This study concerns with an applicability of the management science approach to the score adjustment among the College Scholastic Aptitude Test(CSAT) optional subjects. A linear programming model is developed to minimize the sum of score distortions between optional subjects. Based on the analysis of the 377,089 CSAT(2010) applicants' performances in social science test section, this study proposes a new approach for the score equating or linking method of the educational measurement theory. This study makes up for the weak points in the previous linear programming model. First, the model utilize the standard score which we can get. Second, the model includes a goal programming concept which minimizes the gap between the adjusting goal and the result of the adjustment. Third, the objective function of the linear programing is the weighted sum of the score distortion and the number of applicants. Fourth, the model is applied to the score adjustment problem for the whole 11 optional subjects of the social science test section. The suggested linear programming model is a generalization of the multi-tests linking problem. So, the approach is consistent with the measurement theory for the two tests and can be applied to the optional three or more tests which do not have a common anchor test or a common anchor group. The college admission decision with CSAT score can be improved by using the suggested linear programming model.

Performing arts offer fun and knowledge and are directed for various purposes. Performing arts are also used as a means for education. Children's English media musical, 'The Magic Flute' is the performance reflecting all these. The author of this study took part in stage costume production, and this study was carried out aiming at designing and producing stage costume in line with educational purpose and intention. This study consists of an analysis stage for the existing performances of 'The Magic Flute', and a stage costume design and production stage for children's English media musical, 'The Magic Flute', First, this study classified and analyzed the stage design and stage costume design of the existing 'The Magic Flute' by concept, and then, examined their features, respectively. and this study unfolded the stage costume concept, based on the analyses of existing performance's stage costume and the characters' personality and features described in the current study subject's script. As the last step of this study made each character's stage costume. A total of 69 costumes for stage costume were made for 7 types of characters. This study is considered to have huge significance in that the stage costume was developed for 'The Magic Flute'.

Faced with the international issue of environmental problems from global warming and energy consumption, the Korean Government has made many efforts on reducing energy and $CO_2$ emission under the motto of "Low-Carbon Green Growth". In order to reduce energy in the building sector, severe design standards and regulations on saving energy in new buildings have been established. Now, it is necessary to focus on deteriorated buildings where applications of energy saving designs and techniques have been insufficient, for maximizing energy saving in the building sector. Specially, it is very important to reduce energy through the remodeling process at deteriorated school buildings which were built over 20 years ago and sharply changed into the excessive energy consumption structure from new educational curricula. Thus, this paper examined the effects of potential factors to reduce energy at deteriorated elementary school buildings using the energy simulation on the Visual DOE 4.0 program. Among applied factors of insulations, southern louver, window's SHGC, indoor setup temperature, and system efficiency, all factors except window's SHGC turned out contribute to reduce energy at the deteriorated elementary school buildings, compared with the baseline energy performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among factors that expand the win-win growth between domestic finished goods-making manufacturers and subcontractors. One-hundred twenty six firms participated for this study and were used for the data analysis. As a result of analysis, first, it was found that the win-win growth between first-tier suppliers and second-tier suppliers has positive effects on the win-win growth made by second-tier suppliers helping the third-tier suppliers. Second, it was found that the win-win growth policies supported by the government for the positive relationship between first-tier suppliers and second-tier suppliers for the finished goods-making manufacturers have positive effects on the win-win growth between second-tier suppliers and third-tier suppliers. Third, the results also showed that the win-win growth between second-tier suppliers and third-tier suppliers has a positive influence both on the financial and on the non-financial performances of the second-tier suppliers. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to (1) construct infrastructure by sector through partnership between finished goods-making manufacturers and subcontractors, (2) draw in active support through the governmental win-win growth policies, (3) induce increasing productivities through information sharing, manpower support, technical support and educational support, and (4) strengthen and cultivate the culture of the small- and medium-sized companies.

현행 대학종합평가인정제의 실시배경과 목적, 평가절차, 평가영역 및 부문별 가중치를 개관하였다. 대학교육협의회에서 설정한 대학종합평가 기준 가운데 대학도서관에 관련된 평가항목 및 가중치, 평가지표를 분석하고 문제점을 지적했다. 외국에서의 대학 도서관 평가의 최근 경향을 살펴보고 그것에 기초하여 현행 평가기준 중 도서관 평가와 관련한 대안을 제시하였다. 단 평가 항목에 대한 정량적 평가척도 문제는 제외하였다.

This paper is to make strides toward an enriched understanding of student learning and performance in mathematics that acknowledges the roles social and cultural contexts play in what students learn as well as what we are able to team about student learning. A student's mathematical practice over a year and a half is presented in detail in order to explore the relationships between classroom contexts and student performance. This study was situated at a K-4 urban elementary school in the United States. The data used for this study included classroom observations, interviews with the teachers and the student, and document collection. The data were analyzed by characterizing each classroom context and exploring the student's practice both in the classrooms and in the interviews. Despite the student's ongoing status as a struggling student, there were tremendous changes in his level of engagement in and persistence with mathematical tasks. The student was substantially more engaged in and enthusiastic about the daily mathematics lessons in third grade than he had been in second. However, we found little improvement in his mathematical understanding and performance during class or in the interviews. This highlights that increased engagement in the mathematical tasks does not necessarily signal increased learning. This paper discusses several issues of learning and performance raised by the student, looking at the relationship between classroom context and student performance. This paper also considers implications for how students' performances are interpreted and how learning is assessed.

Purpose: To identify the importance and performance levels of health management duties, work-related and general attributes of health managers in medical institutions and analyze their impact on the performance of managing health-care related tasks. Methods: This research identified the performance levels of 150 health managers who have been executing industrial health-related duties for more than six months as nurses in medical institutions with more than 30 hospital beds. The variables which affect their performances were then analyzed. Results: The average importance of health care duties was 8.1 out of 10 and 5.5 for performance levels. Multi-regression analysis on the variables affecting performance levels of health managers in medical institutions showed that health managers exhibit higher numbers under the following conditions: over 300 full-time employees, more than 1 year but less than 3 years of experience, positions above section chief level, affiliation to the safety and health department, and high perception of duty importance. Conclusion: Improved cognizance of health manager importance should occur initially; then, health-care center setup, assigning of exclusive occupational health managers, and organizational efforts to improve the working environment in tandem with the provision of educational training programs to improve work quality are necessary.

This study examines the time causal relationship between the operation profit of the listed fashion companies and the macro variables. Operating profit data of 36 listed fashion companies from 2000 to 2017 has been used. Macro variables include household income, household expenditure, number of Korean overseas travelers, number of foreigner travelers and sentiment index. The study results are as follows. First, the number of outbound travelers from Korea has a negative effect on the operating profit of listed fashion companies; however the number of foreigner visiting Korea has a positive effect at 0 time lag. Second, the consumer sentiment index had a positive effect on the sales and the operating profits of the listed fashion companies with a time difference between the 3rd and the 4th quarter. Third, a disposable income has a positive effect on the operating profit of listed fashion companies. Last, educational expenses have a negative effect on operating profit with a time lag between the first and the second quarter. The findings can be used as useful information to analyze the fashion industry and help fashion companies improve their financial performances.

Many papers point out that the e-Learning is one of the most important industries, and the effect on other industries can be more powerful than any other business. Therefore, we think about social, cultural, industrial and technological effect of the e-Learning in order to enlarge industry scale as well as educational performances. In many cases of developed countries, various kinds of study have been performed for the e-Learning quality assurance because quality of the e-learning should operate on effective and efficient learning and continuous market development of education industries. The e-Learning quality assurance has import function not only for learning contents reusability like a SCORM and metadata but also for learning system, solution and service operation, so activities for the quality assurance should consider of cultural and tactical approach when it is applied in the e-learning business. In this paper, we present the concept, domain and purpose of the e-Learning quality assurance. Furthermore, this paper proposes the process and methodology in order to make the quality assurance standard model which is consist of 6 phase such as Environment Research, Needs Analysis, Framework, Metrics, Development and Implementation, Evaluation and Feedback through the analysis and comparison of pre-studied worldwide quality control, management and assurance documents.

농림부와 농촌진흥청의 연구개발 사업은 농업기술을 발전시키는데 중요한 요소로 작용해 왔으나, 최근 들어 산학관연 간의 연계연구의 강화에 따라 연구주체가 확대된 이후로 부청간의 역할분담 등의 문제점이 꾸준히 제기되고 있는 상황이다. 이 논문에서는 부청간 농업 세부기술 분야별 성과를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 부청의 사업들은 연구 분야에 있어서 차별성을 보이지 않았다. 이러한 비교분석을 통하여 도출한 문제점 및 개선방향은 향후 부 청간의 역할분담, 농업분야 연구개발사업의 활성화, 연구성과 생산성 개선 등에 다양한 정보를 제공할 것이다.
