초.중등 공교육에서의 교육정보 공유 및 유통 방안 (A Study on Sharing & Delivery System of Educational Information in Public Education)

  • 정보사회에서 공교육 기관인 학교는 사회의 공기(公器)로서 개인의 능력 육성 및 인류 사회가 축적해온 귀중한 지적 성취를 대물림해 주는 전수자로서, 또한 교육 기회의 평등을 유지하는 균형자로서 그 존재 가치를 선취해야 한다. 그럼에도 공교육 기관의 교수학습 질의 수월성에 대한 사회계층의 기대와 우려가 팽배해 있는 것이 현실이다. 이 연구는 초 중등학교별 교사들의 교수방법 및 교수자료 등 우수한 교육정보의 공유 및 유통 활성화 전략을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 교육정보 서비스의 공유 및 유통과 관련된 최근 기술 동향을 분석하고, 정보화 선도 교사들을 대상으로 집단토론을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구내용을 바탕으로 참여, 공유, 개방이라는 Web 2.0의 패러다임을 적용한 교육정보 공유 유통체제의 구축 및 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

교수-학습자간의 콘텐츠 자체 제작을 위한 협력 시스템 개발 (The Cooperation System Development for the Self-production of Content between Instructor and Learner)

  • Online education, commonly referred to as distance education, has developed rapidly. However, it is questionable whether such distance education has been applied to various educational fields and has achieved satisfactory results in terms of learning effect. One of the reasons for not maximizing the benefits of distance education is non-dynamicity in the production and application of educational content. Educational contents production is made up of collaborative work between the instructor who is the contents expert and the developer who is the production expert. For this reason, existing researches have also concentrated on the improvement of each educational effect. In this paper, we propose to replace a production expert from a developer to an instructor. At this time, the important point is that the educational contents produced by the instructor, who is a development non-expert, should still be able to be maintained with high-quality contents utilizing the characteristics of the web. For this purpose, the production system was developed based on open source to maintain the quality similar to the educational contents developed by the production expert. This will increase the effectiveness of education by applying the developed Smart-Blended Learning System to various educational sites.

  • 현재 중고등학교에 교과교실제의 도입으로 학교 내에 교과전용 교실이 마련되고 교실 내 실물 화상기, 전자칠판, 교육용 촬영기 등 다양한 첨단 교육 기자재들이 비치되어 수업에 도움을 주고 있다. 이러한 기자재의 증가에 따라 각 교육 기자재의 리모컨 개수도 증가한다. 이로 인해 리모컨을 관리하는데 번거로움이 발생하고 기자재의 성격에 따른 운용법도 익혀야 한다. 이에 본 시스템에서는 하나의 리모컨으로 교육 기자재를 통합관리 하는 원격 제어와 강의 보조 기능을 지원한다. 제안하는 리모컨은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 두 부분으로 나뉘어져 있고, 하드웨어는 일반 리모콘과 유사하지만, 소프트웨어는 교사용 PC에 설치되어 운용되어 원격 제어, 강의 녹화, 판서, 기자재 자동 종료 등을 지원한다. 본 시스템을 도입함으로써 교과 교실제를 시행하는 학교에서 교사가 교육 기자재 제어로 인해 소요되는 시간을 줄이고 필요 없는 전력 낭비를 줄일 수 있었다.

상시학습 시스템 설계에 관한 연구 (A study on construction for all times learning system)

  • The government supports the various systems on the premise of life-long education for improving the qualification of its people and supporting the lifelong career system. These systems help the educational activities for every generation from the teens. Each government department supports the learning activities for those who are related. In addition, each government department systemizes the regular education for advancing the performance of civil servant, by obliging a self-directed system to their member as well as by reflecting this educational activities in a promotion. This style of learning is provided not only offline but also online. However, not all necessary educational contents is furnished within the department. It is sometimes necessary to cooperate with the commissioned education and a professional educational institution. This thesis suggests three model systems while comparing one another. This paper suggests three system model. The first model is e-contents open place. The second model is e-contents open place. Finally, the suggest model is mixed form.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the expert system based on the artificial neural networks for architectural design phases. The applied building was secondary school focussed in its space-relational-diagram. To implement this system, a data matrix derived from case based database was used as learning pattern, and its output data was lastly evaluated by the educational phase's behavior & activity analysis data. The results of this study were as follows; 1) the needs of educational system for real world spacing can be solved by this expert system based on neural networks. 2) FCM also can be applied for architect's needs. 3) Afterwards, for developing architectural planning & design processes, information technology (for example, internet, odbms, dca and etc.) can be used.

세계유산해석 교육체계 구축방안 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of the World Heritage Interpretation Education System)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a method for establishing an educational system for World Heritage interpretation applicable to World Heritage sites and to design an education program for World Heritage interpretation by applying the developed education system in this study. This study first identified the definition of interpretation and the relationship between interpretation and education through previous research and analyzed the role and significance of heritage interpretation due to the paradigm transition in the capacity building of World Heritage sites. Next, the educational status of World Heritage interpretation was analyzed through educational institutions, educational subjects, and curriculum examples. Finally, this study argues that a method for establishing a World Heritage interpretation education system should be presented according to the composition of the curriculum, and the interpretation curriculum planning by interpreters should be proposed focusing on the Outstanding Universal Value (OUV) of World Heritage sites.

한국의 조기유학 (South Korean Early Study Abroad)

  • The study abroad phenomenon at an early age in Korea is increasing steadily. Increasing social demand for global leaders, disappointment in Korean educational system and economic growth are motivating more students to study abroad. The study abroad is a social phenomenon that is widespread across all social status in Korea. This study tries to examine the phenomenon in respect to social, psychological, educational and economical perspectives and seek future research questions. The findings suggest ways to improve Korean educational system, support students currently or planning to study abroad and to re-adjust in Korea after they come back. A balanced perspective is necessary in viewing study abroad phenomenon, rather than preventing, implementing stronger pulling factors in Korean educational system. It is necessary to hold the study abroad as another educational opportunity.

  • The article examines the key constants of reengineering the modern educational cluster, associated with the processes of digital transformation of all spheres of modern socio-cultural space. The first constant is the strategic rethinking of the educational process organization and awareness of the new roles of all participants (tutors, applicants, controlling elements, etc.). The other constant involves practical re-design of the system of educational services, which consists in the reorientation from the traditional model of education functioning for society to the implementation of the educational format in the form of new projects (structural, target, business). Consequently, the purpose of the study is to highlight the attitudes relevant to the modern realities of information and technological support of education in the context of socio-economic interactions of society. The criteria for the reengineering of educational concepts and the structural organization of the educational sphere are defined. The modern world is going through a period of complete digital transformation of all spheres of public activity. The scientific intelligence notes that education is no exception in these processes, as the dependence of educational realities on information and computer technologies is now noted. The COVID-19 pandemic, for all its tragedy, was also a kind of trigger, clearly marking the new components that have become defined in the organization of the educational process. The conclusion is made that the use of digital technologies in the organization of the educational institution or in the organization of the educational process has become not an auxiliary element, but a dominant factor. Mobility, dynamism, interdisciplinarity, synergy - all these aspects are relevant for socio-economic interactions of society and should be provided by educational programs. The results of the study can be used in the reorganization processes of educational institutions and institutions. Further research requires aspects of the analysis of the foreign experience of reengineering in education, carried out taking into account digital transformations of modern sociocultural space.

김종성 건축과 IIT의 교육시스템과의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of IIT's Educational System on the Jong Soung Kimm's Architecture)

  • This study tries to analyze the influence of IIT's educational system on the Jong Soung Kimm's Architecture. Architect Kimm was the first student in Korea who gained admission to the IIT and was directly learned from Mies van der Rohe. At IIT, he completed a university course from 1956 to 1961, and finished a degree of master under the direction of Professor Myron Goldsmith in 1964. After the graduation, he entered Mies's office and became the professeur of IIT from 1966 to 1978. In consideration with these facts, it is no exaggeration to say that Kimm's architecture was formed by the IIT's educational system and Mies's architectural principles. According to the synopsis of the 5-year curriculum 1944-45, the object of architectural work in IIT is the clarification of : 1)the structure as an architectural factor, its possibilities and limitations 2) space as an architectural problem 3) proportion as a means of architectural expression 4) the expression value of materials 5) the application of these principles by means of free creative work. Architect Kimm's works designed in Korea reflect well these objectives. But Kimm also knew well the problems of IIT's educational system. After the retirement of Mies, IIT's educational system had the tendency to overstress the technology of structure and simplify the complexity of Miesian architectural principles. In opposition to this tendency, architect Kimm continued to keep the spacial and formal subtlety which possess the Mies' original architecture. This shows very well the future direction of Kimm's architectural activities.

일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련 효과성 분석 연구 (Performance Evaluation on Educational Program for Employees of the Work-Learning Dual System Training Center)

  • 본 연구는 일학습병행 사업관계자 직무연수 참여자 2,543명의 교육훈련 만족도 조사 결과를 활용하여 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자를 주 대상으로 한 교육훈련의 성과분석을 진행하고, 교육과정 효과성 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련은 매우 높은 수준의 학습자 만족도를 나타내 성공적인 교육훈련을 제공한 것으로 평가되었다. 교육과정 운영 현황 및 교육 참여자 특성은 학습자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 강사·주제·시설환경·운영 측면의 만족은 모두 교육과정 만족에 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
