  • 수도재배(水稻栽培)에 있어서의 퇴비(堆肥) 및 인산(燐酸)의 시용방법(施用方法)을 확립(確立)하기 위(爲)해서 포장시험(圃場試驗)과 시험전후(試驗前後)의 각구표토(各區表土)의 유기물함량(有機物含量)을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 퇴비(堆肥) 및 인산(燐酸)은 전량기비(全量基肥)로 하는것보다는 기비(基肥)와 유수형성기(幼穗形成期) 2주전(週前) 2회(回)에 분시(分施)하는 것이 정조수량(精粗收量)을 증대(增大)하는 효과(?果)가 컸으며 유기물(有機物)이 토양중(土壤中)에서 소모(消耗)되는 양(量)이 적을 수록 수량(收量)이 많아지는 경향(傾向)이 뚜렷했다. 2. 퇴비(堆肥)와 인산(燐酸)을 별도(別途)로 시용(施用)하는것 보다는 혼합시용(混合施用)하는 것이 정립수량증대면(精粒收量增大面)에서 좋은 경향(傾向)을 보였다. 3. 유기물(有機物)이 분시회수(分施回數)를 증대(增大)시키면 더욱 증수(增收)할수 있을 것이라고 추정(推定)되었다.

대맥의 파종밀도가 분얼발생 및 각얼자의 특성과 수량에 미치는 영향 (Occurrence of Tiller and Its Effects on Grain Yield of Barley under Different Plant Densities.)

  • 본 시험은 1983년 10월부터 익년 6월까지 대맥부농 품종을 공시하여 재식밀도 5수준 하에서 각 양자의 유효수화와 이들의 수량에 기여도를 분석하여 품종육성의 기초자료로 삼고져 공시하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 1. 주당유효경은 소식재배에서 많고 밀식재배일수록 적은데, 이를 $m^2$당으로 보면 재식밀도 400주 정도에서 가장 많아 단위면적당 수수확보를 위해서는 재식거리 5cm에서 가장 유리하였다. 2. 각 양자들은 주간, 이차분얼경에서 유효수화 하였는데 이들 얼자는 최소 6엽 확보하였고 유효화정도는 001, 주간 및 002분얼이 가장 높았다. 3. 주간의 엽수는 12~13엽으로서 가장 많았고, 다음이 분얼질서에 의해 1, c 및 002분얼의 순이었으며 주당엽수는 소식재배에서 $m^2$당 엽수는 재식밀도 500 주구에서 가장 많았다. 4. 일수입수 및 천립중은 주간, 1, 2 및 c 호 분얼경의 순위로 높았다. 5. 주당수량은 재식밀도 200 수구에서 가장 많았고 밀식할수록 적었으나 $m^2$당 수량은 재식밀도 400 수구에서 가장 많았고 이보다 밀식 및 소식시는 감소하였다. 6. 얼자별 수량기여도는 주간은 밀식재배 일수록 높았고 일차분얼경은 중식재배시 이차분얼경은 소식재배일수록 높았다.

Study on the Standards of Proper Effective Rooting Depth for Upland Crops

  • The study was performed to determine effective soil depth with crop type. Lysimeters, filled with three types of soils (sandy loam, loam and clay loam), were used. Effective soil depths for 25 cm, 50 cm, 75 cm, and 100 cm were considered for each soil. Six crops were investigated for plant height and yield, and rooting depths: Chinese cabbage, maize, lettuce, potato, red pepper, and soybean. Experiment was conducted at the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Suwon from 2012 to 2014. Effective rooting depth including 70% of root ranged from 19 cm to 29 cm for Chinese cabbage, from 24 cm to 38 cm for maize, from 17 cm to 24 cm for lettuce, from 27 cm to 32 cm for soybean, and around 50 cm and 30 cm for potato and red pepper. The maximum depth was 60 cm for soybean, 50 cm for Chinese cabbage, lettuce, and potato, and 75 cm for maize and red pepper. Each crop showed high yield in the treatment with soil depth over maximum rooting depth under all soils.

  • The practical studies on the method of particle contamination control for yield enhancement in the cleanroom were carried out. The method of the contamination control was considered, which is composed of data collection, data analysis, improvement action, verification, and implement control. The composition analysis for data collection and data analysis was used in the cellular phone module packaging lines. And this method was evaluated by the variation of yield loss between before and after improvement action. In case that the composition analysis was applied, the critical sources were selected and yield loss reduction through improvement actions was also investigated. From these results, it is concluded that the composition analysis is effective solutions for particle contamination control in the cleanroom.

The partition check method for data collection and data analysis was used in the cellular phone module production lines. And this method was evaluated by the variation of yield loss between before and after improvement action. In case that the partition check method was applied, the critical process step was selected and yield loss reduction through improvement actions was observed. From these results, it is concluded that the partition check method is effective solution for particle contamination control in the cleanroom production lines.

시판된장의 리올로지(Rheology) 특성에 관한 연구 (Flow Properties of Doenjang)

  • Flow properties of doenjang samples at various total solid contents (30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40%) were evaluated in this study. Flow properties of doenjang samples was determined by using Haake concentric cylinderical viscometer and Instron testing machine with capillary extrusion viscometer, and consistency index(K), and flow behavior index(n) was also determined from power models, and yield stress was derived form Casson models and vanes methods. Doenjang samples showed shear-thinning (pseudoplastic) fluid with small magnitude of flow behavior index(n) (n=0.30-0.55). Casson yield stress was from 2.11 to 64.02(Pa). Vane yield stress was more effective than casson yield stress in property of reactivation. Apparent viscosity was decreased with the increase in temperature and activation energy was in the range of 6.58 to 10.70 kJ/mole. From the capillary extrusion method, K and n was increased with the increase in solid content with good correlation with. The result revealed that capillary extrusion method is useful for measuring the flow properties of doenjang.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal groundwater yield for a small rural watershed, which is necessary for effective groundwater management. The study area$(3.89km^2)$ is located in Kyungpook Sangju Yangchon-dong and hourly groundwater level in an observation well is observed and the data are used to verify the visual MODFLOW model. The groundwater model is applied in the same area to obtain optimal yield for 1992 and 1994, 1982. The optimal yield in this experimental watershed ranged $12.5\%\;to\;14.0\%$ of the annual infiltration rate.

수도작에서 왕우렁이 및 오리 방사가 수량구성요소에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Pond-Snail and Duck Pasture on the Yield Components of Paddy Rice)

  • This experiments was carried out to find the effect of different organic farming types, the Duck-pasture plot, the Pond-snail pasture plot andd control of the conventionalculture plot farming on the yield and its components of paddy rice. The results obtained are summarized as follows. Plant height an Tillering were significantly increase in the Duck-pasture plot. Panicle number pr hill, NO. of grain per spike and 1,000grain weight were significantly increase in the conventional culture plot. Yield pre 10a were 574.13kg at pond-snail pasture plot, 576.81kg at Duck-pasture plot and 579.04kg at conventional culture plot. From these results, it seems that the organic farming are useful and pasture of the Duck, Pond-snail for depression of the weed occurrence or increase of yield per 10a is effective as the environmental perservation farming.

면섬유에 대한 Methyl Methacrylate의 유화 그라프트 중합 (Emulsion Graft Copolymerization of Methyl Methacrylate onto Cotton Fiber)

  • Emulsion graft copolymerization of MMA onto cotton fiber using Ce(IV) salt as an initiator was carried out. Graft yield and graft efficiency were observed according to the kinds and concentrations of emulsifier and polymerization conditions. The physical properties of MMA grafted cotton fabric were investigated. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The heighest graft yield of emulsion graft polymerization occurred at the concentration below cmc of emulsifier, which was different from emulsion polymerization. Nonionic sur- factant as an emulsifier was more effective than anionic one. 2. The highest graft yield was obtained at the initiator concentration $1{\times}10^{-2}mol/l$. The viscometric molecular weight of PMMA was in the order of 106. 3. As reaction time increased, the graft yield increased but the graft efficiency decreased. 4. Elevation of reaction temperature resulted in increase of graft yield. The apparent activation energy of MMA graft polymerization was 4.72 Kcal/mol. 5. Physical properties of MMA grafted cotton fabric varied with increase of grafting. Thickness and stiffness showed a noticeable increase, whereas tensile strength and elongation was slightly increased. Crease recovery increased as the graft yield increase up to $50\%$ and decreased thereafter.
