The purpose of this study is to analyze the teacher's perception about educational use of a game as a supportive method for teaching and learning process in the educational context. The result will be used as a good index to spread the game-based learning in the future. We have derived the following results through the investigation. Firstly, teachers have some limitation to get the topics and contents for game-based learning curriculum. Secondly, they were frequently required to design and arrange their teaching process by the level of learner's ability in the game-based learning. Thirdly, public institution has to supply various information and guideline for teachers to use the game-based learning. Finally, they demand systematic approach and executive and financial support to encourage the game-based learning.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop content for safety education to prevent hospital safety accidents among hospitalized children and to investigate the status of safety education performed by nurses. Methods: First, the Delphi method was used, with 18 experts, to develop educational contents for preventing safety accidents. Second, an exploratory survey was performed of the actual status of safety education for preventing safety accidents among hospitalized children using a questionnaire developed based on the Delphi method. The participants of this study were 159 nurses with at least 6 months of work experience. Results: The educational content developed through the Delphi method for preventing safety accidents among hospitalized children contained seven domains (falls, injury, electric shocks/burns, suffocation/aspiration, poisoning/abuse, kidnapping, medical devices) with 44 topics. The item mean of nurses'perceptions of the importance of child safety education was 4.18, and the actual performance score was 3.72, which was a statistically significant difference (t=11.58, p<.001). Conclusion: These seven comprehensive domains of accident prevention education for hospitalized children are expected to be useful for interventions to support the safety of hospitalized children.

The upcoming 'creativity society' beyond the knowledge information era requires 'knowledge producers' being capable of expressing their own ideas creatively, rather than 'knowledge consumers'. These days, in the computing environment, physical computing tools which support learners' productive activities beyond their simple function of operating computers are emerging. Among them, Raspberry Pi is exemplary. The computing PC worthy $35 is economic and supports implementation of interactive physical system through the H/W and programming control to detect and respond to the analog world. As a fundamental study of educational application of Raspberry Pi at elementary school and Raspberry Pi, this work was to look into characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and application examples of the computing tool. Also this researcher conducted a survey with teachers in field to investigate the suitability of Raspberry Pi as a tool in the category of 'understanding of information devices and to explore their awareness of Raspberry Pi. As a result, it was analyzed that Raspberry Pi was a learning tool to support about 74% of educational contents and that teachers showed positive replies in all categories of the survey of their awareness.

This study examined the influence of adolescents' perception of empathy and peer support on happiness. The subjects of this study were 113 adolescents from U-city. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program. First, in the effect of the empathy ability perceived by adolescents on the feeling of happiness, the sub-factors of the empathy ability, such as cognitive empathy and emotional empathy, had a significant positive effect on happiness. In particular, the cognitive empathy factor of the empathy ability has more influence on happiness. Second, in the relationship between the adolescents' peer support and feelings of happiness, the sub-factors of peer support, emotional support, and instrumental support had a significant positive effect on happiness. On the other hand, the sub-factors of peer support, informational support, and evaluative support did not affect happiness significantly. In particular, the emotional support factors have more influence on happiness than the instrumental support factors. This means that a higher level of empathy and peer support perceived by adolescents results in a higher feeling of happiness. This study provides basic data for preparing educational programs to improve adolescents' happiness

This study looks at the influential factors of cyber education in order to create a cyberspace where the public official can obtain information at a place and time convenient to them. This will provide a chance to activate cyber education effectively. The results of the study show the influential factors of education effect as follows: - the instruction design and contents factors such as interesting educational contents, interaction between learners and teacher, and positive instruction, a31 had an important influence. - the learner factors, such as a desire to learn, motivation, and interest in the lesson, also had a significant influence. - the environmental factors such as systematical basis and support, atmosphere, and consideration of others had a large effect on the education effect.

This paper concerns with the application of e-based education methodology for people with disabilities targeting to empower them. Instead of the classic educational support such as extended time to take exams, a reader and/or scribe to assist with exams and note taking services, we suggest the use of new pedagogy-the science of educations integrating the state-of-the art. In this paper, we introduce the definition of disabilities for the people who does not fully understand what they means, first, and then possible implementing tools which can empower them with accomplishments. Most of the research in the field of pedagogy has tended to concentrate on the behavioral aspects of instructional sciences. Therefore we would like to point out that we concentrate on the aspects of instructional science particularly related with people with disabilities.

This study was to investigate the current educational situation for Basic Life Support (BLS) and perception on CPR related emergency situation and its relationship with basic nursing skill among undergraduate nursing students in Korea. Participants consider help from others are the most important elements in CPR situation, followed by the skills and knowledge. The majority of the subjects (79.7%) selected high and very high for the association between basic nursing skill and CPR management. The well systematized skill training may ultimately improve students' the ability to react on real-life accidents using well developed emergency management skills.

As the online education market expands, educational contents with various presentation methods are being developed and released. In addition, it is imperative to develop content that reflects the usability and user environment of users who use this educational content. However, for qualitative growth of contents that will support quantitative expansion of markets, existing model analysis methods are urgently needed at a time when development direction of newly developed contents is secured. In this process of content development, a typical model for setting development goals is needed, as the rules of the prototype affect the entire development process and the final development outcome. It can also provide a positive benefit that screens the issue of performance dualization between processes due to the absence of communication between a single entity or between a number of entities. In the case of AR-based educational content which is effective to secure data necessary for development by securing samples of similar categories because there are not enough ready-made samples released. Therefore, a big data statistical analysis service is needed that can easily collect data and make decisions using big data. In this paper, we would like to design analysis services that enable the selection and detection of intuitive multidimensional factors and attributes, and propose big data-based statistical analysis services that can assist cooperative activities within an organization or among many companies.

Family instability has a negative effect on not only an individual household but also the society. The government continues to operate family support centers as a countermeasure to family instability issues. A healthy and multicultural family support center is considered an effective support system that extends from a family unit to the local community. In this study, the satisfaction and demand levels of each center, located in Seoul and Incheon, were examined with respect to items such as operation contents, physical space, and organizational structure. The results showed that various efforts for creating a family-friendly community were implemented in healthy family support centers and multicultural family support centers. It was found that the center organizers and operators focused more on software and programs than on the physical environment. There was mostly a shortage of physical and environmental space. This space shortage limited the planned and ongoing activities in terms of the residents' self-directed participation and space formation for a family-friendly educational culture. Therefore, it was necessary to set up the space-related criteria for each center in order to solve this environmental issue. We identified the baseline data of the criteria for a center's physical and spatial design and size. In particular, it was suggested that a more strategic physical and spatial design is needed to achieve an integral and effective operation for the connection of the family with the local society.

In this paper, we analyzed the link between school's educational information technology level and ict literacy level of students in elementary school. Specially we concerned about the link between principal's awareness of ict and ict literacy level of students. This ICT literacy levels were measured by sampling 1%(12,759 students) of the entire school year for elementary school 4-6. The educational information technology level of sample student's school was extracted from the Ministry of Education data. Then the two materials was analyzed in conjunction with each other. As a result, Higher recognize of principal, higher ict literacy level of students. That is sure in human realm. But that is difficult to conclude in ict infra and ict using realms. According to this result, it is more important to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict than to support building of ict infra and using of ict. Therefore, we need to make a plan to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict with building of ict infra.
