  • 최근 불안정한 세계 경제상황으로 인해 에너지의 효율문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안된 시스템은 화면의 내용을 갱신할 때만 전원이 필요하고 표시된 화면을 유지할 때는 전원을 전혀 사용하지 않는 시스템으로 효율적인 면에서 상당히 유리하다. 영구자석 볼은 극에 따라 흰색과 검은색으로 도색되어 있고 아래에 위치한 또 하나의 영구 자석의 자화 상태에 의해 그 상태가 바뀌는 구조로 되어있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시스템을 해석하기 위하여 3차원 유한요소법을 사용하였다.

  • A UHF band wireless identification system based on passive surface acoustic wave(SAW) devices is presented in this paper. SAW ID tags were fabricated on Y-Z $LiNbO_3$ piezoelectric substrate with a good electro-mechanical coupling property. To reduce degradation of the antenna performance associated with the piezoelectric materials, an efficient design of the SAW RFID antenna is introduced. By measuring the parameters of the SAW ID tag, the performance of the antenna was tested by experimentation.

  • Superconducting magnetic bearing and rotating system were developed by utilizing the high magnetization YBaCuO superconductor. The pellets prepared by quasi-melt process had a high magnetic levitation force and a high magnetic attractive force. The shaft also could be moves its position and orientation of the rotating axis freely. Is is essential to enhance the materials properties and to improve the system design for the application of the system to industrial purpose.

  • Electrical power system has very complexity problem that it is plan measurement system to achieve Harmonic State Estimation (HSE). This complexity problem depends on discord of necessary accuracy, certainty of noise that exist in data communication damage and converter, adaptability of network modification and minimum of expense size of system, estimated monitering. Also, quantity of available measurement equipment for harmonic measurement has been limited. Therefore, systematic method that choose measurement location for harmonic state estimation. This paper is that see proposed HSE that use Observability Analysis(OA) for harmonic state estimation of electrical power system. OA depends on measurement number, measurement location and measurement form here, it is analysis method that depend on network form and admittance of the system. OA used achieve harmonic state estimation that it is Applied to New Zealand electrical power system to prove validity of HSE algorithm that propose. This study result about harmonic state estimation of electrical power system displayed very economical and effective method by OA.

  • In this paper, a controller design for a electro-hydraulic servo system is presented. When state variables of the system are not directly measurable for feedback control, it is very difficult to satisfy the given requirements for the system output control. The proposed design method is based on the feeding back of the output variable and it's time delayed values.

  • This paper describes a new method of the modeling of protection system and fault diagnosis in power systems using Petri nets. The Petri net models of protection system are compose of the operating process of protective devices and the fault diagnosis process. Fault diagnosis model which makes use of the nature of Petri net is developed to overcome the drawbacks of methods that depend on operator knowledge. The proposed method can reduce processing time and increase accuracy when compared with the traditional methods. And also this method covers online processing of real-time data from SCADA.

  • This paper proposes a new method that reduces RCS(rader cross section) of the aluminum plate using a oscillation system composed of a VGA(variable gain amplifier) and a phase shifter. Once the oscillation system receives the external-RF signal through a probe on aluminum plate, it makes an amplified signal with a specific phase to cancel the signal reflected from the aluminum plate. The signal transmitted from the oscillation system has the same amplitude and out of phase with the reflected signal. And it can be controlled by the VGA and the phase shifter in the oscillation system. In order to validate the performance of the proposed oscillation system, FEM simulator was used and we measured how much an amplitude of the signal reflected from the aluminum plate rotated in phi direction is reduced in an anechoic chamber.

  • The electric power load during the peak time in summer is strongly affected by cooling load. which decreases the preparation ratio of electricity and brings about the failure in the supply of electricity in the electric power system. The ice-storage system and heat pump system etc are used to settle this problem. In this study, the method of estimating temperature and humidity to forecast the cooling load of ice-storage system is suggested. And also the method of forecasting the cooling load using neural network is suggested. For the simulation, the cooling load is calculated using actual temperature and humidity. The forecast of the temperature, humidity and cooling load are simulated. As a result of the simulation, the forecasted data approached to the actual data.

  • This paper proposes an expert system to generate automatically the test table of test system which can highly enhance the quality and productivity of product by inspecting quickly and accurately the defect device on the electronic circuit board tested. The expert system identifies accurately the tested components and the circuit patterns by tracing automatically the connectivity of circuit from electronic circuit database. And it generates automatically the test table to detect accurately the missing components, the misplaced components, and the wrong components for analog components such as resistance, coil, condenser, diode, and transistor, based on the experience knowledge of veteran expert. It is implemented in C computer language for the purpose of the implementation of the inference engine using the dynamic memory allocation technique, the interface with the electronic circuit database and the hardware direct control. And, the validity of the builded expert system is proved by simulating for a typical electronic board model.

  • Phase transitions from the amorphous to crystalline states, and vice versa, of GST(GeSbTe) and AST(AsSbTe) thin films by applying electrical pulses have been studied. These materials can be used as nonvolatile memory devices. The thickness of ternary chalcogenide thin films is approximately 100 nm. Upper and lower electrodes were made of AI. I-V characteristics after impressing the variable pulses to GST and AST films. Tc(crystallization temperature) of AST system is lower than that of the GST system, so that the current pulse width of crystallization process can be decreased.
