전기 절연물의 오염에 따른 누설전류 특성 및 사고위험성 연구 (The Accident Hazard and Properties of the Leakage Current on the Electrical Insulation by Pollution)

  • It is necessary to study the prevention and the management of electrical facilities because the electrical fault took place at the dust occurrence area due to environmental pollution. In particular, the dust accumulates easily on insulation material which is exposed an external long time. The leakage current brings out electrical fault after all. Also, it is need to variation of material and shape to repress a leakage current on electrical material. In this paper, we measured a leakage current on electrical material of facilities by dust, and in experiments the prevention to electrical fault was studied.

4M 기법을 활용한 전기화재 예방대책 수립 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Preventive Measures for Electric Fires Using the 4M Technique)

  • The purpose of this study is to reduce the probability of occurrence of electric fires as a preemptive preventive measure, and to strengthen the capability of preventing electric fires by strengthening the cooperative function between electric fire-related departments and establishing a cooperative system. In this study, the general aspects of electric fires were identified by reviewing the literature such as ignition mechanisms of electric fires. And the major electrical fires that occurred in the last 10 years were classified into ignition factors (short circuit, overload/overcurrent, and earth leakage/ground fault) and ignition sources (wiring/wiring appliances, electrical equipment/household appliances). And the 4M technique was used to analyze the potential causes of ignition at the fire site and to suggest preventive measures. In the case In this study, out of 48 electrical fires in the past 10 years, 16 short-circuit fires, 3 overload/overcurrent fires, 3 short-circuit and earth fault fires, 16 fires in wiring/wiring appliances, and 10 fires in electrical equipment/home appliances classified as cases. And prevention measures were presented in terms of human, machine, media, and management by using the 4M technique. For the preemptive prevention of electric fires, strengthening the compulsory electrical safety inspection and making it mandatory to report when new or expanding electric facilities, charging a fee for electric safety inspection for detached houses and granting benefits subject to inspection completion, improvement of the electric safety voluntary inspection table and safety indications; It was suggested as a policy to organize and operate electrical safety inspection personnel in a two-person team (mixed), establish a close work cooperation system with related organizations, and strengthen electrical safety education and publicity.

자가용 전기설비의 자가진단 기준에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Self-Diagnosis Criteria of Electrical Installations)

  • This paper is to enable electrical safety manager to have more objective evaluation on the safety by indicating quantitative values such as life-time and status quotient of daily visual inspection on private electrical equipments. Self-diagnosis table is recommended to apply such a evaluation efficiently according to the characteristics of each electrical equipments, and the managers's determination of the precise inspection, replacement etc. will be also possible through the standard selected by various domestic and foreign data with expert's advise for numerical evaluation. This circumstance will be able to establish the foundation to secure the soundness of electrical equipments.

  • In this paper, a real time monitoring and management system being operated in the ubiquitous environment was developed to monitor leakage current, load current, and arc-fault, and an electrical safety network for reasonable management of electrical risk factor was proposed. For confirmation of usefulness and reliability of the proposed safety network and system, the developed intelligent panels were applied to 28 Korean traditional houses in Jeonjoo city, and the network including the panels was operated. If the National Electrical Safety Network is completely constructed in the houses of general electrical users, the network will have an effect on that a main manager transfers from general people to expert. As a result, the electrical fires caused by an over-load, an arc-fault, and an earth-fault will be prevented.

  • In this paper, we investigated a dust pollution and spot survey of electrical installation in vulnerable area. From the survey results, we know that the dust was easily accumulated in cabinet panel because the cabinet panel cover was opened and the management of installation was not good. Although the dust pollution was not difference, the possibility of accident become increased by dust in salt area. Thus, it is necessary to variation of cabinet panel shape to prevention of electrical disaster in dust occurrence and another protection devices.

  • When happen the electrical facilities accident the one's diagnosis system of fault cause was constructed by FMEA method Cable accident cause is given by accident cause that can happen in each one's diagnosis and accident probability value. From the verification of system, the one's diagnosis system agreed well with result that analyzed actual state. Thus, the system is judged to be used effectively examine for accident cause of electrical facilities.

  • 다양한 ICT 기술의 등장에 따라 전력설비와 ICT 기술의 융합 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 고압전기설비에 대한 ICT 기술의 적용은 전력 효율 향상 및 실시간으로 정확한 사용량을 측정하기 위한 측면에서 연구되고 있으며, 전기의 안전도 향상 및 관리 측면에서는 아직 관련 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주요 자가용 전기설비의 안전관리 방법에 대해 분석해 보고, 사물인터넷 기술을 기반으로 전기설비 안전관리 플랫폼을 실현하기 위한 참조 구조와 참조 인터페이스, 서비스, 데이터 프로파일을 제안한다. 제안된 자가용 전기설비의 전기안전 플랫폼은 OCF에서 개발 중인 범용 IoT 오픈소스 플랫폼인 IoTivity 플랫폼을 이용하여 온습도 정보를 전달하는 시험을 통해 구현 가능성을 제시하였다.
