of simulation by the comparison with other cipher algorithm for capacity evaluation of proposed NC cipher algorithm is that the speed of encryption and decryption is 7.63 Mbps per block and the speed of subkey generation is 2,42 μ sec per block. So, prosed NC cipher algorithm is regarded as proper level for encryption. Furthermore, speed of subkey generation shows that NC cipher algorithm has the probability used to MAC(Message Authentication Code) and block implementation of Hash function.
