The purpose of this paper is to analyze quantitative and qualitative effects through input-output analysis and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method for checking the effects inducing high value to Jeju region economy by culture industry. In analysis results, Investment to culture industry has a positive effect on Income effect, employment effect, linking the other industry on Jeju region economy. And so, for activation of the Jeju region economy, Culture Industry based on Knowledge should be cultivated.

This paper presents a new method for including the dynamic stiffness of the stationary parts in rotordynamic analysis. As a consequence of the support dynamics, critical speeds are varied and/or additional critical speeds are introduced. Therefore, dynamic effects of the support are often significant in high speed turbomachinery, but most of analysis has considered the support as a rigid body or a simple structure. The proposed method is based on the coupled characteristics of the driving point and transfer frequency response functions of the support system to model the equivalent spring-mass series in finite element analysis. To demonstrate the applicability of the simulation procedures provided, it is applied to the rotor model of the double suction centrifugal pump. Results of the suggested equivalent-support rotor model including coupled effects agree well with the entire pump model.

The purpose of this study was to examine if there are the differences in advertising effects among three fashion sexual advertisements in terms of sexual appeal levels(high/medium/low). Through three pre-tests, three stimuli were chosen for this study. Three hundred female college students in Seoul participated in this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, and reliability test were used. The results were as follows: First, from the factor analysis on advertising attitudes, three factors such as emotional, behavioral, and cognitive factors were produced. Second, there were significant differences in three sexual appeal levels among three advertising attitude factors. Third, there was also a significant difference in three sexual appeal levels on brand attitude. Finally, there was not a significant difference in the sexual appeal levels on purchase intention. Based on these results, this study would provide significant and efficient fashion advertising strategies to fashion advertising marketers and advertisement creators as implications.

The first, this study analyzed empirically the effects of the ties(structural) and the trust(relational) between the clients(small and medium sized enterprises) and consultants on the consulting performance, the second, verified the moderating effects of the consultant's competence and the client's participation in the effect of the ties and the trust on the consulting performance. The result of empirical analysis was as follows. The ties and the competence based trust had a positive effects on the consulting performance. Meanwhile, the client's participation had no moderating effect, the consultant's competence moderated the effect of the ties and the trust on the consulting performance. From the above empirical analysis, we appreciated that the building of the strong ties and the trust between the client and consultant is very important to promote consulting performance with the enhancing the consultant's competence.

This study has been mainly motivated to numerically model the transcritical mixing and reacting flow processes encountered in the liquid propellant rocket engines. In the present approach, turbulence is represented by the extended k-$\varepsilon$ turbulence model. To account for the real fluid effects, the propellant mixture properties are calculated by using SRK (Souve-Redlich-Kwong) equation of state model. In order to realistically represent the turbulence-chemistry interaction in the turbulent non-premixed flames, the flamelet approach based on the real fluid flamelet library has been adopted. Based on numerical results, the detailed discussions are made for the real fluid effects and the precise structure of the transcritical cryogenic liquid nitrogen jet and gaseous hydrogen/liquid oxygen coaxial jet flame.

Recently occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of social, organizational or psychological context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.

The typical natural landscapes and temporal- spatial regulation of Land use change and their ecological effects at Hailun County were conducted and analyzed, based on the translated data from remote sensing images in 1986, 1996 and 2000 using GIS and landscape ecological theory. The results indicated the area of arable land, paddy field and city land increased 7,786.39 $hm^2$, 3391.18 $hm^2$ and 120.84 $hm^2$ while the area of forestry, grassland and marsh decreased 3,184.88 $hm^2$, 1,625.8 $hm^2$ and 3,994.85 $hm^2$ respectively during 14 years. Dry land is a main landscape in this area. These changes made the environmental quality worse gradually, such as land degradation, soil erosion and water and soil losses, and temperature getting warmer. This study is very important for the local ecological environment protect and agricultural sustainability and land resources sustainable using.

The primary objectives of this paper are to describe the buckling patterns and to determine the squash load of steel plate-concrete (SC) walls. The major variables in this study were the width-thickness (B/t) ratio and yield strength of surface steel plates. Six SC walls were tested, and the results include the maximum strength, buckling pattern of steel plates, strength of headed studs, and behavior of headed studs. Based on the test results, the effects of the B/t ratio on the compressive strength are also discussed. The paper also presents recommended effective length coefficients and discusses the effects of varying the yield strength of the steel plate, and the effects of headed studs on the performance of SC structures based on the test results and analysis.

This paper proposes a compensation algorithm for reducing a specific ripple component on synchronous reference frame phase locked loop (SRF-PLL) in grid-tied single-phase inverters. In general, SRF-PLL, which is based on all-pass filter to generate virtual voltage, is widely used to estimate the grid phase angle in a single-phase system. In reality, the estimated grid phase angle might be distorted because the phase difference between actual and virtual voltages is not 90 degrees. That is, the phase error is caused by the difference between cut-off frequency of all-pass filter and grid frequency under grid frequency variation. Therefore, the effects on phase angle and output current attributed to the phase error are mathematically analyzed in this paper. In addition, the proportional resonant (PR) controller is adapted to reduce the effects of phase error. The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified through several simulations and experiments.
