  • Every year respect a countermeasure establishment the electric leakage detection system and electric leakage investigation work are becoming enforcement line plentifully in about the electric leakage accident which is increasing, measuring in compliance with a most ground connection voltage and an image electric current mainly is become accomplished, inputs a pulsation group signal in the line and detects a signal change between the line a method which there is. In order to investigate the quality in compliance with an electric leakage electric current from the electric leakage area after conferring the electric leakage environment in compliance with a flooding when the electric leakage electric current exists in the surface, it investigated the electric leakage electric current quality from the electric current distribution and flooded districts from the present paper.

소형 전기자동차의 전기동력시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on an Electric Power System Design of a Small Electric Vehicle)

  • The electric power system design of the electric vehicle are required to improve the performance. The electric power system on the electric vehicle are consist of a battery, a pedal sensor, an electric motor and a controller. In this paper, Automotive manufacture's various electric vehicle models are investigated and analyzed. The mathematical models for the electric power system are studied, and then important variables are considered. Simulation and experimental test results show the model of the electric power system on the electric vehicle and design parameter decision are effective to the electric vehicle design.

The Effect of External DC Electric Field on the Atmospheric Corrosion Behaviour of Zinc under a Thin Electrolyte Layer

  • The effect of external DC electric field on atmospheric corrosion behavior of zinc under a thin electrolyte layer (TEL) was investigated by measuring open circuit potential (OCP), cathodic polarization curve, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Results of OCP vs. time curves indicated that the application of external DC electric field resulted in a negative shift of OCP of zinc. Results of cathodic polarization curves measurement and EIS measurement showed that the reduction current of oxygen increased while charge transfer resistance ($R_{ct}$) decreased under the external DC electric field. Variation of OCP negative shift, reduction current of oxygen, and $R_{ct}$ increase with increasing of external DC electric field strength as well as the effect of external DC electric field on double-layer structure in the electrode/electrolyte interface and ions distribution in thin electrolyte layer were analyzed. All results showed that the external DC electric field could accelerate the corrosion of zinc under a thin electrolyte layer.

절연유의 도전전류와 직류절연파괴특성에 관한 연구 (A study on conduction current and D.C. breakdown characteristics in dielectric liquids)

  • It has been known that D.C. breakdown Voltage is lower than A.C. breakdown Voltage in insulatingoil, but there are still many unvivid points at electric conduction in breakdown or under of high electric field. This study measured the electric current-electric field characteristics (I-E characteristics) and the breakdown Voltage under of D.C. electric field of insulating oil using the system of electrodes that are near the Uniform electric field with a result. I can study, electric conduction in area of high electric field depends upon the Schottky effect. The liquidity of breakdown electric field takes place by the local concentration of electric field. The longer gap is and the more electric current is the more breakdown Voltage decreased. There are not almost the change of electric current-electric field characteristics by materials of electrode.

  • 최대전력관리장치는 사용 전력량이 목표 전력량을 초과하는 것으로 예측되면 연결된 부하장치를 차단하여 사용 전력량이 목표 전력량을 초과하지 않도록 제어하는 장치이다. 이러한 ON/OFF 방식을 전기로의 전력 관리에 적용하면 전력을 공급하는 인버터와 전기히터의 기동 및 정지동작이 반복적으로 수행되게 된다. 이는 인버터와 전기히터에 전기적 손상을 가중시켜 수명을 단축시킬 수 있다는 문제점이 있다. 또한 전력 관리에 의해 전력 공급이 차단되었을 때 복귀 시점까지 온도를 조절할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 목표 전력량을 초과하지 않는 범위 내에서 지속적인 전력의 인가를 통해 인버터와 전기히터의 전기적 손상을 방지하고 전기로로 인가되는 전력량을 유기적으로 자동 조절하기 위해 전기로 원격 제어기를 사용한 전력관리 시스템을 개발한다.

  • According to revolutionary developments in automobile technologies, eco-friendly advanced vehicles (hybrid vehicle, hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle, electric vehicle, etc.) are rapidly increasing. The electromagnetic compatibility is getting more important for development of a vehicle because those advanced vehicles are driven by electric energy and equipped with more electric systems. In general, electromagnetic compatibility tests consist of an electromagnetic interference(EMI) test and an electromagnetic susceptibility(EMS) test. EMI test of the electric vehicles are needed not only in driving mode but also in charging mode because they must be recharged by much electric energy for driving. Depending on vehicle manufacturers, the charging device type and the location of charging device inlet in electric vehicles are various. In this paper, in order to investigate EMI of electric vehicles in charging mode in consideration of the direction of measuring antenna and the location of charging device inlet, a series of electromagnetic emission tests are conducted using three electric vehicles (neighborhood electric vehicle, electric vehicle and electric vehicle-bus). The test results show that electromagnetic emission measurements in charging mode are dependent on the direction of measuring antenna and the location of charging device inlet.

반주기 변조된 송신파형과 대지전위 측정을 이용한 지중 케이블 누전 고장점 탐지 시스템 (Electric Leakage Point Detection System of Underground Power Cable Using Half-period Modulated Transmission Waveform and Earth Electric Potential Measurement)

  • The precise detection of electric leakage point of underground power cable is very important to reduce cost and time of maintenance and prevent electric shock accident through expedite repair of electric leakage point. This paper proposes a electric leakage point detection system underground power cable using of half-period modulated transmission waveform and earth electric potential measurement. The developed system is composed of transmitter to generate the wanted pulse waveform, receiver to measure and display earth electric potential by the transmitted pulse in electric leakage point and PC Software program to display of GPS coordinate on detection cable line. The performance of the electric leakage point detection system was tested in the constructed underground cable leakage detection test bed. The test results on signal generation voltage precision of signal transmitter, mean detection earth voltage, mean detection leakage current and electric leakage point detection error showed the developed system can be used in electric leakage point detection underground power cable.
