Purpose: The Emission Trading Scheme (ETS), which enables structuring emission credits as a financial product, is taking a crucial position of global collaboration against climate change. Previous studies that have covered ETS subjects from the macro perspective contribute to facilitating legal enactment of this scheme. However, they have rarely addressed challenges aligned with issues arising from labor burdens for ETS works from the business perspective. Research Design, data and methodology: This study presents conceptual models that are expected to help design an electronic system. The study model contains four modules: emission allocation, data interface, reduction technology sharing, and emission trading. Two validation approaches, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and regression analysis, are applied in confirming the feasibility of the proposed model. Results: This study suggests an IT system methodology to help improvement of the current K-ETS mechanism. In particular, this study addresses effectiveness for real businesses and the adaptability of this mechanism to other nations. Conclusions: The proposed IT platform diagram can contribute to successful operation of ETS by providing multiple benefits to participating companies through in-house allocation mechanisms, the soft-landing of ETS adoption to participating companies through reduction of technology-sharing, group purchases, and transaction costs through the trading system.

E-Business has, nowadays, become a common commerce transaction. In the beginning, e-Biz has known as Electronic Commerce and has expanded its territory to department store's shopping mall, travel, finance, stock, and even luxury goods as car sales market. Considering these trends, this paper researched the environment of korean e-Biz market and suggested the picture of the matured and sound e-Biz market in Korea. We surveyed matured level of Critical Success Factors of e-Biz in terms of management. We also surveyed time based Critical Success Factors to analyze level of the Korean e-Biz market. These study's may provide us the knowledge about the prediction and preparation for changes in e-Biz market in the future.

The purpose of this study is to suggest logical foundation and points which are necessary for establishing E-commerce cf Korean shipping companies' development strategy and activation plan. In order to do empirical analysis, two step analyses are adopted. Firstly, this study examines the effects of the shipping company character and the shipping environment character on the usage of E-commerce in the shipping companies. Secondly, this study examines the effects of usage of E-commerce on the performance in shipping companies. In the empirical analysis, research hypotheses are being tested mainly by a structural equation model(SEM).

There are many kinds of applications or software components to manage files in a local computer, but it is very difficult to organize personal documents in a consistent way and to search expected ones in a precise way. In this paper, we present our development of a document management and retrieval tool, which is named Ontalk. Our system provides a semi-automatic metadata generator and an ontology-based search engine for electronic documents. Ontalk can create and import various ontologies in RDFS or OWL for describing the metadata. Our system that is built upon.NET technology is easily communicated with or flexibly plugged into many different programs.

Recently, Jaiswal et al. proposed a protocol to improve the multi-agent negotiation test-bed which was proposed by Collins et al. Using publish/subscribe system, time-release cryptography and anonymous communication, their protocol gives an improvement on the old one. However, it is shown that the protocol also has some security weaknesses: such as replay data attack and DOS (denial-of-service) attack, anonymity disclosure, collusion between customers and a certain supplier. So proposed protocol reduces DOS attack and avoids replay data attack by providing ticket token and deal sequence number to the supplier. And it is proved that the way that market generates random number to the supplier is better than the supplier do by himself in guaranteeing anonymity. In the situation where the number of anguished people are increasing recently related to the remained lot purchase, there occurs the need for the specification of the 'regulation on the remained lot's purchase'. The remained lot is the remained land that is left after the allocation to the public business, and is compensated for its loss by the business implementor through the 'remained lot purchase request' by the people accommodated. This thesis presents issues based on the case studies on the remained lots that was accommodated and adjudicated in the local autonomous entity, and has the objective of implementing the protection of rights and effective compensation administration through the just compensation of the loss to the people who are accommodated.

Mobile banking is a subset of electronic banking which underlies not only the determinants of the banking business but also the special conditions of mobile commerce. Nowadays wireless networks are being evolved and diversified. In this situation The wireless e-commerce is in the limelight on new profits of Carriers. Because of this situation, the importance of mobile billing service is being emphasized. This paper searches the definition and service types of mobile banking, and suggests status and prospects of domestic mobile banking. We suggest the basic direction, the stage of development and functions of services by analyzing the cases of Nonghyup's. Finally we derive the critical factors from those and suggest the effect of introduction and the direction of development. From the customer perspective, mobile banking has many strengths. For example, it allows that all customers access banking service at anytime, anywhere more easily than telephone banking or pc banking. And it reduces the time and the effort for using the service. It enables the company to make a business against global customers. On the other hand, from the company perspective, it has a lot of potential that affect market share and reduce the costs of human and material resources which used to operate and support branches. However, it needs many efforts to reach at the stage of completion. And We will have to solve the problems that develop many contents, expend the range of services and raise the service convenience.

Even though B2B EC is becoming popular, there have been not so much studies about performance evaluation methodology for B2B systems. In this paper, after analyzing buyer-carts systematically focusing on the buyer's interactional efforts on the typical buying processes of each buyer-cart, we propose a quantitative performance evaluation model. For this, we categorize buyer-carts in B2B EC as s-cart, i-cart, and b-cart depending upon its residing sites: seller, intermediary, and buyer sites. And after proposing the desired features of buyer-carts in B2B EC as identification, collection, trashing, ordering, payment, tracking, recording, purchasing decision support, and transmission of records to e-procurement systems, we derive a performance evaluation model by calculating detail sub-processes from the desired features' viewpoints. By setting variables from a survey on the actual condition of using buyer-carts in companies in Korea, we try to evaluate the performance of buyer-carts in B2B EC. In this paper, we suggest a new methodology of performance evaluation for B2B systems, and show that the b-cart platform is more efficient than other buyer-carts especially in B2B EC.

The purpose of this study is to review the process for the trade settlement system between all parties involved in the commercial transaction under SURF System. SURF application is the latest value added service from bolero.net and a fully automated documentary settlement system. It extends bolero.net's capability to enable trade transactions by providing a delivery versus payment system. It has been designed as a standard, shared, infrastructure component for handling trade settlement within an electronic environment to keep step with the operation of electronic Bolero bill of Lading. It exploits the services provided by the Bolero Core Messaging Platform - secure, guaranteed transactions based on boleroXML standards to provide document compliance services with optional bank guarantees. So, SURF system can automatically check all commonly used trade documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading and certificates of weight and analysis, etc and supports a full range of settlement options including Open Account, Documentary Collections, Documentary Credit. 58 have key features as follows, ① automatic document compliance checking, ② integrated with the Title Registry, ③ supports various forms of vender financing, ④ governed by a set of legally binding rules, ⑤ fully prepared for Straight-Through-Processing, ⑥ Enabled compliance with UCP 500.

Recently; EC(Electronic Commerce) is increasing with high speed based on the expansion of Internet. EC which is done on the cyber space through Internet has strong point like independence from time and space. On the contrary, it also has weak point like security problem because anybody can access easily to the system due to open network attribute of Internet. Therefore, we need the solutions that protect the security problem for safe and useful EC activity. One of these solutions is the implementation of strong cipher algorithm. NC(Nonpolynomial Complete) cipher algorithm proposed in this paper is good for the security and it overcome the limit of current 64bits cipher algorithm using 128bits key length for input, output and encryption key, Moreover, it is designed for the increase of calculation complexity and probability calculation by adapting more complex design for subkey generation regarded as one of important element effected to encryption. The result of simulation by the comparison with other cipher algorithm for capacity evaluation of proposed NC cipher algorithm is that the speed of encryption and decryption is 7.63 Mbps per block and the speed of subkey generation is 2,42 μ sec per block. So, prosed NC cipher algorithm is regarded as proper level for encryption. Furthermore, speed of subkey generation shows that NC cipher algorithm has the probability used to MAC(Message Authentication Code) and block implementation of Hash function.
