Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency Is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of PV system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for sensing the monitoring data and indirect controlling of the PV system. Most of the conventional monitoring system depend on the special hardware and software. Basic design goal of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, free of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..

웹기록물은 공공기관의 업무활동이나 전자상거래에 대한 법적증거로 활용될 수 있기 때문에 보존할 가치가 있는 정보이지만 웹기록물의 특징 중 하나인 '휘발성'으로 인해 소실되고 있다. 따라서 이렇게 사라지는 웹기록물을 장기보존하기 위한 장기보존포맷이 정의되어야 한다. 웹기록물은 전자기록물의 일종이기 때문에 전자기록물 장기보존포맷에 보존할 수 있어야 한다. 하지만 현재 표준으로 제시된 포맷은 웹기록물의 특성을 고려하지 않고 정의되었기 때문에 웹기록물을 보존할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 표면/심층 웹기록물 문서보존포맷으로 연구된 KoDeWeb/KoSurWeb과 전자기록물 장기보존포맷을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 웹기록물을 보존할 수 있는 확장된 전자기록물 장기보존포맷을 정의하였다. 정의된 포맷을 활용하면 웹기록물도 전자기록물들과 같이 보존되어 활용될 수 있고, 전자 상거래에 관련된 공공기관의 웹기록물을 보존함으로써 전자 상거래에 대한 법적 증거로서 활용될 수 있다.

Peer-to-peer systems (P2P) are rapidly growing in importance on the Internet environment, quickly extending the range of their usage. However, peer-to-peer systems have not been widely applied in electronic commerce because they have not been established as an appropriate business model. Therefore, we firstly review the previous research relevant to peer-to-peer systems, and then analyze the business models for P2P systems presented by previous researchers. Furthermore, this study categorizes major issues in terms of the technical and business model aspects. On the basis of these reviews, we develop P2P electronic commerce systems based on the file sharing method between users, focusing on user interface friendliness. A developed P2P electronic commerce systems are programmed by using the C# based on the Microsoft.net solution. A database is implemented using the MSSQL2000. A main application technology is designed that P2P electronic commerce systems make it possible. for user to extend into BtoB Solution by using WSDL (Web Services Description Language), UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration) and the XML that is a document for users. User interface is made as form of Internet messenger for a user's convenience and is possible to develop into a commodity transaction system based on XML. In this study, it is possible for the P2P electronic commerce system to have extended application to fields such as Internet shopping mall and property transaction in a nonprofit organization, a public institution and a large scale nonprofit institution that have a similar structure as compared with a structure of a nonprofit educational institution.

Data Alignment is achieved when all trading partners information systems are maintained automatically synchronising with the suppliers information systems on a continuing basis. Electronic catalogues facilitate the ongoing synchronisation of data between trading partners and large retailers in United States and Canada use electronic catalog in order to get rid of non-value added paperwork and manual reconciliation. Data Alignment will dramatically improve the effectiveness of E-Commerce and Supply Chain initiatives including electronic Marketplaces, Collaborative Planning and Forecasting and continuous replenishment processes.

전자정부 사업의 본격적인 추진과 함께 급격하게 늘어나고 있는 전자기록물을 이제는 통합적이며 신뢰성 있게 관리해야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 전자기록관리가 신뢰성 있게 수행되기 위해서는 전자기록물의 생산부터 유통, 관리, 활용, 보존 그리고 폐기에 이르는 모든 절차를 아우르는 법규가 구축되어야 한다고 보고 그 전단계로 이러한 법규가 갖추어 야 할 기본요건을 규명하였다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 국내의 관련 법규들을 수집하고 그 내용이 신뢰성 있는 기록관리시스템 구축에 유용한지를 검토하였고, 다음에는 미국, 영국, 캐나다, 호주의 관련 법규 및 정책을 수집하여 그 내용을 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 전자기록물의 특성과 기록관리 이론을 고려하여 전자기록관리를 위한 법적 기반을 구축하는데 바람직할 것으로 판단되는 기본 요건들을 제시하였다.

각종 업무처리시스템이 웹기반으로 구현되는 것이 보편화됨에 따라 전자소송분야에서도 이에 대한 적용이 활발하다. 소송기록을 중심으로 하는 전자소송에서는 웹상에서 전자문서를 안전하게 유통 활용하기 위해서 기록으로서의 원본성, 사건으로서의 특수성 및 위변조 방지 등의 보안성을 고려하여 전자문서 구조가 설계되어야 한다. 본 논문은 소송기록으로 적합한 전자문서 포맷과 특수한 사건정보를 관리하기 위한 XMP 및 전자문서 유통을 위한 보안요소의 연구를 통하여 헌법재판분야의 전자소송 구현시 적합한 전자문서 구조를 설계하고, 적용된 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 웹상에서 전자문서 교환을 통해서 업무처리를 구현하고자 하는 경우에 유용한 참고 자료가 될 것이다.

Owing to the digital revolution, Internet Commerce and Electronic commerce, revolutionize the way of doing business and making payment. The entrance of the Internet has a prominent for spread of Electronic Commerce and those phenomenons will result in paperless trading and cashless trade. By virtue of Internet, an increasing share of business transactions occurs online. Electronic payment is essential for the smooth progress of the electronic commerce as electronic payment plays the important role in the electronic commerce, that is, the value transfer restyling from the electronic commerce. Traditionally international settlement systems such as letters of credits, remittance and documentary collections operated as important and poplar method of payment, Now, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet. In international trade, there are service providers (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) to settle payment electronically through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to Conduct comparative analysis with approach manner functional respect systematic respect, role. It is shown which the Electronic payment system is better. In this study, the author attempts to find the problems is (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) and solutions in switching from the documentary payment system to the electronic one. This conclusion of this study can be summarized as followings. In resoect of the law, bolero should seek to prevert the users from being treated unfairly due to multilateral agreement on Rulebook. TradeCard, BeXcom do not have the proper law that users are governed. so far as the practice problems concerned, stability of computer's operation and security of message interchange should be warranted and improved continuously. Through the standardization of the electronic document and the development of software, the examination of the shipping occuments must be done automatically. Bolero should induce more banks to take part in Bolero, and make the carrier the cost and time in managing the traditional document which will be used for the time being. In respect of information technology and security, to deduce the risk in the electronic settlement system and positively uses the global authentication guideline(Identrus).

인터넷과 인트라넷 기반의 전자적 서비스를 통해 비즈니스 거래가 전자상거래 공간에서 보다 유용하고 확장된 비즈니스 개념들을 제공하게 하였다. 특히, 컴포넌트 기반 e-비즈니스 기술은 시스템과 응용 레벨 모두에서 e-비즈니스 이슈들을 해결하는 방향이 되고 있다 컴포넌트 기반시스템은 네트워크 간의 상호동작성, 여러 네트워크 환경들간의 이동성 등의 특성을 포함한다. 따라서, 전통적인 프로세스와 개발 모델들은 빠르게 변화하는 환경에 부적절한 구조를 가지므로, e-비즈니스 응용 개발자들은 컴포넌트 기반 웹 응용을 개발하기 위한 메커니즘으로 웹서비스기술을 시도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-비즈니스 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 웹서비스 기반의 e-비즈니스 시스템 아키텍처에 특히 초점을 맞추고, 다양한 상황에서 e-비즈니스 도메인에 적용하기 위한 설계패턴을 식별하고 명세화한다. 또한 제안된 프로세스를 적용하여 e-비즈니스 응용을 위한 컴포넌트들을 개발하도록 프로토타입과 프레임워크를 연구하고 CAS(Customer Authentication system)을 개발하는 사례를 보여준다. 끝으로, e-비즈니스에서 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방향을 보여줄 것이다.

Purpose - Korean exports account for a vast proportion of Korean GDP, and large volumes of Korean products are sold in the United States. Identifying and characterizing actual and potential product hazards related to Korean products is critical to safeguard Korean export trade, as severe quality issues can impair Korea's reputation and reduce global consumer confidence in Korean products. In this study, we develop country-of-origin-based product risk analysis methods for social media with a specific focus on Korean-labeled products, for the purpose of safeguarding Korean export trade. Design/methodology - We employed two social media datasets containing consumer-generated product reviews. Sentiment analysis is a popular text mining technique used to quantify the type and amount of emotion that is expressed in the text. It is a useful tool for gathering customer opinions regarding products. Findings - We document and discuss the specific potential risks found in Korean-labeled products and explain their implications for safeguarding Korean export trade. Finally, we analyze the false positive matches that arise from the established dictionaries that were used for risk discovery and utilize these classification errors to suggest opportunities for the future refinement of the associated automated text analytic methods. Originality/value - Various studies have used online feedback from social media to analyze product defects. However, none of them links their findings to trade promotion and the protection of a specific country's exports. Therefore, it is important to fill this research gap, which could help to safeguard export trade in Korea.
