  • Using cephalosporium acremonium ATCC 14553, we studied on the important factors in fermentation. Those factors were :carbon and nitrogen sources, methionine effect, absorbent effect, fermentation variables in a batch fermentation variables in a batch fermentation, effect of reuse of its cellular biomass as a reusable nutrient, and 2, 4-dinitrophenol effect on cephalosprin C production.

Effect of coaching system on the employee's job satisfaction (코칭요인이 종업원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -외식업체의 코칭제도 실시유무에 따른 비교분석을 중심으로-)

  • This study investigated the effect of a coaching system(CS) on the employee's job satisfaction(JS) between the food service industry conducting and not conducting CS. A total of 342 employees were enrolled and the results were as follow. Firstly, relationship and willingness factors directly affected JS. Indirectly, work and relationship factors affected JS through the willingness factors. Secondly, when JS was compared at the service company conducting CS with that not conducting CS, work and relationship factors directly affected JS in the industry conducting CS, but only the relationship factor indirectly affected JS in the company not conducting CS. In addition, at the food service industry conducting CS, work factor affected willingness and competence factors, and therefore JS was affected indirectly, but relationship factor did not affect the willingness and competence factors. However, in the company not conducting CS, willingness only affected JS indirectly. Work factors directly affected JS, but through competence and willingness factors, work factor indirectly affected JS in the industry conducting CS. In the company not conducting CS, the relationship factor between employees affected the JS. In summary, CS increased JS through its direct effect on the work factor and indirect effect on the willingness and competence factors. Studies about CS are insufficient and CS remains in the introductory stage now, so further studies are necessary.

A Study on the Effect of Attitude toward Fashion Counterfeits on Variables Related to Luxury Brand (패션 복제품 태도가 명품 브랜드 관련 변인에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of attitudes toward fashion counterfeits on brand attachment and equity. Four hundred-eight female college students in Seoul and its suburb responded for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and multiple regression were used for this study. The results of this study were as follows. First, attitude toward fashion counterfeits was classified into three factors such as goodwill, approve of purchase, and counterfeit quality factors. Second, brand attachment was classified into four factors such as love, interest, perception and trust factors. Third, brand equity was classified into five factors such as loyalty, quality, image and recognition factors. Generally, attitudes toward fashion counterfeits factors were correlated with lower scores on brand attachment and brand equity. Finally, the results revealed that attitudes toward fashion counterfeits had a negative effect on brand attachment and equity. Brand attachment had a positive effect on brand equity, and also brand attachment and brand equity had a positive effect on purchasing intention. Based on these results, fashion brand marketing strategies would be suggested.

The Moderating Effect of Individual Factors on Information Systems(IS) Success Model (개인의 특성이 정보시스템 성공에 미치는 조절효과분석)

  • Purpose: This study aims to analyze the success factors of information systems and the moderating effect of individual factors in mandatory environment. Methods: In order to test the model, a questionnaire survey is delivered from salespersons of an insurance company in Seoul, Korea. 200 questionnaires are finally analyzed. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is adopted to analyze the data and Smart PLS 2.0 is used for examining the moderator effect. Results: The extended model proposed in this paper adopted individual factors and examined their moderator effect among constructs. An empirical test is carried out accordingly in order to test the model proposed in this paper. The results reveal that individual factors (i.e. Computer Self-Efficacy, Anxiety, Personal Innovativeness in IT) have a significant moderating effect on individual performance in the environment of mandatory information system usage. Conclusion: This paper extended the research field of information system success model to information systems in mandatory environment regarding differences of individual factors.

Empirical Study on Relationship between Influential Factor in Smartphone Purchase Consumer Awareness (스마트폰 구매의 영향요인과 소비자 인식과의 관련성 연구)

  • This study is aimed at considering the relationship between the influential factor in Smartphone purchase and consumer awareness. For this purpose, this study set up the influential factors in Smartphone purchase as advertising effect, brand effect and usability effect and corporate image effect, and considered the relationship between these influential factors and consumer awareness empirically. The research results can be summarized as following 3 parts: First, the four factors suggested as the influential factor in Smartphone purchase were verified to have a significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and thus, it is thought that the bigger the influence of these factors, the more customer satisfaction and customer loyalty will increase. Second, among the factors suggested as influential factors in Smartphone purchase, the biggest factor in influencing customer satisfaction was found to be 'Usability Effect' while the biggest factor in influencing customer loyalty was revealed to be 'Brand Effect.' As a result, this study could learn that it's necessary that 'Usability Effect' should be considered more preferentially than other factors in order to enhance customer satisfaction while 'Brand Effect' should be preferentially considered in orderto raise customer loyalty. Third, it can be judged that in the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, the bigger the customer satisfaction, the higher the customer loyalty. It is hoped that such research results could be applied as useful materials in time of establishing the marketing strategy. Nevertheless, this paper makes it clear that due to the constraints in the number of sample areas and samples, there is a limit in objectifying the research results into all areas.

Causal Relationship between the Risk-inducing Factors and Safety Inspection and Accident Reduction in Small Construction Sites (소규모 건설현장에서 위험유발요인과 안전점검이 재해 저감 대책에 미치는 인과 관계)

  • This study aims to identify the influence of risk-inducing factors and safety inspection on the measures of reducing accidents among workers of building structures in small construction sites. The result can be summarized as follows: First, as for the influence of risk-inducing factors on human factors, preparation for work, disintegrating molds, taking follow-up measures, and keeping records, have statistically significant influences. Therefore, it can be said that safety inspection has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and human factors. Second, as for the influence of risk-inducing factors on facility factors, preparation for work, and taking follow-up measures influenced significantly. This indicates that safety inspection has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and facility factors. Third, as for the influence of risk-inducing factors on management factors, the installation of shores and risk assessment are found to have significant effects. This shows that safety inspection has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and management factors. Fourth, the influence of risk-inducing factors on work factors was significant only in the installation of shores. This indicates that safety inspection has a completely mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and work factors. Finally, in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and accident reduction measures, preparation for work, installation of shores, and taking follow-up measures showed significantly positive influences. In contrast, keeping records has a significant negative influence. Thus, safety inspection has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and management factors.

The effect of experiential marketing factors of fashion service applying 4th industrial revolution technology on customer acceptance and use : focusing on 3D printing, internet of things, and innovation (4차 산업 기술 패션 서비스 체험마케팅 요인이 소비자 수용과 이용에 미치는 영향 : 3D프린팅, 사물인터넷, 혁신성을 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the influence of experiential marketing factors of 3D printing and Internet services on technology acceptance factors and usage intention. Furthermore, we analyzed how the user's innovativeness shows the effect on the intention to use. Data acquired from a total of 518 college students was used for the final analysis, which was perfromed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The results of this study are as follows. We analyzed the influence of the experiential marketing factors of fashion service utilizing the 3D printing and the Internet of Things on the acceptance of technology and intention to use these technologies. As for 3D printing, first, sensory and behavioral factors are positively related to the acceptance of technology. Second, emotional and cognitive factors have negative effects on all technology acceptance. Third, relational factors did not show a significant influence on several conditions of technology acceptance. Fourth, the effects of technology acceptance on the willingness to use have a positive effect on several conditions factors, except the effort expectation. As for the result concerning the Internet of Things first, behavioral factors have a positive effect on all technology acceptance. Second, emotional factors have a negative effect on all technology acceptance. Third, cognitive factors did not have a significant effect on various conditions and showed negative effects on several factors. Fourth, sensory and relational factors did not affect the acceptance of technology. Fifth, the effects of technology acceptance on the intention to use are affected by several conditions, except for effort expectation. As a result of analyzing the moderating effects of user's innovativeness on the willingness to use, 3D printing did not show any significant effect on innovation. However, the Internet of Things has a significant influence on the user acceptance of technology acceptance.

Effects of CRM Success Factors on Job & Customer Performance in Banking Sectors: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Internal Member Satisfaction

  • Purpose - This study examined the effects of CRM success factors on business performance and customer performance, and the effects on job performance and customer performance through internal member satisfaction by considering of technology, organizational environment and customer relationship factors in CRM success factors from banking sectors. Research design, data, and methodology - An online questionnaire was conducted to 251 employees in banking sectors. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Amos 21.0. CRM success factors, internal member satisfaction, job performance, and customer performance were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation analysis. The bootstrapping in structural equations was conducted to verify the mediating effect of internal member satisfaction. Results - Internal members' satisfaction had a positive effect on job and customer performance. It mediated the relationship between organizational environment, customer relationship factors and job performance. It also mediated the relationship between organizational environment and customer performance. Conclusions - If internal members' relationship with customers is improved by the members' satisfaction, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and work performance will be achieved. The stability and usability in CRM system support jobs effectively, but the internal members did not feel their job satisfaction. Thus, they did not show a positive effect on job and customer performance.

  • To achieve this study, this study divide success factors of ERP implementation into organizational, environmental and information and group system information characteristics into form, content, source and supply frequency of information and is to verify an effect of two factors on system performance(user satisfaction). After selecting 250 SMBs in sample, this study use 79 questionaires for analysis. And all SMBs which was sampled in this study are manufacturing companies and don't consider respondent's position. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of a fit between organizational factors and system information characteristics on system performance. Second, there is a positive effect of a fit between environmental factors and system information characteristics on system performance. and third, there is positive effect of a fit between information factors and system information characteristics on system performance.

  • The purpose of this study is to observe effect on a result of a business performance depending on the business scale and the success factors of quality. Verified hypothesis of the quality of success factors and business performance are conducted in order to conduct this research. The results of hypothesis testing can be summarized as follows : First, depending on the size of the company, quality of corporate success factors in the management and significant positive was verified to be in effect. Second, depending on the size of the small business companies' human resource management, product/process is significantly positive in effect and medium companies' quality information, quality of suppliers in the commercialization of technology is significantly positive in effect. Third, depending on the size of the small business companies' human resource management, product/process financial performance is significantly positive in effect and mid-sized companies, suppliers in the quality significantly positive show the influence of financial performance. The results of measurement through the size of the enterprise and the successful factors of quality impacts on business performance directly.
