Internet protocol television (IPTV) service depends on the network quality of service (QoS) and bandwidth of the broadband service provider. IEEE 802.16j mobile multihop relay Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access networks have the opportunity to offer high bandwidth capacity by introducing relay stations. However, to actually satisfy QoS requirements for offering IPTV services (HDTV, SDTV, Web TV, and mobile TV) for heterogeneous users' requests, providers must use a video server for each IPTV service type, which increases the network load, especially bandwidth consumption and forwarding time. In this paper, we present a solution for forwarding IPTV video streaming to diverse subscribers via an 802.16j broadband wireless access network. In particular, we propose a new multicast tree construction and aggregation mechanism based on the unique property of prime numbers. Performance evaluation results show that the proposed scheme reduces both bandwidth consumption and forwarding time.

For the investigation medicinal resources for Salix species, the studies were carried out to evaluate the pharmaco-constituents in the bark of Salix gilgiana (Salicaceae) which have been used as anti-inflammation, analgesic and diuretic agents in folk remedies in Korea. From aqueous fraction of the MeOH extract, (+)-catechin(l), 1-O-p-coumaroyl glucoside(II), 1-O-feruloyl glucoside(III) and p-hydroxyacetophenone glucoside(IV) were isolated by column chromatographic separation using Amberlite XAD-2, ODS-gel and Sephadex LH-20 and the structure of these compounds were elucidated by physico-chemical evidence($^{1}$H-NMR, $^{13}$C-NMR, IR, El-Mass and G.C.) and by comparison with authentic samples.

A new series of diarylamides and diarylureas having 2,3-dihydropyrrolo[3,2-b]quinoline scaffold was synthesized. Their in vitro antiproliferative activities were tested over NCI-60 cancer cell lines of nine different cancer types. Some target compounds showed good inhibition percentages over different cell lines. Among all the target compounds, compound 1f possessing 6,7-dimethoxy-2,3-dihydropyrrolo[3,2-b]quinoline nucleus, amide linker, and 4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl terminal ring showed high selectivity against MCF7 and MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cell lines more than the other tested cell lines. Its inhibition percentages at $10{\mu}M$ concentration over those two cell lines were 84.97% and 87.13%, respectively.

The present investigation deals with the synthesis of some new salicylamidoacetyl sulfonamides 3a,b, salicylamido ethylacetate 4, salicylamido acetic acid hydrazide 5, which is considered as the key intermediate for the synthesis of several series of new compounds such as salicylamido pyrazol 6 and pyrazolone 1. N-imido-derivatives 9, 10, 11, thiadiazole 13, oxadiazole 14, 15, Schiffs bases 16a-f. Cyclocondensation of Schiffs bases with thioglycolic acid gave thiazolidinone 18a-c while with acetylchloride afforded azitidinones 19a-c and with acetic anhydride gave 1,4-benzoxazepine-3,5-dione. Some of the compounds were tested for their analgesic and antiinflammatory activities as well as ulcerogenic effects. Some derivatives were more effective than salicylamide and ulcerogenic activity was variably lowered .

In this paper we suggest a group key agreement protocol among a group consisting more than 3 PKIs. From an 128 bit message, we produce a group key to any length size using a hash function. With a computer experiment we found that PKI's encryption/decryption time is the most dominant part of this procedure and an 160 bit ECC PKI is the most efficient system for distributing an 128 bit message in practical level. We implement this procedure over an unsecure multi user chatting system which is an open software. And we also show that this suggestion could be practically used in military business without a hardware implementation.

Four anthocyanins were isolated from the acidic alcoholic extract of Syzygium cumini fruits growing in Egypt: Pelargonidin-3-O-glucoside, pelargonidin-3,5-O-diglucoside, cyanidin-3-O-malonyl glucoside, and delphenidin-3-O-glucoside. They were identified by the chromatographic, TLC and PC, and spectral analyses, UV, $^1$H-NMR and FAB/MS. The fruits were found to contain 0.03 gm % anthocyanins calculated on fresh weight basis calculated by spectrophotometric assay. Cytotoxic activity of total alcoholic extract of the fruits was performed against several types of tumor cell lines using the SRB assay. The tested extract exhibited significant cytotoxic activity for MCF7 (breast carcinoma cell line) (IC$_{50}$= 5.9 ${\mu}$g/mL), while the IC$_{50}$ was > 10 ${\mu}$g/mL for both Hela (Cervix carcinoma cell line), HEPG2 (liver carcinoma cell line), H460 (Lung carcinoma cell line) and U251 (Brain carcinoma cell line).

In this paper, we investigate reliability and availability of repairable systems with two types of failure. The first one is to one unit and the second one is to M units in parallel structure. Let failure rate and repair rate of [type1, type2] components are assumed to be exponentially distributed. The expressions of availability and reliability characteristics such as the system reliability and the mean time to failure are derived for two systems. We used several cases to analyze graphically the effect of various system parameters on the reliability system and availability system.

4-Arylazo-3-phenyl-5-aminopyrazoles (5a, b) and substituted hydroxythiazoles 8a, b were synthesized from the reaction of 4a, b with hydrazine hydrate and mercaptoacetic acid respectively. Compounds 5a, b and 8a, b were also obtained from coupling of 2a, b with 6 and 7, respectively. 4H-1, 4-Benzothiazine 11 was prepared from 1 and 10. The resaction of the diazonium salts 2a-c with diethyl 3-amino-2-cyanopenet-2-en-1, 5-dicarboxylate 12 was also reported.

People in some tropical countries used to use some plant extracts in folklore medicine as treatment of diabetes melitus. Of these plants is Calligonum comsum ("orta"). The present work deals with the biochemical effects of the whole plant water extract given orally to the albino rats, normals and alloxan diabetics, as to fulfil its hypoglycemic effects on rats. The results showed that "orta" extract produced a hypoglycemic effect indicated by the decrease in blood sugar level. It was observed that the diabetic state in rats treated with 300 mg/kg body weight of "orta" extract, was alleviated, showeing normal levels of blood glucose, liver fat and cholesterol contents. Liver proteins were still below the normal level in the rats. Gibenclamide, a hypoglycemic drug, was used for comparison with "ora" extract. Although it did alleviate the diabetic state, yet the liver fat and cholesterol contents were still higher than those of normal. Also the liver proteins were lower than the control levels.

In the realm of differential games and bioeconomic modeling, where intricate systems and multifaceted interactions abound, we explore the precision and efficiency of the Chebyshev Tau method (CTM). We begin with the Weierstrass Approximation Theorem, employing Chebyshev polynomials to pave the way for solving intricate bioeconomic differential games. Our case study revolves around a three-player bioeconomic differential game, unveiling a unique open-loop Nash equilibrium using Hamiltonians and the FilippovCesari existence theorem. We then transition to numerical implementation, employing CTM to resolve a Three-Point Boundary Value Problem (TPBVP) with varying degrees of approximation.
