자동점멸식 보안등 점검함 개발 (Development of an Inspection Box for a Guard Lamp with an Automatic Switch)

  • 본 논문에서는 최근 증가 일로에 있는 자동점멸식 보안등에 대한 안전점검 방안을 제시하였다. 기술적인 측면으로서 보안등주의 하부에 안전점검을 위한 별도의 점검함을 설치하고 점검원이 누설전류, 누전차단기의 정상적인 동작 상태, 절연저항 및 접지저항을 승주하지 않고 측정할 수 있도록 하였으며, 충전부에 대한 직접 접촉의 가능성을 최대한으로 경감함으로써 감전의 위험으로부터 자유로울 수 있도록 설계하였다. 본 연구의 결과물을 실용화함으로써 보안등에 대한 점검을 최대한 안전하고 효율적으로 수행하는데 일조할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • Prevention of electrical and mechanical accidents from consumer switches needs early to detect and repair failure parts of the switches. But, safety accidents by the switches of consumers occur from non-systematic safety inspection techniques. So, we develope and propose the safety inspection techniques of the consumer switches.

  • The appearance inspection of various electronic products and parts has been executed by the eyesight of human. But inspection by eyesight can't bring about uniform inspection result. Because the appearance inspection result by eyesight of human is changed by condition of physical and spirit of the checker. So machine vision inspection system is currently used to many appearance inspection fields instead of the checker. Therefore we proposes a inspection system in this paper. it will be able to secure the objectivity of the prosecuting attorney using inspection system. Also this system has been developed only using PC, CCD Camera and Visual C++ for universal workplace.

  • A low-cost and high-speed PDP color inspection system can be constructed by using a CCD camera against a colorimeter. Though the inspection can be done using RGB signals obtained by a camera, it has some difficulty to introduce human color sensitivity. Thus, it is quite desirable to convert the RGB values into the XYZ values that can be compared to the values of a colorimeter. Accordingly, the current study proposes a color conversion method that can analytically calculate the RGB-to-XYZ conversion matrix by utilizing the RGB primaries and the reference white. Experiments on Macbeth colorchecker colors showed that the average color difference between the converted XYZ values of the proposed method and the measured XYZ values of a colorimeter is much below the threshold of distinguishing two adjacent color patches.

  • We developed an automatic 3D inspection system. The system consists of two parts one includes hardwares such as actuators. linear scales and a probe. etc. the other involves softwares for management and control of the system. Compared with existing 3D measurement systems. this system achieved automatically the inspection. This automatic inspection makes the system have some advantages to reduce a measurement time and to be easily used by operators.

  • It is focused on a methodology to establish a optimal inspection cycle of electrical facility of railroad Decision method of optimal inspection cycle is a process which establishes maintenance plan for facilities' immanent function as using reliability theory in operation term In order to ensure normal operation in a given condition, the decision method is logical for selecting effective maintenance plan to consider characteristic of system In estimation of failure rate, critical facility is selected firstly. After that, proper distribution function on each facility is decided to investigate distribution function for extraction of failure rate. Next, cost produced by the case that facility's failure is occurred is surveyed. Finally, maintenance method developed until now is investigated, before suitable model for the facility applying maintenance method is developed, and that maintenance decision is made. Therefore, this process is the method to find optimal inspection cycle for reasonable cost and effective reliability on facility.

  • Incase of not considered seismic design at transformer vault which is made of many informant electrical facility, facility is damaged, electrical fire breaks out and second damage is able to break out at generating earthquake. But seismic design yet is not applied to at transformer vault in the country. Regard to seismic design method of electrical facility installed in the building internal, we present the seismic design of electrical facility using "Building construction design standard" in internal and "Manual of seismic design and construction for Building Electrical facility" in japan.   • 독립형 비전을 사용한 자동차용 부품인 밸브씰 검사 시스템을 개발하고 구성하였다. 구성부품은 8대의 독립형 CCD카메라, 검사를 위해 밸브 씰을 공급해 주는 기구장치로서 구성되었다. 2가지 형태의 밸브 씰 불량 유형에 대한 영상처리 알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 알고리즘의 효율성은 실험을 통하여 입증하였고 정밀한 상태로 0.7초 이내에 검사가 완료되도록 하였다. 이러한 검사 시스템은 자동차 부품산업에서 다양한 응용 분야로서 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
