Using forest resources involves solving complex and diverse tasks. At the same time, one of the key goals in the field is improving the quality of forest infrastructure. This direction requires adequate mathematical and economic justification. Moreover, creating an effective infrastructure will not only increase the accessibility and usage volumes of wood and other forest resources, but also contribute to the development of continuous and sustainable forest management. The existing practice of making decisions in terms of the organizational and technological aspects of logging, based on the personal experiences of managers or leading specialists in enterprises, hinders the achievement of constant optimal efficiency. The paper presents results that are a continuation of the research cycle of the authors' team in the fields of optimization and algorithmization of various logging processes. The focus of the study lies in the processing and movement of wood resources, the most valuable products of the investigated groups of enterprises. To this end, the paper presents a developed algorithm for determining an effective technological chain of transportation in logging operations, and for improving loading and unloading processing operations under dynamic natural and production conditions. This algorithm serves as the methodological basis for designing logging infrastructure in a dynamically changing environment.

To investigate the short-run effects of social capital on migration decisions of individuals in the rural areas of Vietnam, we conducted dataset mining and performed regression model analysis in the form of panel data. As control variables, we employed the variable of social capital, which is measured by an individual's network, as well as demographic characteristics of individuals and households. We discovered that when a household is in financial distress, social networks such as linkages or asking for aid from others often enhance individual capacity. Individuals with a large social network outside of their immediate area are more inclined to relocate to the location where their connectors live. Individual participation and degree of participation in the organizational community, on the other hand, have little bearing on the likelihood of migration. In addition, this research examines theories and empirical research on the relationship between social capital and migration. Based on our research findings, we have recommended some measures to boost the efficiency of social capital and migration in rural areas of Vietnam through local government solutions.

Sharing culture brings many benefits to enterprises, creating initiative and efficiency in the work performance of managers and employees. The study aims to test the correlation between Sharing culture, opportunistic behavior, and effectiveness of employee management in enterprises in Vietnam. There is the implementation of a quantitative research method, through analysis of linear structural model SEM, with survey data including 601 samples of employees at enterprises. Research results show that sharing culture has a direct and negative impact on opportunistic behavior, positively on the effectiveness of employee management in enterprises. In these correlations, the employee's Trust and Organization commitment act as mediators. At the same time, opportunistic behavior has also been shown to play a mediating role in the relationship between the impact of Sharing culture on the effectiveness of employee management. Based on those results, the study suggested several recommendations to improve the effectiveness of employee management. The findings of this study have shown the importance of sharing culture and its direct and indirect correlation with opportunistic behavior and the effectiveness of employee management. These are meaningful contributions in both theory and practice of the research, and they will be the important basis for further research.

This research explores how different corporate cultures can influence the post-M&A performance of the airlines undergoing strategic M&A in Korea. The sample size of this research is 214 respondents that is strictly limited to the employees of airlines under M&A process, and CFA and SEM were employed for the statistical analysis. This research investigated that corporate cultures including group-oriented, development-oriented, and rationale-oriented will positively influence the post M&A performance of both efficiency and effectiveness through a mediation of collaboration during M&A process. In contrast, relations between grouporiented culture and interaction, interaction and effectiveness were not revealed positive influences. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the potential risks that can impede successful M&A within the M&A process, specially focusing on the conflicts between organizations stemming from different organizational cultures, which can have an adverse impact on M&A performance.

Domestic nuclear power plants operate under the establishment of the "Information System Security Regulations" in accordance with the Nuclear Safety Act, introducing and implementing a cybersecurity system that encompasses organizational structure as well as technical, operational, and managerial security measures for assets. Despite attempts such as phased approaches and alternative measures for physical protection systems, the reduction in managed items has not been achieved, leading to an increased burden on security capabilities due to limited manpower at the site. In the main text, an analysis is conducted on Type A1 assets performing nuclear safety functions using Maintenance Rules (MR) and EPRI Technical Assessment Methodology (TAM) from both a maintenance perspective and considering device characteristics. Through this analysis, approaches to re-evaluate the impact of cyber intrusions on asset functionality are proposed.

Artificial intelligence-enabled business models aim to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, innovation, and productivity. The presented systematic literature review is conducted to highlight elucidating the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) methods and techniques within AI-enabled businesses, the significance and functions of AI-enabled organizational models and frameworks, and the design parameters employed in academic research studies within the AI-enabled business domain. We reviewed 39 empirical studies that were published between 2010 and 2023. The studies that were chosen are classified based on the artificial intelligence business technique, empirical research design, and SLR search protocol criteria. According to the findings, machine learning and artificial intelligence were reported as popular methods used for business process modelling in 19% of the studies. Healthcare was the most experimented business domain used for empirical evaluation in 28% of the primary research. The most common reason for using artificial intelligence in businesses was to improve business intelligence. 51% of main studies claimed to have been carried out as experiments. 53% of the research followed experimental guidelines and were repeatable. For the design of business process modelling, eighteen AI mythology were discovered, as well as seven types of AI modelling goals and principles for organisations. For AI-enabled business models, safety, security, and privacy are key concerns in society. The growth of AI is influencing novel forms of business.
With the spread of COVID-19, non-face-to-face social exchanges around the world have increased, leading to a rise in the demand for telework. The recent advancement in technology has facilitated the emergence of metaverse platforms, with telework utilizing the metaverse gaining significant popularity. Such metaverse telework is signaling innovative changes in the business environment, yet sufficient research has not been conducted. This study analyzed the factors affecting the perceived work productivity, job performance, and job satisfaction of metaverse telework users. To achieve this, an online survey was conducted, focusing on individual factors (self-management tactics, sense of belonging, social presence, IT complexity) and situational factors (perceived workload, organizational support, metaverse telework environment, and flexible work arrangements). Out of the total responses, 358 valid questionnaires were used for the analysis, excluding any insincere responses. The SPSS 27.0 software was employed to verify the research hypotheses. This study proposed effective strategies to enhance the efficiency of telework within the metaverse.

The purpose of this study is to identify the unique entrepreneurial behavioral attributes of social enterprises that are distinct from for-profit enterprises at the organizational level, derive a social entrepreneurship model that reflects the unique characteristics of social enterprises as strategic decision-making and organizational behavioral tendencies. In order to effectively achieve the purpose of this study, previous studies were reviewed, and qualitative studies were conducted using the grounded theory method based on this. In this study, social entrepreneurship was identified as five sub-factors through a series of analysis processes, and 'Social value orientation; Innovativeness; Pro-activeness; Risk taking; Cooperation orientation' was newly proposed. It also proposed a new social entrepreneurship framework that integrates and explains the multidimensional model of social entrepreneurship by reviewing and connecting the relationships between each sub-factor of the research model. The 'social entrepreneurship framework' classified the social entrepreneurship model into 'pro-social motivation', 'pro-social behavior', and 'entrepreneurial behavior' attributes and explained them by linking them with each sub-factor that constitutes social entrepreneurship. The most remarkable difference between this study and previous studies is that it identified and added 'Cooperation orientation' as a sub-factor constituting social entrepreneurship from the organizational-level behavioral point of view. Through this study, 'Cooperation orientation' was identified as a major behavioral tendency for social enterprises to materialize pro-social motivation, strengthen the economic foundation of business activities, and improve the efficiency of business operations. 'Cooperation orientation' is a major behavioral tendency that strengthens the legitimacy of business activities between pro-social motivation and profit-seeking of social enterprises, improves the performance of social value creation activities, and overcomes the difficulties of resource constraints through cooperation with the outside and improves operational efficiency. In addition, it was confirmed that 'Cooperation orientation' is a major behavioral tendency of social enterprises that is manifested simultaneously in social value-oriented activities and entrepreneurial activities pursuing profit. The 'Cooperation orientation' newly identified in the study supplements the previous research, increases the explanatory power of the theory of social entrepreneurship, and provides the basis for theoretical expansion to subsequent researchers.
The relationship between buyers and sellers is changing into a long-term relationship. A number of distribution channel researchers have determined that the behavior of distribution channel members can be characterized by relational exchanges. The members of relational distribution channels may be perceived as strategic partners; however, even within these arrangements, member asymmetries may exist, which can create unequal distributions of power and dependence. Thus, as all distribution channel members may not be equal in power, it is possible that a less-dependent channel leader may emerge. Therefore, leadership in distribution channels is a very important variable. Distribution channel leadership can be defined as the activities undertaken by the distribution channel leader to influence the marketing programs and strategies of channel members. A distribution channel's performance is influenced by the leadership style of the channel leader. Although research on channel leadership styles can be broadly categorized, many researchers have dealt with analyzing distribution channel leadership by using the power-influence approach, which includes looking at variables, such as power, power base, and influence strategies. Moreover, they have examined the direct relationship between leadership styles and performance. Many distribution channel scholars have attempted to justify the application of leadership styles identified in alternative leadership theories to the inter-organizational context of distribution channels. They have made suggestions regarding how great the usefulness of leadership style as a strategy is to secure the compliance of distribution channel members and have conceptually and empirically linked it to channel-related phenomena, such as manifest conflict, cooperation, channel efficiency, and effectiveness. However, as few empirical studies have examined the antecedents and consequences of leadership styles, research on leadership style can be considered nascent. Thus, it is required to investigate the antecedents and consequences of the leadership style of a distribution channel leader. This study aims to empirically identify whether there are influences of the antecedents of leadership on two different leadership styles, and to reveal whether these leadership styles induce any consequences. The research subjects were 220 franchisees. Research findings are as follows: First, the results show a positive effect of technological capability on transformational relationships. However, it does not have a significant effect on transactional leadership. Second, innovation-oriented organizational culture has negatively influenced both leaderships. However, task-oriented organizational culture positively and significantly influenced both forms of leadership. Third, the ethics of leaders has influenced both leadership styles positively and significantly. Fourth, regarding consequences, transformational leadership strengthens financial performances, whereas it weakens relational citizenship behaviors. However, transactional leadership positively influences relational citizenship behavior whilst negatively affecting financial performance.
