It is required that public schools in information society should act as a balancer between the equal educational opportunity and development of the personal capacity. However, public schools have faced a situation to be blamed and praised by social parties concerned from the point of view of educational excellence. The aim of this study is to suggest some conceptual ideas for sharing & delivery system of educational information, which is based on the paradigm of web 2.0 characterized as participation, sharing, and openness. To do it, we analyzed the recent technological trends and took a group discussion with leading teachers in educational information.

This study proposed the agent system for educational information sharing using bookmark. In order to search and share the educational information effectively, we designed DAML+OIL-typed bookmark information. Proposed system in this study had the P2P type based on Client-Server type. We implemented the bookmark agent that has the intelligent characteristics, that is, automatic categorization of peers and documents, autonomous communication between agents using DAML, and delicate information searching using the ontology dictionary in Semantic Web environment. Hereafter, this study will contribute to activate sharing and searching educational information as well as proposed system will offer the important technologies for SCORM-based e-learning environment.

Most homepages of schools are available to publicize activities of education, to load educational materials efficiently. But we can't use current homepages of schools in making characteristic information or sharing educational resources. In this study, this CUBE system with RSS and mobile phone was designed and embodied for sharing characteristic educational activities and works in schools. Currently, CUBE is being under experimental test in elementry schools at Sancheong area, and instructors and students are operating CUBE for sharing education activities and making community in this system,.

It is necessary to introduce micro-service techniques when constructing large-scale operating systems or systems that take into account scalability. Kafka is a message queue with the pub/sub model, which has features that are well applied to distributed environments and is also suitable for microservices in that it can utilize various data sources. In this paper, we propose a data sharing method for educational video sharing services using Apache's Kafka. The proposed system builds a Kafka cluster for the educational video sharing service to share various data, and also uses a spark cluster to link with recommendation systems based on similarities in educational videos. We also present a way to share various data sources, such as files, various DBMS, etc.

Load balancing plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of information management systems during periods of high user access requests; therefore, load balancing approaches should be reasonably selected. Moreover, appropriate load balancing techniques could also result in an appropriate allocation of system resources, improved system service, and economic benefits. Nginx is one of the most widely used loadbalancing software packages, and its deployment is representative of load-balancing application research. This study introduces Nginx into an educational administration system, builds a server cluster, and compares and sets the optimal cluster working strategy based on the characteristics of the system, Furthermore, it increases the stability of the system when user access is highly concurrent and uses the Nginx reverse proxy service function to improve the cluster's ability to resist illegal attacks. Finally, through concurrent access verification, the system cluster construction becomes stable and reliable, which significantly improves the performance of the information system service. This research could inform the selection and application of load-balancing software in information system services.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of teachers as main users to make suggestions for active use of educational information sharing system. The study sets three research tasks about the problems of the current system, improvements, and desired content from the perspective of teachers. To collect specific opinions, we conducted an open questionnaire survey and made a qualitative analysis using the NVivo 10 program. The present system has such problems as functional issues, lack of data reliability, systemic problems for sharing and use. We suggest that in order to enhance Web site services, authoring tools for editing contents and new search engines with customized search function need to be provided. In addition, the open market service system has to be established, so that teachers can actively create, share, and distribute to meet the various needs of teachers. Finally, to promote free access to the system, copyright issues need to be resolved to prevent the potential digital piracy.

Recently, the Web 2.0 and RSS techniques have gained enormous attention in the Internet and e-Learning fields. In this paper, we design a RSS system on the Web 2,0 base for e-Learning, and implement the educational RSS information sharing system for back-to-basic curriculum of secondary schools that is called EduRSS. Our EduRSS can create web feed file with RSS format from learning blogs for back-to-basic curriculum, and share it with other users conveniently. In addition, it also provide the recommendation function to improve the reliability of the RSS feed resources.

The purpose of constructing university information system is for improvement in diversification and throughput of information, streamlines business processes, rapid exchange of information, sharing of information, decision-making information, and securing educational facilities. Similar to business information technology system, university information system does not have a review system for sharing and overlapping investment of information. Due to the lack of project management for outsourcing and vulnerability of system suitability, system audit is absolutely needed for the university information system. This paper especially focuses on an operational phase in the audit of university information system. Additionally, we proposed operating model and checklists of the university information system based on Management Guidelines of ITIL V3 Operational and Information System. We derived the checklists of operation audit by each domain of service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation, and continual service improvement. As the result, this study appear to have more than average satisfaction the suitability results were.

In this paper, we studied on the building models of open educational resource service system for download or upload their own educational content to be shared with the others without worrying about copyright infringement. We first analyzed the building models of the international OER(Open Educational Resource) service sites. And then, based on these results, we present the new service models suitable to be built the open educational resource service system in phases. The proposed models have the flexibility to accommodate the needs of users and have the advantage that the copyright-related issues of the existing 'National Educational Information Sharing System' could be solved step by step.

We propose a model-based method for information alignment using educational standards as a case study. Discrepancies and inconsistencies in educational standards across different states/cities hinder the retrieval and sharing of educational resources. Unlike existing educational standards alignment systems that only give binary judgments (either "aligned" or "not-aligned"), our proposed system classifies each pair of educational standard statements in one of seven levels of alignments: Strongly Fully-aligned, Weakly Fully-aligned, Partially-$aligned^{***}$, Partially-$aligned^{**}$, Partially-$aligned^*$, Poorly-aligned, and Not-aligned. Such a 7-level categorization extends the notion of binary alignment and provides a finer-grained system for comparing educational standards that can broaden categories of resource discovery and retrieval. This study continues our previous use of mathematics education as a domain, because of its generally unambiguous concepts. We adopt a materialization pattern (MP) model developed in our earlier work to represent each standard statement as a verb-phrase graph and a noun-phrase graph; we align a pair of statements using graph matching based on Bloom's Taxonomy, WordNet, and taxonomy of mathematics concepts. Our experiments on data sets of mathematics educational standards show that our proposed system can provide alignment results with a high degree of agreement with domain expert's judgments.
