대학 정보기술 아키텍처 발전방향에 관한 연구: 국내 대학 사례를 중심으로 (The Evolution of IT architecture in Universities: A Case study of Korean Domestic Universities)

  • 최근 대학들도 업무 활동을 수행함에 있어서, 구성원인 교수, 학생, 직원 등에게 즉각적이고, 유용하며 효율적인 정보를 제공하고자 중장기적인 대학정보화 계획을 수립하고 있다. 대학정보화의 개념은 초기에는 컴퓨터를 기반으로 한 사무자동화 수준에서 시작하였으나, 현재는 행정정보화 및 교육정보화까지 발전하였으며, 또한 가상 대학까지 범위를 확장하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 1991년과 2001년 동안 국내에서 수행되어진 대학정보화 사례 중 연대기적 중요성에 따라 3개의 대학을 선정하여, 대학정 보화에 대한 경험적인 분석과 보완적인 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 각 대학들을 정보기술 아키텍처 관점 에서 정보 아키텍처, 인프라 아키텍처, 정보관리 아키텍처별로 비교하고, 정보기술 아키텍처의 진화가 대학정보화의 발전에 미치는 영향을 고려하였다. 사례 연구 대상 대학들은 고객중심의 패러다임에서 시장경쟁력을 확보하고 우수 대학으로 발전할 수 있는 기회를 위해, 대학정보화를 통하여 교육 촉진, 연구 촉진, 행정 효율화를 추구하고자 하였으며, 아직은 정보관리 부분이 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 정보 관리 부분의 미비 사항을 극복하기 위해서는 대학 실무자, 관리자, 교수들이 정보시스템의 성공적인 구축 및 유지와 관련된 이슈들을 이해하는 것이 필요하며, 본 연구는 향후대학 정보화 프로젝트를 진흥하는 촉매로서의 역할을 수행할 것이다.

제 6차와 7차 교육과정에 따른 중학교 가정 교과서 비교 연구 (A Study on Comparison of 6th Curriculum and 7th Curriculum of Home Economics Textbooks in the Middle School)

  • 본 연구는 새로 개정된 제 7차 교육과정에 따른 교과서의 체제. 특성을 살펴보고 이를 제 6차 교과서와 비교해 봄으로써 일선 가정과 교사의 새 교과서에 대한 이해를 높이고 이를 교수 $\cdot$ 학습에 반영할 수 있도록 하며. 장기적으로는 차기 교과서 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구자료는 제 7차 교육과정에 의해 개발된 12종 교과서 가운데 8개 출판사의 중학교 기술 $\cdot$ 가정 교과서의 가정 영역을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 제 7차 교육과정이 직용되는 중학교 가정 교과서는 종전 교과서에 비해 외형적으로 뿐만 아니라 그 체제와 내용에 있어서 큰 변화와 발전이 있었다고 볼 수 있다. 교과서의 전체적 체제에서는 모든 연구 대상 교과서가 겉 표지, 면지, 속표지, 머리말 목차, 부록으로 구성되었으며. 목차, 부록, 면지를 제외한 각각의 쪽수가 모두 같고, 머리말의 내용 구성도 거의 비슷한 것으로 나타나 있다. 교과서의 단원별 체제는 전체적인 흐름은 유사하였으나 주제의 도입과 본문에서 집필자의 의도와 강조점이 잘 나타나 있었다. 교과서의 집필자 가운데 교육현장의 중 $\cdot$ 고교 교사 참여가 예전에 비해서는 증가한 점도 바람직한 것으로 생각된다. 7차 교육과정에 의한 교과서의 영역 구성의 특색은 1, 2, 3학년에 분산되지 않고, 영역별로 분리하여 한 학년에 집중되어 효율을 높인 점을 들 수 있다. 학생들이 실제로 시도해 볼 수 있는 자료인 활동 및 실험 $\cdot$실습 수는 6차에 비해 현저히 증가하였으나, 교과서별로 차이가 컸다.

한국 간호교육의 현황과 과제 (The Present Situation and Tasks of University Nursing Education in Korea)

  • This study was intended to grasp the history of nursing education from the beginning to the present in Korea, and grip and look-out current diversified systems of nursing education on basis of February, 2000 through literatural review and investigation by close telephone interviews. The basic nursing educational institutions in the whole country were total 113, namely, 3 years course, 65 junior colleges of nursing, and 4 years course, 48 colleges of nursing. And there were 3 types of continuing nursing educational system: two of three were transferring to another college for gain bachelor's degree in nursing; RN-BSN programs and university of broadcasting, and the other was the system of independent learning and then examination for BSN. Total nursing graduates from junior college of nursing courses and college of nursing courses were 7,564 on February, 1999. In general graduate school, the number of master courses were 21 and Ph.D courses were 13. And the number of special graduate schools were 21, i.e., graduate school of education were 7, graduate school of administration were 2, graduate school of public health were 11 and graduate school of industry was 1. As the perspective on nursing education, we overviewed changing nursing organizational environment, increasing the system of continuing education, making standards in nursing education and systemization of nursing educational accreditation, specialization of nursing, information system in nursing education and education of graduate school. The summary of the above overviewed subjects were as follows; Every nursing educational institution needed to educate by educational criteria and standard and characteristically run BSN and graduate courses. Specialization in nursing has to develop more and more, therefore advanced education and law should be prepared appropriately. According to the age's and social needs, we have to establish counter-plan for fundamental educational environment. We have to sensitive to rapidly changing information in the era of globalization. In the level of university education, each university needs characterization of educational objectives, goals and contents, and has to replace the shortage of the number of professor. And the regulation of thesis and dissertation examinations need to be reinforced. Education in nursing should consists with specialization. Collaboration among universities will bring efficiency in the nursing education.

조직구성원의 공감이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향 - 직무스트레스의 매개효과 - (An Impact of Empathy on the Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention - Focused on the Mediating Effect of Job Stress -)

  • 본 연구는 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 요소 중에서 최근 이슈화 되고 있으며 심리학과 교육학에서 중시되어 다루어지는 주제인 공감(empathy)을 경영학에 접목시켜 직무스트레스라는 매개를 통해 조직유효성(직무만족, 이직의도)과의 관계와 연구의 한계점을 알아보고자 한다. 수도권을 중심으로 충청도, 경상도, 전라도 등을 포함한 5개 지역에 분포되어있는 기업 직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 결과는 spss 21 통계프로그램 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 공감의 하위요인 인지적, 정서적 공감 중에서 인지적 공감은 직무스트레스에서 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 공감의 하위요인 인지적, 정서적 공감은 모두 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공감의 하위요인 인지적, 정서적 공감에서 인지적 공감은 이직의도에 대해 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있으나 정서적 공감은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무스트레스는 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다. 마지막으로 공감과 직무만족 및 이직의도의 관계에 있어서 직무스트레스의 매개역할을 확인하였다. 이상의 실증연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의 및 한계점, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

울산 중화학공업의 재구조화 특성 - IMF 체제 이후의 기업전략을 중심으로 - (The Post-IMF firm strategy and the corporate restructuring in the heavy & chemical industrial district: the case of Ulsan, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 울산시를 사례로 IMF 체제를 극복하는 과정에서의 기업의 재구조화 전략을 중심으로 우리나라 중화학공업의 재구조화 특성을 분석하였다. 울산 지역경제는 중화학부문의 대기업 분공장과 그 관련기업의 비중이 절대적이고, 특정 대기업과 중소기업간 수직적 하청관계에 기초한 대기업 주도의 산업구조로 특징 지워진다. IMF 체제를 계기로 시장 재구조화는 종래 가격경쟁에서 품질경쟁으로의 전환을 기조로 시장 확대, 판매처의 다양화 그리고 수출 확대 전략을 중심으로 생산제품 및 시장 다변화, 수출과 내수시장의 점유비율의 조정 등 다양한 전략으로 수요환경 변화에 대응하고 있다. 생산체계가 변화된 기업체는 절반에 미치지 않으나, 주로 소품종 소량생산체계에서 소품종 대량생산체계 혹은 다품종 대량생산에서 전문화와 규모경제를 동시에 추구하는 소품종 대량생산 체제로 전환하였다. 그리고 생산조직에 있어서는 특히 전문하청의 확대로 핵심기능만을 내부화하고 나머지는 외부화하여 비용절감과 수요변화에 신축적으로 대처하기 위한 전략을 추구하였다. 노동 재구조화에 있어서는 팀제도입, 육체적 정신적 노동의 결합과 소사장제 도입으로 생산현장의 의견을 의사결정에 반영할 수 있고, 다기능화와 노동혼합을 통한 노동조직상의 유연성을 제고하려는 전략을 채택하였다.

공공문화예술기관에 대한 공공기관 및 문화예술 분야 성과평가지표의 우선순위 분석 연구 (A Study on the Priority Analysis of Performance Evaluation Indicators for Public Culture and Arts Institutions)

  • 본 연구는 선행연구의 조사내용을 바탕으로 공공 기관적인 성격과 문화예술적인 성격의 결합 차원에서 공공문화예술기관을 조작적으로 정의한 후, 이에 부합하는 차원에서 성과 평가지표의 우선순위 분석 필요성을 제기하였다. AHP 공리에 의한 우선순위 분석결과, 공공문화예술기관의 성과평가지표에 대한 우선순위는 예술성, 전문성, 마케팅, 조직관리, 경영효율성, 교류협력, 운영체계, 공공성, 편의성 순으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 가장 높은 우선순위로 나타난 예술성의 항목에 우선적으로 관심을 기울이고 전략을 모색할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 관객과 대중이 이에 대해 높은 관심을 가질 수 있도록 애초의 기획에 다양한 전문가를 투입할 필요가 있다. 그러나 AHP공리에서 권장하는 10항목을 초과하지 않기 위해 의도적으로 평가항목 제한할 수밖에 없었다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 다양한 평가항목을 도출하여 우선순위를 분석할 필요성이 있다.

  • Innovation is considered as an implemented innovation in education - in the content, methods, techniques and forms of educational activity and personality education (methods, technologies), in the content and forms of organizing the management of the educational system, as well as in the organizational structure of educational institutions, in the means of training and education and in approaches to social services in education, distance and multimedia learning, which significantly increases the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. The classification of currently known pedagogical technologies that are most often used in practice is shown. The basis of the innovative activity of a modern teacher is the formation of an innovative program-methodical complex in the discipline. Along with programmatic and content provision of disciplines, the use of informational tools and their didactic properties comes first. It combines technical capabilities - computer and video technology with live communication between the lecturer and the audience. In pedagogical innovation, the principles reflecting specific laws and regularities of the implementation of innovative processes are singled out. All principles are elements of a complex system of organization and management of innovative activities in the field of education and training. They closely interact with each other, which enhances the effect of each of them due to the synergistic effect. To improve innovative activities in the training of students, today computer technologies are widely used in pedagogy as a science, as well as directly in the practice of the pedagogical process. They have gained the most popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, searching for information on the network for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a unified scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The article considers computer technologies as the main building material for the entire society. In the modern world, there is a need to prepare a person for life in a multimedia environment. This process should be started as early as possible, because the child's contact with the media is present almost from the moment of his birth.

소규모 노후 건축물 안전관리 실태분석 및 효율화 방안 (Current Status Analyses and Efficient Strategies Subjected to Safety Management of Small-Scaled Old Buildings )

  • 본 연구는 소규모 노후 건축물을 대상으로 현행 법 제도적 한계와 문제점을 파악하고 관리대상, 관리조직, 예산 측면의 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관련 법령인 「건축물관리 조례」, 「건축 조례」에서 규정하는 안전점검 대상, 지역건축안전센터의 안전관리 업무 및 조직 구성, 건축안전특별회계의 재원 조성 등에 관한 사항을 조사하였다. 또한, 전국 지방자치단체를 대상으로 지역건축안전센터 및 건축안전특별회계의 설치 및 운영에 대한 현황을 분석하여 법적 규제에 기반하여 현 안전관리 실태를 진단하였다. 결과적으로 점검대상 측면에서 법적 안전점검 대상에 포함되지 않는 안전관리 사각지대 건축물이 존재한다는 문제점을 도출하였고, 관리 조직 및 예산 측면에서 지역건축안전센터의 운영을 위한 전문인력 확보의 어려움과 건축안전특별회계 운용을 위한 재원 부족으로 설치 및 운영에 대한 한계를 파악하였다. 해당 문제에 대한 개선 안으로 소규모 노후 건축물의 점검 대상 범위 확대에 따른 안전관리 사각지대 축소, 전문인력 보수 규정 개선 및 준전문 인력 양성, 재원 확보를 위한 이행강제금 최소 비율 규정 및 건축허가 수수료의 단계적 상향 조정 등을 제시하였으며 이를 바탕으로 소규모 노후 건축물 안전관리 효율성 제고에 기여하고자 하였다.

대학교 라카이브(Larchive) 인식 조사 및 실무 운영 방안 (A Study on the Recognition of University Larchive and its Practical Operation Plans)

  • 기록관과 도서관의 협력은 한정된 운영 공간을 활용하여 자료를 관리하고, 업무의 효율성을 높일 수 있다는 점에서 필요하다. 라카이브(Larchive)는 기록관과 도서관의 협력 모델 중 하나로, 최근 대두되고 있는 라키비움(Larchiveum), 즉 기록관, 도서관, 박물관의 통합 업무 협력이 이루어지기 어려운 기관이나 그 전 단계에서 차선책으로 고려할 수 있는 방안이다. 본 논문에서는 특히 대학 기록관과 도서관의 실무자를 대상으로 라카이브에 대한 인식을 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 기록관과 도서관의 협력을 위한 보다 실무적인 운영 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구 결과 '라카이브'라는 개념 자체는 기록관과 도서관 담당자에게 상대적으로 인식이 낮았으나, 실무적인 관점에서 기록관과 도서관의 협력 필요성에 대해 충분히 공감하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 양 조직에 적합한 업무 협력 형태로서 '라카이브'가 합리적인 대안이라는 의견이 수렴되었고, '라카이브 인식조사'를 통해 물적 협력의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었으며 실무자를 대상으로 한 FGI를 통해 업무상 협력의 관점에서의 개선방안을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 라카이브 형태의 협력을 위해서는 공간 협력과 예산 확보, 인력 문제 등의 개선이 선행되어야 한다는 의견이 수렴되었다. 이를 바탕으로 라카이브 형태의 조직 협력을 위해 '교수·학습 지원', '연구지원 서비스', '큐레이션 서비스', '교사 자료 수집 및 관리', '평가 협조'의 관점에서의 라카이브 실무 운영 방안을 제시하고 논의점을 도출하였다.

가족계획과 모자보건 통합을 위한 조산원의 투입효과 분석 -서산지역의 개입연구 평가보고- (An Intervention Study on Integration of Family Planning and Maternal/Infant Care Services in Rural Korea)

  • This project was a service-cum-research effort with a quasi-experimental study design to examine the health benefits of an integrated Family Planning (FP)/Maternal & Child health (MCH) Service approach that provides crucial factors missing in the present on-going programs. The specific objectives were: 1) To test the effectiveness of trained nurse/midwives (MW) assigned as change agents in the Health Sub-Center (HSC) to bring about the changes in the eight FP/MCH indicators, namely; (i)FP/MCH contacts between field workers and their clients (ii) the use of effective FP methods, (iii) the inter-birth interval and/or open interval, (iv) prenatal care by medically qualified personnel, (v) medically supervised deliveries, (vi) the rate of induced abortion, (vii) maternal and infant morbidity, and (viii) preinatal & infant mortality. 2) To measure the integrative linkage (contacts) between MW & HSC workers and between HSC and clients. 3) To examine the organizational or administrative factors influencing integrative linkage between health workers. Study design; The above objectives called for quasi-experimental design setting up a study and control area with and without a midwife. An active intervention program (FP/MCH minimum 'package' program) was conducted for a 2 year period from June 1982-July 1984 in Seosan County and 'before and after' surveys were conducted to measure the change. Service input; This study was undertaken by the Soonchunhyang University in collaboration with WHO. After a baseline survery in 1981, trained nurses/midwives were introduced into two health sub-centers in a rural setting (Seosan county) for a 2 year period from 1982 to 1984. A major service input was the establishment of midwifery services in the existing health delivery system with emphasis on nurse/midwife's role as the link between health workers (nurse aids) and village health workers, and the referral of risk patients to the private physician (OBGY specialist). An evaluation survey was made in August 1984 to assess the effectiveness of this alternative integrated approach in the study areas in comparison with the control area which had normal government services. Method of evaluation; a. In this study, the primary objective was first to examine to what extent the FP/MCH package program brought about changes in the pre-determined eight indicators (outcome and impact measures) and the following relationship was first analyzed; b. Nevertheless, this project did not automatically accept the assumption that if two or more activities were integrated, the results would automatically be better than a non-integrated or categorical program. There is a need to assess the 'integration process' itself within the package program. The process of integration was measured in terms of interactive linkages, or the quantity & quality of contacts between workers & clients and among workers. Intergrative linkages were hypothesized to be influenced by organizational factors at the HSC clinic level including HSC goals, sltrurture, authority, leadership style, resources, and personal characteristics of HSC staff. The extent or degree of integration, as measured by the intensity of integrative linkages, was in turn presumed to influence programme performance. Thus as indicated diagrammatically below, organizational factors constituted the independent variables, integration as the intervening variable and programme performance with respect to family planning and health services as the dependent variable: Concerning organizational factors, however, due to the limited number of HSCs (2 in the study area and 3 in the control area), they were studied by participatory observation of an anthropologist who was independent of the project. In this observation, we examined whether the assumed integration process actually occurred or not. If not, what were the constraints in producing an effective integration process. Summary of Findings; A) Program effects and impact 1. Effects on FP use: During this 2 year action period, FP acceptance increased from 58% in 1981 to 78% in 1984 in both the study and control areas. This increase in both areas was mainly due to the new family planning campaign driven by the Government for the same study period. Therefore, there was no increment of FP acceptance rate due to additional input of MW to the on-going FP program. But in the study area, quality aspects of FP were somewhat improved, having a better continuation rate of IUDs & pills and more use of effective Contraceptive methods in comparison with the control area. 2. Effects of use of MCH services: Between the study and control areas, however, there was a significant difference in maternal and child health care. For example, the coverage of prenatal care was increased from 53% for 1981 birth cohort to 75% for 1984 birth cohort in the study area. In the control area, the same increased from 41% (1981) to 65% (1984). It is noteworthy that almost two thirds of the recent birth cohort received prenatal care even in the control area, indicating that there is a growing demand of MCH care as the size of family norm becomes smaller 3. There has been a substantive increase in delivery care by medical professions in the study area, with an annual increase rate of 10% due to midwives input in the study areas. The project had about two times greater effect on postnatal care (68% vs. 33%) at delivery care(45.2% vs. 26.1%). 4. The study area had better reproductive efficiency (wanted pregancies with FP practice & healthy live births survived by one year old) than the control area, especially among women under 30 (14.1% vs. 9.6%). The proportion of women who preferred the 1st trimester for their first prenatal care rose significantly in the study area as compared to the control area (24% vs 13%). B) Effects on Interactive Linkage 1. This project made a contribution in making several useful steps in the direction of service integration, namely; i) The health workers have become familiar with procedures on how to work together with each other (especially with a midwife) in carrying out their work in FP/MCH and, ii) The health workers have gotten a feeling of the usefulness of family health records (statistical integration) in identifying targets in their own work and their usefulness in caring for family health. 2. On the other hand, because of a lack of required organizational factors, complete linkage was not obtained as the project intended. i) In regards to the government health worker's activities in terms of home visiting there was not much difference between the study & control areas though the MW did more home visiting than Government health workers. ii) In assessing the service performance of MW & health workers, the midwives balanced their workload between 40% FP, 40% MCH & 20% other activities (mainly immunization). However, $85{\sim}90%$ of the services provided by the health workers were other than FP/MCH, mainly for immunizations such as the encephalitis campaign. In the control area, a similar pattern was observed. Over 75% of their service was other than FP/MCH. Therefore, the pattern shows the health workers are a long way from becoming multipurpose workers even though the government is pushing in this direction. 3. Villagers were much more likely to visit the health sub-center clinic in the study area than in the control area (58% vs.31%) and for more combined care (45% vs.23%). C) Organization factors (admistrative integrative issues) 1. When MW (new workers with higher qualification) were introduced to HSC, it was noted that there were conflicts between the existing HSC workers (Nurse aids with less qualification than MW) and the MW for the beginning period of the project. The cause of the conflict was studied by an anthropologist and it was pointed out that these functional integration problems stemmed from the structural inadequacies of the health subcenter organization as indicated below; i) There is still no general consensus about the objectives and goals of the project between the project staff and the existing health workers. ii) There is no formal linkage between the responsibility of each member's job in the health sub-center. iii) There is still little chance for midwives to play a catalytic role or to establish communicative networks between workers in order to link various knowledge and skills to provide better FP/MCH services in the health sub-center. 2. Based on the above findings the project recommended to the County Chief (who has power to control the administrative staff and the technical staff in his county) the following ; i) In order to solve the conflicts between the individual roles and functions in performing health care activities, there must be goals agreed upon by both. ii) The health sub·center must function as an autonomous organization to undertake the integration health project. In order to do that, it is necessary to support administrative considerations, and to establish a communication system for supervision and to control of the health sub-centers. iii) The administrative organization, tentatively, must be organized to bind the health worker's midwive's and director's jobs by an organic relationship in order to achieve the integrative system under the leadership of health sub-center director. After submitting this observation report, there has been better understanding from frequent meetings & communication between HW/MW in FP/MCH work as the program developed. Lessons learned from the Seosan Project (on issues of FP/MCH integration in Korea); 1) A majority or about 80% of the couples are now practicing FP. As indicated by the study, there is a growing demand from clients for the health system to provide more MCH services than FP in order to maintain the achieved small size of family through FP practice. It is fortunate to see that the government is now formulating a MCH policy for the year 2,000 and revising MCH laws and regulations to emphasize more MCH care for achieving a small size family through family planning practice. 2) Goal consensus in FP/MCH shouBd be made among the health workers It administrators, especially to emphasize the need of care of 'wanted' child. But there is a long way to go to realize the 'real' integration of FP into MCH in Korea, unless there is a structural integration FP/MCH because a categorical FP is still first priority to reduce the rate of population growth for economic reasons but not yet for health/welfare reasons in practice. 3) There should be more financial allocation: (i) a midwife should be made available to help to promote the MCH program and coordinate services, (in) there should be a health sub·center director who can provide leadership training for managing the integrated program. There is a need for 'organizational support', if the decision of integration is made to obtain benefit from both FP & MCH. In other words, costs should be paid equally to both FP/MCH. The integration slogan itself, without the commitment of paying such costs, is powerless to advocate it. 4) Need of management training for middle level health personnel is more acute as the Government has already constructed 90 MCH centers attached to the County Health Center but without adequate manpower, facilities, and guidelines for integrating the work of both FP and MCH. 5) The local government still considers these MCH centers only as delivery centers to take care only of those visiting maternity cases. The MCH center should be a center for the managment of all pregnancies occurring in the community and the promotion of FP with a systematic and effective linkage of resources available in the county such as i.e. Village Health Worker, Community Health Practitioner, Health Sub-center Physicians & Health workers, Doctors and Midwives in MCH center, OBGY Specialists in clinics & hospitals as practiced by the Seosan project at primary health care level.
