  • 태양광, 풍력 등의 신재생에너지전원이 배전계통에 연계되는 경우가 증가함에 따라 사고 발생 시 계통을 안정적으로 보호하기 위한 보호협조 시스템의 개발이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보호협조 및 선로의 안정화에 크게 기여할 수 있는 양방향 보호협조 평가시스템을 제작하여, 분산전원이 연계된 다양한 모의계통을 시뮬레이션하여 제안한 알고리즘의 정확성을 분석하고 그 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • The installation of PV system to the power distribution system is being increased as one of solutions for environmental pollution and energy crisis. However, the efficiency of PV system is getting decreased because of the aging phenomenon and several operation obstacles. Therefore, The technology development of aging diagnosis of PV modules are required in order to improve operation performance of PV modules. This paper proposes evaluation algorithm for aging state in PV modules by using the electrical characteristics of PV modules and environmental factors. And also, this paper presents a operation evaluation system of PV modules based on the proposed aging diagnosis algorithm of PV modules. From the simulation results of proposed evaluation system, it is confirmed that the proposed algorithm is a useful tool for aging diagnosis of PV systems.

  • 전기사업의 자유화, 규제완화가 진행되는 가운데 분산 전원장비의 고 효율화, 저 가격화로 분산 전원의 도입이 급속하게 추진되고 있다. 하지만 분산형 전원이 다수 계통에 연계되었을 때, 전압, 주파수, 계통보호와 기존계통의 전력품질 등에 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고조파의 연계기준(IEEE Std 1547)으로 기존의 전력계통에 태양광발전을 연계시 발생되는 고조파를 평가하는 방법을 제시하였고 분석결과를 검토하였다.

A Study on High Frequency-Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition Silicon Nitride Films for Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells

  • SiNx:H films have been widely used for anti-reflection coatings and passivation for crystalline silicon solar cells. In this study, SiNx:H films were deposited using high frequency (13.56 MHz) direct plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, and the optical and passivation properties were investigated. The radio frequency power, the spacing between the showerhead and wafer, the $NH_3/SiH_4$ ratio, the total gas flow, and the $N_2$ gas flow were changed over certain ranges for the film deposition. The thickness uniformity, the refractive index, and the minority carrier lifetime were then measured in order to study the properties of the film. The optimal deposition conditions for application to crystalline Si solar cells are determined from the results of this study.

  • MANET is depended on the property as like variable energy, high degree of mobility, location environments of nodes etc. So, in this paper, we propose an algorithm techniques which is TICC (Time Interval Clustering Control) based on energy value in property of each node for solving cluster problem. It provides improving cluster energy efficiency how can being node manage to order each node's energy level. TICC is clustering method. It has shown that Node's energy efficiency and life time are improved in MANET.

  • 본 논문에서는 PSCAD 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 실계통도와 유사한 배전계통 분산전원 연계 시스템을 모델링하였다. 모델링한 계통도의 연계지점에 따른 THD와 TDD를 시뮬레이션하고, 고조파 연계기준(IEEE Std 1547와 IEEE Std 519)을 적용하여 기존의 전력계통에 태양광발전 시스템 연계시 발생되는 고조파를 평가하였고 평가결과를 분석하였다.

Texturing of Two Adhered Wafers for High Efficiency Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells (웨이퍼 접착 텍스쳐링을 이용한 결정질 실리콘 태양전지 고효율화 연구)

  • The texturing is one of the most important processes for high efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells. The rear side flatness of silicon solar cell is very important for increasing the light reflectance and forming uniform back surface field(BSF) region in manufacturing high efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells. We investigated texturing difference between front and rear side of wafer by texturing of two adhered wafers. As a result, the flatter rear side was obtained by forming less pyramid size compared to the front side and improved reflectance of long wavelength and back surface field(BSF) region were also achieved. Therefore, the texturing of two adhered wafers can be expected to improve the efficiency of silicon solar cells due to increased short circuit current(Isc).

  • There have been great advances in communication and networking in recent times. It is necessary to take advantage of this information infrastructure for the purpose of developing an engineering education system. But the networking system was expensive or hard to develop. The current international networking is converging to the use of the World Wide Web system. It has become a new standard for global network communication. But there are not a great number of applications which take full advantage of this environment. In this Imper, an interactive education system for engineering education using the World Wide Web will be presented. This can be used as a supplementary kit for engineering education of synchronous machine design. The system is developed using JAVA and can be accessed using Web browsers.
