  • The use of protein interaction data is highly reliable for predicting functions to proteins without function in proteomics study. The computational studies on protein function prediction are mostly based on the concept of guilt-by-association and utilize large-scale interaction map from revealed protein-protein interaction data. This study compares graph-based approaches such as neighbor-counting and $\chi^2-statistics$ methods using protein-protein interaction data and proposes an approach that is effective in analyzing large-scale protein interaction data. The proposed approach is also based protein interaction map but sequence similarity and heuristic knowledge to make prediction results more reliable. The test result of the proposed approach is given for KDD Cup 2001 competition data along with those of neighbor-counting and $\chi^2-statistics$ methods.

  • The concept of the Hospital run for medical treatment changing to the forms of theme complex hospital with design by the impact of a boutique design. Especially, this design's element emboss with strongly to form a ring around the special hospital as the dentistry, dermatology and plastic surgery, the woman hospital of a lying-in hospital etc. that is the higher value-added industrial among groups of medical, even general hospital that is not depend on the design relatively, the application of the interior design is extending farther. Also, this special hospital shape up become bigger, form a group and competition for admission to medical industry. For dentistry, the more departmentalize and definite service as implant, children dental clinic holding an absolute dominant position about management, and effective environmental exchange can be essential element for the most profits. Accordingly, In this study I would like to see about the space composition of the dentistry that changing with the times, suggest direction from now on the bigger, specialization and a characteristic of a space focused on recently dentistry project.

  • The rapid progress of the intermodal freight transportation in recent years has induced fierce competition among the adjacent hub ports for container transport. This brings increased attention to the evaluation of the port competitive ability. But it is not easy to evaluate the port competitive ability because this belongs to ill-defined system which is composed of ambiguous interacting attributes. Paying attention to this point, this paper deals the competitive ability of container port in Far-East Asia by fuzzy integral evaluation which is adequate to interacting ambiguous attribute problem. For this, the proposed fuzzy evaluation algorithm is applied to the real problem, based on the factors such as cargo volumes, costs, services, infrastructure and geographical sites These are extracted from the precedent study of port competitive ability, etc. The results show that the port evaluation factors come in following order ; services, costs, infrastructure, geographical sites and cargo volumes. There are some interactions(interaction coefficient, ${\lambda}=-0.664$ between evaluation attributes. The port competitive ability comes in following order : Singapore, Hongkong, Kobe, Kaoshiung and Busan. According to the sensitivity analysis, the rank between Busan and Kaoshiung changes when ${\lambda}=0.7$. From the analysis of the results, we confirmed that the proposed fuzzy evaluation algorithm is very effective in the complex-fuzzy problem which is composed of hierarchical structure with interacting attributes.

  • Recently, the speed of change related with enterprise management is getting faster than ever owing to the competition among companies, technique diffusion, shortening of product lifecycle, excessive supply of market. For the example, the compliance condition (such as delivery date, product quality, etc.) from the ship owner is getting complicated and the needs for the new product such as FPSO, FSRU are coming to fore. This paradigm shift emphasize the rapid response rather than the competitive price, flexibility and agility rather than effective and optimal perspective for the domestic shipbuilding company. So, domestic shipbuilding companies have to secure agile and flexible ship production environment that could respond change of market and requirements of customers in order to continue a competitive edge in the world market. In this paper, I'm going to define a standard shipbuilding production management system by investigating the environment of domestic major shipbuilding companies. Also, I'm going to propose a unified ship production management and system for the operation of unified management through detail analysis of the activities and the data flow of ship production management. And, the system functions for the strategic approach of ship production management are investigated through the business administration tools such as performance pyramid, VDT and BSC. Lastly, the research of applying strategic KPI to the digital shipyard as virtual execution platform is conducted.

  • In the context of economic integration and fierce competition, organizations are very concerned about customer orientation so as to build close relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer loyalty. In company strategy, customer relationship orientation is critical. Customer satisfaction and loyalty will improve if employees perform well in the customer-oriented process. The study's purpose is to examine the links between doctors' job happiness, customer orientation, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in international hospitals in Vietnam. In international hospitals, data was collected from 204 clinicians and 408 patients. By applying structural equation modeling. The study found that doctors' job satisfaction had a significant impact on customer orientation and satisfaction in international hospitals. Customer satisfaction may be improved with a good customer orientation. The doctors' job satisfaction and effective customer orientation improve customer satisfaction and loyalty towards international hospitals in Vietnam, thanks to the impact of spreading emotions. In particular, if doctors are satisfied with their jobs, it promotes customer satisfaction when using medical services at international hospitals. The study has proved the essential role of customer-oriented strategy and doctors' job satisfaction in customer satisfaction and loyalty towards international hospitals.

  • The present study investigated a novel calcium hydroxide-coated dairy manure-derived biochar (Ca-BC) for adsorption of phosphate from water and dairy wastewater. The Ca-BC showed much higher adsorption of phosphate than that of dairy manure-derived biochar. The Ca-BC possessed mainly the calcium hydroxide and various functional groups resulting in high reactivity between phosphate and calcium hydroxide in the Ca-BC. The adsorption of phosphate onto Ca-BC followed pseudo-second order kinetic and Freundlich isotherm models indicating chemisorptive interaction occurred on energetically heterogeneous surface of Ca-BC. The maximum adsorption capacity of the Ca-BC was higher than those of iron oxide and zinc oxide-coated biochars, but lower than those of CaO- and MgO-coated biochars. However, the Ca-BC showed high reactivity per surface area for adsorption of phosphate indicating importance of surface functionalization of biochar. On the other hand, the adsorption of phosphate in dairy wastewater on Ca-BC was lower than that in water owing to competition between other anions in wastewater and phosphate. Overall, the Ca-BC would be a low cost and effective adsorbent for recovery of phosphate from water and wastewater.
