This article is devoted to the problem of national and patriotic education of young students by means of digital technologies in the conditions of distance learning environment. It is emphasized that national and patriotic education is a powerful means of strengthening the unity and integrity of Ukraine. It is proved that national and patriotic education will be effective under the condition of systematic and purposeful activity on formation of patriotic consciousness in youth, sense of national dignity, necessity of service of ideals and values of the country. Various forms of educational work of national and patriotic orientation at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, which were conducted by digital technologies: online thematic lectures, educational classes, round tables, workshops, guest online meetings with famous researchers of historical heritage of Ukraine, online tours of historical places, virtual exhibitions of art, participation in the national-patriotic student camp "Diia" (Action) and etc. The activity of the University Library and V. O. Sukhomlinsky State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, which has a significant impact on the formation of national consciousness and social and political activity of students by modern means of information and communication technologies. It is determined that the project "Inclusive 3D map" helps to broaden the horizons and deepen the knowledge of young students, education of a true citizen, the formation of cognitive interest in the subjects studied, motivation to study, raising awareness of Ukrainians on historical and cultural heritage. The study showed that young students take an active social attitude: they speak Ukrainian, want to live and work in Ukraine, respect their homeland, its traditions, cultural and historical past, love to travel and they are tolerant of people with special needs. Promising areas of educational work with students based on the use of a wide range of information and communication technologies, namely 3D games, TV tandems, podcasts, social networks, video resources in national and patriotic education of youth.

Innovation is considered as an implemented innovation in education - in the content, methods, techniques and forms of educational activity and personality education (methods, technologies), in the content and forms of organizing the management of the educational system, as well as in the organizational structure of educational institutions, in the means of training and education and in approaches to social services in education, distance and multimedia learning, which significantly increases the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. The classification of currently known pedagogical technologies that are most often used in practice is shown. The basis of the innovative activity of a modern teacher is the formation of an innovative program-methodical complex in the discipline. Along with programmatic and content provision of disciplines, the use of informational tools and their didactic properties comes first. It combines technical capabilities - computer and video technology with live communication between the lecturer and the audience. In pedagogical innovation, the principles reflecting specific laws and regularities of the implementation of innovative processes are singled out. All principles are elements of a complex system of organization and management of innovative activities in the field of education and training. They closely interact with each other, which enhances the effect of each of them due to the synergistic effect. To improve innovative activities in the training of students, today computer technologies are widely used in pedagogy as a science, as well as directly in the practice of the pedagogical process. They have gained the most popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, searching for information on the network for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a unified scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The article considers computer technologies as the main building material for the entire society. In the modern world, there is a need to prepare a person for life in a multimedia environment. This process should be started as early as possible, because the child's contact with the media is present almost from the moment of his birth.

The article defines the organizational conditions for effective management, the actions of the team to implement the concept of marketing management using the tools of pedagogical and strategic management. Due to this, results are achieved - indicators, since in our study they will be indicators of managerial efficiency: improving the "organization" function through the construction of new organizational structures; improving the functions of "analytical activity and planning" through enriching managerial work with economic and gnostic methods, analytical activities with the mandatory inclusion of financial activities, introspection of all participants, widespread use of licensed automated systems; synthesis of educational, economic, social results.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop the competencies of the administrator and the behavioral indicators, and with those as the foundation it is to measure the importance and the performance. Method: On the basis of literature review, the researcher made a preliminary competency and the behavioral indicator for the administrator. Developed competency and behavioral indicator went through the content validity using CVI. Finally, 20 different competencies and 87 behavioral indicators of the administrators in long-term care facility helped measuring the importance of the present administrator's competency and the performance. Results: The competencies are Achievement Orientation, Initiative, Information Seeking, Interpersonal Understanding, Customer Service Orientation, Marketing, Influence, Organizational Awareness, Relationship Building, Staff Development, Assertiveness, Teamwork and Cooperation, Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, Managerial Expertise, Self Control, Self Confidence, Flexibility and Organizational Commitment. For the contents, 87 behavioral indicators are included. The importance and the performance were confirmed by Importance Performance Analysis. The importance of each behavioral indicator in each field and the performance were confirmed with the mean and the standard deviation. Conclusion: The competencies and behavioral indicators of an administrator which were developed by this study are considered that they can be used as the effective guides in the practical field and can also be used as basic materials for developing educational program.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the depression and cognitive function of community-dwelling older adults. Methods: 243 aged over 65 in Won-Ju in South Korea participated in this study. Data were collected from April to June 2013 through interviews. This study utilized the Geriatric Depression Scale Short Form, the Korean version of MMSE-DS (MMSE for Dementia Screening), and infirmity testing for basic health status. Descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used. Results: 75.3% of the participants belonged to the depression group, and the prevalence of cognitive impairment was 17.3%. There were significant differences in depression and cognitive function according to gender, educational level, type of insurance, subjective health, frailty, and whether to be a client of home care service. The level of depression was significantly higher and the level of cognitive functions was significantly lower in older adults in home care services than in community-dwelling older adults. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it included older adults in home care services to provide information to develop effective prevention programs for improving cognitive functions. The results of this study can be used to develop future community prevention and intervention.
This study was carried out to investigate the children's knowledge, attitudes and practices of food safety. A total of 355 data were collected from elementary school students. The concern of food safety was moderate in 5 point Likert scale and relatively high correlated with food safety knowledge(r=0.571) and education(r=0.534). The experience and knowledge of terminology on food safety were estimated. The level of food safety was classified into 5 groups and the consideration of food purchase was classified into 3 groups by factor analysis. A few children were aware of the food safety knowledge and could hardly understood English terminology. And the food safety practices were surveyed, and most of children checked with expiration dates and packaging conditions of food. Personal hygiene practice of children was significantly affected by gender, self hygiene evaluation and the knowledge level of food safety. Providing more food safety information affects personal hygiene and the practices of food purchase, so educational programs on food safety for children were required.
The service industry needs face-to-face customer service, which suggests the need for education training for workers. In other words, it is meaningful to look at whether education training for workers has a positive impact on the organization's performance. The success through education training will be due to the combined role of various factors. In this regard, the study focuses on how the attitude of workers in education training can play a role rather than just verifying the effectiveness of education training alone. As a result of the study, it was found that an employee's attitude toward education training, which was considered necessary to produce more effective results, was a regulator to further improve the educational satisfaction of training. After all, the more positive workers are about education training, the better workers' job performance can be. Therefore, promoting employee's education attitude before education training needs to be a priority, and further studies may call for more in-depth examination of the role of education training attitude.
Retailing service companies need to manage customer's behavior participating in service production and delivery process, while trying to differentiate from competitors with customer services. They also need to know the level of customer participation to make good use of customer participation in retailing service delivery process. Therefore, this paper expects to show the level of customer participation in domestic primary retailing service types. In details, this paper empirically identifies how different the level of customer participation is in four retailing service types-family restaurant, hair service, hospital service, educational service. As results, activity effort, communication effort, and compliance effort variables of customer participation were significantly in different level. But, sympathy effort variable of customer participation was not identified on the level of difference in four retailing service types. Additionally, hospital service showed the highest level of customer participation in four retailing service types, then family restaurant, education service, and hair service were in order. Judging these results, this paper suggests that the level of customer participation according to retailing service types would be different empirically. Also, this paper provides the opportunities to make properly good use of customer participation suitable to individual retailing type.
Purpose: After COVID-19, changes in the educational ecosystem take place and fire service academy education system have shifted from face-to-face into non fact-to-face. So, the educational effect of fire officials is decreased and the satisfaction level is also decreased. In this study, we want to examine the current status of non-face-to-face real-time remote education and supplement the problems to improve the educational methods, the educational environment, etc. Method: This study is an independent variable that affects non-face-to-face real-time remote education, consisting of education system environment, self-efficacy of computers, contents (education contents, structure, design, etc.), and proper interaction. A dependent variable was selected with satisfaction for non-face-to-face real-time remote education. In addition, it was selected and analyzed as an active property of learning motivation and learning attitude as control variables. Result: The better the content and the more active the learning motivation and the attitude toward learning, the higher the satisfaction of non-face-to-face real-time remote education, and the more active the learning motivation and the attitude toward learning, the more positive the computer self-efficacy and the satisfaction of learning Conclusion: In order to increase the satisfaction of non-face-to-face real-time education due to COVID-19, education designers or professors need to provide non-face-to-face education contents that can increase the aggressiveness of their learning motivation and learning attitude, and to increase the satisfaction of education for learners by increasing computer self-efficacy through pre-education of non-face-to-face education systems.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in perceptions of job applicants on core competency in the recruitment environment based on National Competence Standards(NCS), and also to obtain information relating to the seeking of employment and employment education plans. A survey and paired t-test were conducted on 355 job applicants of vocational colleges and four-year universities. Through these applicants, the difference between the current level and level of importance dependent on areas of core competency was analyzed. In addition, IPA analysis was conducted in order to confirm the educational necessity in this area. As a result, there were significant differences between the current level and level of importance in all 10 areas. IPA analysis confirmed that educational needs are prioritized. As a result, it was found that the areas which should be strengthened in both groups were interpersonal ability, communication ability, numerical ability, problem solving ability, and self-development ability. The area recognized as being in 'a state of excess' was resource management ability. As a result of checking the necessity levels of the two groups, it was found that job applicants of vocational colleges had to strengthen their problem solving ability, and the applicants of four-year universities had to intensify their communication ability, interpersonal ability, and information ability.
