As electronic commerce is growing to be a part of everyday business life for companies, enterprises are required to establish the appropriate strategy to effectively realize their business visions. The correct choice of strategy enables organizations to make efficient use of internal resources and adjust to the external environment, affecting their performance. The nature of the firms' strategy has been currently focused on the new business model such as e-commerce. In the beginning of e-commerce, the decreasing cost of business transactions was a major benefit affecting its success. However, e-commerce firms are currently facing new advanced information technology, various business models and serious competition. To deal with these new challenges, there is an increasing demand for right strategy direction to effectively and efficiently manage a corporation's internal resources and external environments that are related to electronic commerce. Moreover, it is necessary both to set up the feasible strategy direction and to evaluate its outcome. The purpose of this study attempts to provide appropriate e-commerce strategy, which is well matched with e-commerce performance, as the different strategies affect different results of e-commerce. On the basis of the results of this research, we can see that the strategies selected by e-commerce companies differ according to the e-commerce type and firm's size.

Plasma etching process에서 magnetic field 영향에 관한 연구이다. High level dry etch process를 위해서는 high density plasma(HDP)가 요구된다. HDP를 위해서 MERIE(Magnetical enhancement reactive ion etcher) type의 설비가 사용되며 process chamber side에 4개의 magnetic coil을 사용한다. 이런 magnetic factor가 특히 wafer edge부문에 plasma charging에 의한 damage를 유발시키고 이로 인해 device Vth(Threshold voltage)가 shift 되면서 제품의 program 동작 문제의 원인이 되는 것을 발견하였다. 이번 연구에서 magnetic field와 관련된 plasma charge damage를 확인하고 damage free한 공정조건을 확보하게 되었다.

반도체 공정에서 사용되는 ILD막질 중 oxy-nitrde(SiON) film은 contact etch stopper, photo공정을 위한 ARL(anti-reflection lay떠 그리고, 후속공정의 plasma damage에 대한 blocking layer로서의 역할을 담당하며 많은 공정에 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 막질 자체의 불완전성 (trap site, dangling bond)에 의해 cell current instability(CCI) 특성을 악화 시킬 수 있어 이에 대한 원인규명 및 대책이 요구되었다. 본 연구는 미국 S사(社) super flash memory에서 oxy-nitride 막질 증착 시의 gas flow량에 따른 CCI 특성변화를 연구하고 최적의 공정조건을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 전세계적으로 전자상거래(electronic commerce, EC)가 초미의 관심사가 되고 있다. EC는 크게 기업과 기업간(business-to-business, B2B)거래, 기업과 소비자간(business-to-consumer, B2C)거래, 정부와 기업간(government-to-business, G2B)거래, 그리고 소비자와 소비자간(consumer-to-consumer. C2C)거래로 구분할 수 있다. 그 중 B2C의 대표적 형태인 인터넷 쇼핑의 확산은 시간, 거리, 장소의 제약을 초월하여 상품정보, 대금지불, 배송까지 일괄처리하기 때문에 소비자에게는 편리함, 경제성 및 쇼핑의 즐거움을 제공하고 기업에게는 시장범위 확대, 거래비용 감소 등의 효과를 가져온다. (중략)

본 논문에서는 8빔 압저항형 가속도센서에서 하나 이상의 빔이 파손되는 대부분의 경우에 대하여 에러신호를 검출할 수 있는 자기진단회로를 구현하고, 이를 PSPICE를 사용하여 시뮬레이션으로 그 기능을 확인하였다. 또한 현재 상용으로 나오는 KA 324 증폭기의 레이아웃을 사용하여 자기진단회로를 표준 바이폴라(bipolar)공정을 이용하여 IC칩으로 제조하고, 24핀 플라스틱 패키지 한 후 자기진단 특성을 조사하였다. 이때, 측정된 회로의 자기진단 특성을 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하였다.

2005년 부천시에서 범죄 예방을 위한 환경재설계 사업이 처음 실행된 이후 수도권 뿐 아니라 전국 각 지방자치단체에서 동일한 사업이 활발하게 계획되거나 진행되고 있다. 해외에서의 동일 사업이 뚜렷한 성과를 거둔 반면, 국내에서의 사업은 정량적 성과를 획득하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가장 최근에 실행된 천안시 성정동에서의 범죄 예방을 위한 환경재설계 사업을 분석하여 사업상 문제점을 도출하였다. 전자통신분야 배제, 사업진행상 사업진행자의 준비미숙으로 인한 주민민원 야기, 시설물의 효용성 미비 등으로 인하여 비용이 증가하고 사업성과를 도출하기 어려운 문제점들을 확인할 수 있었다.

Record management, especially in schools as an institution's information centre, needs serious attention from government agencies. Under record management policy, there needs to be practical guidance on record management specific to schools. This paper aims to construct a record management model based on the Eight Indonesian Education Standards to support school accountability in Indonesia. The urgency of this paper in filling the gap in the Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) role is primarily to support school accountability. It is important to include educational laws and regulations in Indonesia to be a foundation in archive management, including preparing the ERMS. This study aims to develop a model of record management in schools. The final stage in this research is to find the final model. The final model is a model that experts and practitioners have validated. A total of 30 records managers were selected for the interviews. Furthermore, the trial was carried out in 30 senior high schools. The research sampling consisted of representatives of archive managers at selected schools from five islands in Indonesia (Kalimantan, Java, Papua, Sumatra, and Sulawesi). Our research findings show that conceptual models meet valid criteria and significantly impact archivist performance in better schools. The practical implication is that the archival management model based on national education standards policies contributes to practical archives and records management to support school accountability.

전자문서는 사람이 판독 할 수 있는 문서 측면과 시스템의 이해하고 자동 처리할 수 있는 전자적 측면을 모두 갖추고 있어서 가용성이 뛰어나다. 전자문서를 이용하는 목적이 가용성이라면 이 특성이 잘 발휘되어 효과적이고 효율적인 전자문서유통이 되도록 강구하여야 할 것이다. 정부의 전자문서유통 상황은 종래의 종이문서 중심 사고방식과 각 부처별 업무중심 관점에서 아직 벗어나지 못하여 이러한 장점을 충분히 살리지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자문서유통의 발전 방향을 제시하여 향후 방대하게 생산될 전자문서의 효용을 높이는 데에 도움을 주는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 우선 전자무선의 개념을 정의하고 XML 을 이용하여 문서의 구조정보를 표현하는 이유와 한계, 정부 전자문서유통의 문제점을 설명하였다. 그리고 향후 정보 표현 방안, 문서 구성 방안과 표준 관리 방안을 제시하였다.

구매자와 공급자가 새로운 전자화폐를 통한 결제시스템의 도입에 있어 공급자의 과제는 전자화폐의 유용성에 대한 평가기준인 상업성, 안정성, 제한조건 등의 문제를 중심으로 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 사용자인 구매자와 상인이 안전한 결제시스템을 선택할 경우에 그들의 needs를 분석하여 활용해야 하며, 특히, 상업적 조건은 새로운 지불방식에서 필수적으로 고려되어져야 한다. 즉, 사용하기 편리하고 비용이 적게 들어야 함을 물론 다용도로 쓰일 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 사용자의 필요성의 충족 없이(즉, 보안기술의 확보 등)는 궁극적으로 사용자들로부터 외면 받게 될 수 있다. 이에 따라 사용자들에게 선택의 폭을 넓게 해 줌으로써 궁극적으로 전자상거래의 활성화에 이바지 할 것이다.
