Recently, many Korean firms have been adopting $360^{\circ}$ Degree Feedback System as a way of adapting to the environmental changes in business world. The reason is that the traditional top-down way of personnel evaluation pattern can not but have many limits in this turbulent changing environment. The main purpose of this article is to depict some aspects of $360^{\circ}$ Degree Feedback System including its current status quo, its positive and negative side, and the effective ways of its improvement focusing on the railway-related "A firm".

Magnesium alloy is being used for structural material since it has high specific strength. Tubular shape was effective way for enhanced structural design. To manufacture the tube, it is necessary to weld the butted joint of both tubular formed sides. But the magnesium alloy was hardly welded with conventional welding processes. The laser welding was effective way to joint magnesium alloys because it had high weld strength and productivity compare with other welding processes. In this study, magnesium alloy sheets was formed at elevated temperature to tubular shape and welded with laser. Consequently, the magnesium alloy tube was making successful with warm forming and laser welding and bicycle frame was making with it.

We reported on a rare case of recurred macrodystrophia lipomatosa of the foot, and reviewed the literature. A 62-year-old male patient presented with right foot second toe pain; preoperative magnetic resonance imaging and radiograph examination was performed. After surgery the biopsy confirmed the diagnosis. American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society score was checked before and after surgery. Wide excision of the affected area including ray amputation is an effective way to prevent recurrence and relieve the pain after surgery. The 2nd toe ray amputation was performed in the treatment of recurred macrodystrophia lipomatosa of the foot, and is thought to be an effective way to relieve pain and prevent recurrence. After minimally invasive surgery with complete excision surgery, additional data on recurrence and pain relief rate are needed.

This effective way for repairing a fatigue crack is making indetations around fatigue crack tip. In this paper, we performed fatigue test to investigate the optimal position of the indentations, and observed crack opening behavior at the same time. The indentation positions of specimens were on the crack tip, front and back of the crack tip. The results of the experiment showed taht it was veryeffective way to increase fatigue life that making indentations on the crack tip, and it was the optimal position that making indentations on the crack tip.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a systematic and effective way of environmental education by analyzing current environment classes being provided as one of elective courses in some middle schools and their impact on the students. To conduct this study, 1,467 students of 36 middle schools were asked to fill out the questionnaire of 30 items and they were divided into two different groups depending upon whether they were taking ‘environment’ classes at school or not. The survey was peformed to see if there is a difference between these two groups in terms of their recognition of environmental problems and their daily practice of that concept. The conclusion is that the students taking environment classes have more knowledge about environmental issues than the ones without the classes, but their actual behaviors show no difference. In that point, it is necessary to take up a more effective and practical way of environmental education together with teaching its theoretical values.

본 논문에서는 고속도로 주변에 이미 설치되어 있는 가로등에 각종 센서를 부착하여, 지금까지의 어둠을 밝히는 기본적인 기능 이외에 전방에서의 사고를 미리 알려 안전운전을 지원하는 시스템 개발의 한가지 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 지금까지 한가지 기능인 어두운 밤에 빛을 밝히는 기능 이외에 안전 운전을 좀 더 효율적으로 지원 할 수 있는 시스템으로 향 후 ITS(Intelligent Traffic System)에 적용 및 응용이 용이하다.

Distance learning is becoming recognized as the key to meeting the needs of more people on more subjects with cost-effective way. The purpose of this paper was to review the literature and current information related to distance education. The topics include, the characteristics of distance education, definitions of distance education, various applications of distance education, and needs of distance education in our society. This paper focused on lastest technologies of distance education such as two-way videoconferencing, e-mail, and on-line classroom. Suggestions for the effective implementation in our educational environments that include, proper teacher training and as an interactivity of the distance education program were discussed.

This is a study to research the effective way to enhance the performance of safety management by gathering and analyzing the information of undesirable occurrences that may result in accident or serious incident. This includes the way to identify the potential hazards related with the proactive activities. As detailed improvements, this paper introduces the mandatory and voluntary reporting system, normal operation safety survey, ATC quality assurance and the encouragement of just culture.

The study defines the concepts of coaching, analyzes coaching process, and the impact of manger coaching on organizational performance. From these studies, coaches constantly monitor the coaching process, motivate and direct when members unable to find a way. Effective coaches work with the infinite variety of issues which people face as they embrace change, and resist it, enabling them to confront their hopes and fears along the way. Especially, the impact of coach is crucial to improve the organizational performance.
