최근 평생학습 중요성 증가에 따라 평생교육기관 수 및 평생교육 프로그램에 참가하는 학습자 수가 크게 증가하고 있으며 여러 유형의 평생교육기관 중 가장 학습 받기를 원하는 기관으로 대학 평생교육기관으로 조사되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학 평생교육기관의 지속성장과 경쟁우위 확보방안에 공헌하기 위하여 대학 평생교육 기관의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 자원기반관점이론과 동태적역량이론에 기반하여 전국 대학 평생교육기관 관리자인 팀장급과 학습자와 가장 근접해 상호작용이 활발한 교 강사를 대상으로 조사 분석하였다. 본 연구내용 및 결과는 첫째, 대학 평생교육대학의 자원과 성과의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 그 분석결과 대학 평생 교육기관의 물적자원인 접근편의성, 시설우수성, 인적자원인 교 강사의 우수성은 성과에 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 대학 평생교육기관의 동태적역량에 영향을 미치는 선행요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 그 연구결과 접근편의성, 시설 우수성,교 강사 우수성 등 물적, 인적자원과 상사인 원장의 임파워링리더십, 조직분위기(자율성,상호작용)는 동태적역량에 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 분석결과는 대학 평생교육기관 특성이 반영된 결과로 해석 할 수 있다. 셋째, 조직의 발전을 위해서는 자원기반관점에 기반한 자원도 중요한 요소지만 대학 평생교육기관의 지속적인 성장과 발전을 위해서는 조직의 역량인 동태적역량이 더욱 중요함을 규명하고자 하였다. 그 연구결과 동태적역량인 흡수역량과 혁신역량은 자원과 성과의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 마찬가지로 흡수역량, 혁신역량은 상사의 임파워링리더십, 조직분위기(자율성,상호작용)와 성과의 관계에서도 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자원의 우수성은 대학 평생교육기관을 어느 수준까지 발전시키는데까지는 기여 할 수 있지만 급격히 변화하는 평생교육시장의 동적환경하에서 지속적인 성장과 발전을 위해서는 조직의 동태적역량이 더욱 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

This study is a theoretical account of HRs requirements in educational institutions in light of the growing influence of digital technology on human rights. It intends to reveal prominent human and civilizational values encapsulated in modern human rights regulations. It dwells on educational and societal requirements for educational inclusion in the school and university curricula in light of changes that have taken place in HRs in the digital age. Relying on the descriptive documentary research design, the study concluded that HRs are inherently moral duties and fixed values. They include the importance of tolerance, freedom, peace, justice, science, work, and equality. Because education is arguably based on human and civilized values, educational foundations require intake of awareness, systematic integration and responsibility from all academic and community institutions, including family and media institutions. The article closes on a note of how technology has impacted human rights in the digital age. It provides implications and recommendations to pedagogies accordingly.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of educational institutions and majors on Learning Participatory Motivation of Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities and Job Technical Colleges that are operating academic degrees on bachelor of fashion and associate of industrial arts in Academic Credit Bank System. The significance of this study is to provide basic information for educational institutions to promote efficient operation and devise a strategy for reinforcing educational competitiveness according to individual Learning Participatory Motivation and purpose of learners. In this study, educational institutions were classified into Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities and Job Technical Colleges operating academic degrees in Academic Credit Bank System. Degrees were divided into bachelor of fashion and associate of industrial arts, and majors were divided into fashion design and fashion business for bachelor of fashion and fashion design and fashion business for associate of industrial arts. Looking at Learning Participatory Motivation of learners, factors selected by learners as considerations for registration and selection of currently affiliated educational institution were found to be 'acquisition of degree at a university' and 'acquisition of degree' for Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities and fashion design major, and 'for employment' and 'acquisition of new knowledge and skill' for Job Technical Colleges and fashion business major.

본 연구는 대전소재 대학평생교육원 성인학습자 960명을 대상으로 성인학습자의 학습성과 영향요인에 관한 구조분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 성인학습자의 학습자특성과 교육기관특성은 학습몰입과 학습만족도를 매개하여 학습성과에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 학습자특성은 학습몰입 및 학습만족에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 교육기관특성도 학습몰입 및 학습만족에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학습몰입은 학습만족과 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학습만족은 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 종합하면 학습성과는 학습자특성, 교육기관특성, 학습만족에 직접적인 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 학습성과는 학습몰입과 학습만족을 매개하여 간접적인 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 대학평생교육원은 보다 다양하고 전문화된 평생교육프로그램 개발 및 제공, 수업분위기 조성, 교육시설 환경개선, 우수 교강사 확보, 교직원의 원스톱 행정서비스 등 학습성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 특수교육대상자 학부모가 자녀의 특수교육기관 선택 시 고려하고 있는 요인 등을 분석하여 특수교육대상자 배치계획에 대한 개선방안을 제시하는 것이며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교육대상자는 유치원 과정이 의무교육임에도 상당수가 초등학교 입학 시 특수교육대상자로 선정되고 있다. 둘째, 특수교육대상자 학부모의 특수교육기관 선택 요인은 교사의 전문성과 교육과정 운영, 자녀의 장애 유형 및 정도, 통학거리 및 통학방법, 교육시설(특별활동실, 치료실 등)로 나타났다. 셋째, 특수교육대상자의 특수교육기관 배치 방식은 통학권내 학교 중 학부모 선택이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 적정한 배치계획 수립을 위해서는 특수교육대상자 수가 정확히 파악되어야 하므로 특수교육대상자 선정 시기는 늦어도 유치원 과정으로 하고, 특수교육기관의 불균형 및 교육시설의 격차를 해소하기 위하여 통학권도 설정해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 대학교 부설 과학영재교육원 평가에 대한 메타평가를 통해 평가실태를 파악하고 개선안을 제안하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 2008년 2월 전국 25개 대학교 부설 과학영재교육원 관계자 및 평가위원 9명의 33명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 응답결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 현행 평가는 총괄기능을 강조하여 획일적 평가가 이루어지는 문제점이 지적되었다 먼저 평가준거 및 평가요소는 구체적이지 않으며, 평가준거는 평가대상 기관의 설립연도, 지역인프라 등을 고려치 않으며, 과학고/영재학교 진학률이나 경시대회 수상실적으로 성과를 평가하는 점이 지적되었다. 또한 평가대상 기관의 연구역량을 평가하지 않았다. 평가위원의 전문성 부족과 평가기간이 너무 짧은 점, 순위를 결정하는 판단을 위한 평가, 평가결과와는 별개로 제시된 개선방향의 불명확성 등이 문제점이었다. 현행 평가의 개선안으로 컨설팅 평가 기능을 강화하며, 과학적 평가기획과 구체적 평가준거를 제시하고, 현장방문평가를 도입하며, 평가결과 및 평가과정이 공개피고 학생과 학부모 만족도를 평가하는 방안이 제안되었다. 나아가 우수 운영사례를 발굴, 파급하고 과학영재교육원 별 자체적 특성과 성과에 따른 평가지표로 평가받도록 개선되어야 할 것이다.

Modern education, with special reference to higher education (HE), is far taken out of the traditional meaning of education. A number of business features have infiltrated these institutions of HE where students assume the place of a customer. In the present business scenario customer relationship management (CRM) technology assumes an important role in managing customers. Therefore a relevant question would be to know whether educational institutions need to implement this technology to manage their constituent relationships. This paper makes an attempt to evaluate studies on commercial features of a modern educational system and then present the findings of a study conducted to know the relevance of CRM Technology in HE. An evaluation is also made to know the awareness of the concept of CRM among the educators. The findings show that the educators' awareness of CRM strategies is good, of CRM concepts is poor and of practice is average. Further, an overwhelming majority of the respondents felt that CRM is relevant for educational institutions in the present scenario.

As the side effects of information society, for example hacking, virus, etc., diffuse, the information security becomes one of the most important issues over the world. Information security manpower are critical factor to complete secure information society. In spite of many plans formulated and implemented by government and civil sector, there is no systematic analysis on the current status of information security educational institutions in Korea. This article aims to analyze the current status of information security educational institutions - colleges, universities, graduate schools and civil academies with Statistical Yearbook of Education and the research of KAIT[11].
