Since the competition of higher education is more and more critical, the improvement of educational services is importantly considered. Despite the current situations, there are few studies addressing the relationships between education service quality and its outcomes. As educational service quality plays a key role in improving student satisfaction, universities provides a high level of educational services for students and reinforce their competitiveness through student satisfaction. This research investigates the relationships among IT service quality, business education service quality, trust, student satisfaction and student loyalty. In so doing, the current study establishes a theoretical model to test the proposed relationships. The results further suggest that the indirect effect of the IT service quality and the business education service quality enhances its impact of student satisfaction, trust, student loyalty. Finally, the authors draw conclusions and further research directions.

본 연구는 방과 후 아동지도사 양성 교육과정을 마친 학습자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시해 방과 후 아동지도사 양성교육과정에 대한 학습자의 만족도를 알아보고 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과 연령별로는 40세이상(SD=47.11), 결혼 유무에서는 미혼(SD=27.18), 학력별에서는 고졸(SD=25.55), 소득 수준별로는 200-300만원 소득자(SD=27.42), 참여경로는 인터넷과 온라인 매체(SD=25.91)의 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 참여 동기에 따른 방과후 아동지도사 양성 교육과정에 대한 만족도는 자격증 취득 유리(SD=27.12), 취업에 유리(SD=26.76), 여가활동 도움(SD=26.20), 승진 도움(SD=24,32)순으로 요인별 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 이 같은 결론을 통해 학습자들의 만족도에 기초한 기관운영과 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

There is a demand for a complex cultural space of play, leisure and education, a kids cafe, which will replace a playground just for kids as awareness for the need of a space where parents can spend leisure time with their own children and can take a rest grows, Thus, this study aims to find features for user satisfying kids cafes by conducting observations of the kids cafes and user survey. This study selected 12 kids cafes, 3 kids cafes per type (play focused, cafe or restaurant focused, education focused, multipurpose focused), in Seoul which were built after 2007 and conducted surveys on space planning and spatial characteristics by users and types and the level of satisfaction. As a result, the play focused kids cafes are used the most and the multipurpose focused kids cafes are used the second most. So the reason for using kids cafes is for the play of children. Also the overall satisfaction level for kid cafes were above the average except for the price. The result of this study showed that there was differences of satisfaction based on the type of user satisfaction, size of children space, finishes, colors, furniture and accessories, sanitary conditions. For the overall satisfaction, users were satisfied with the interior space, however, users were unsatisfied with functional parts, such as toys, foods and educational program. The results of the analysis showed that based on the types of the kids cafes, users' satisfaction rate for space size for the children, finishes, colors, furniture and accessories, sanitary conditions were different and for the functional parts, the satisfaction rate was different in all aspects. Also, in overall, the educational focused type users showed higher satisfaction rate than other users. Finally, the level of satisfaction is different by type of kids cafes and we have to consider the level of satisfaction of the users in order to plan kids cafes which meet the demand of the users.

This study investigated the satisfaction level of aged patients over sixty five years old or over who were treated in a dental hospital or clinic in the metropolitan area. The difference in satisfaction level by general characteristics of aged patients and characteristics related to the treatment as well as the correlation of satisfaction level by each factors with the overall satisfaction level of the treatment were analyzed, resulting as follows. 1. Satisfaction level of dentures by each factors resulted as following. Average general satisfaction level marked $3.47{\pm}0.74$, average functional satisfaction level marked $2.66{\pm}0.83$, and aesthetic satisfaction level marked $3.78{\pm}0.65$. 2. There were no significant difference in general and functional satisfaction level by each factors from the population statistic of the participants. Aesthetic satisfaction level differed by the educational background(p=0.01). 3. There were no significant difference in general and aesthetic satisfaction level by the oral health condition as well as the treatment quality. Functional satisfaction level differed by the oral health condition(p=0.01). 4. The correlation of satisfaction level by each factors with the overall satisfaction level of the treatment differed as follows. In case each factors were satisfactory, the overall result of the treatment marked satisfactory as well. However, in case each factors were dissatisfactory, the overall result of the treatment marked dissatisfactory showing difference with the above result(p=0.000). 5. Each factor showed statistically positive correlation. Functional satisfaction level and general satisfaction level showed the highest correlation(r=0.677).

본 연구는 찾아가는 커피 바리스타 및 제과제빵 평생교육 프로그램에서 교육 환경에 대한 학습자의 만족도가 학습향상 수준에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. Y시에 거주하는 학습자를 대상으로 각각 10회기에 걸쳐 진행한 찾아가는 커피 바리스타 및 제과제빵 프로그램의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 강사에 대한 만족도가 가장 높고, 프로그램 내용에 대한 만족도는 그 다음이며, 프로그램 환경에 대한 만족도는 제일 낮게 평가되었다. 둘째, 사전-사후 평가를 통해서 분석한 결과 유의미한 수준의 학습효과 향상이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습향상 수준에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 강사에 대한 만족도는 지식수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 프로그램 내용에 대한 만족도는 태도수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 프로그램 환경에 대한 만족도는 지식, 기술, 태도의 모든 부문에서 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 찾아가는 커피 바리스타 및 제과제빵 프로그램에서 교육 환경적 요인이 열악하더라도 강사 및 프로그램 내용에 대한 만족도가 높으면 유의미한 학습향상이 나타난다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구를 계기로 찾아가는 커피 바리스타 및 제과제빵 교육이 더욱 활성화되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the health promotion behavior(HPB) of the labor workers at the cement manufacturing company based on the Health Promotion Model by Pender(1996). Data were collected by self-reported questionnaire from 180 blue workers at the 2 cement factories under the permission of data collection and cooperation with managers in the factories. For data analysis, Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Multiple regression with SPSS/PC + 10.0 version were used. The results were as follows: 1. The average scores for the HPB, consisted of 6 subdimensions was 2.74. The highest mean score was 2.88 in 'Exercise' and the lowest on was 2.58 'Responsibility of health'. 2. The score of the HPB was statistically different according to educational level(p<.00l), perceived health status(p<.00l) and satisfaction of working environment(p<.05). 3. HPB was positively related to age(p<.05), perceived health status(p<.00l), job satisfaction(p<.05), and satisfaction of working environment(p<.05), while it showed negative correlation with educational level(p<.01). 4. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, factors affecting HPB were perceived health status and education level explained 20.3% of variance. From this research findings, we need to different approach in develop health promotion program of Cement manufacturing company workers and focusing on improvement to job satisfaction and satisfaction of working environment.

Public outdoor spatial environment and its convenient facilities are playing an important role in providing space for various student activities in university campus. Previous studies have shown that many socio-demographic-economic students' background and motivation have impacted the level of academic achievement. Moreover, research also contended that school facilities at some points also influenced students' academic performance. Thus, the aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between the level of academic achievement and satisfaction of various spatial environment through survey. For that purpose, one university campus was selected and evaluation indexes were categorized into five major components of physical and experimental environment, later supported by factor analysis. Correlation analysis found that extracted factors were significantly interrelated to academic achievement. Further, regression analysis also explored sense of belonging as major predictor of academic achievement. Finally the study suggested that campus plan be approached carefully, because such experimental environment as diverse club activities at outdoor environment is a key element to academic achievement even though rated low scores in satisfaction.

본 연구는 일학습병행 사업관계자 직무연수 참여자 2,543명의 교육훈련 만족도 조사 결과를 활용하여 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자를 주 대상으로 한 교육훈련의 성과분석을 진행하고, 교육과정 효과성 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련은 매우 높은 수준의 학습자 만족도를 나타내 성공적인 교육훈련을 제공한 것으로 평가되었다. 교육과정 운영 현황 및 교육 참여자 특성은 학습자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 강사·주제·시설환경·운영 측면의 만족은 모두 교육과정 만족에 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

PURPOSE. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of sociodemographic factors on quality of satisfaction towards denture treatment. MATERIALS AND METHODS. One hundred subjects (filling inclusion criteria) who were wearing a denture for at least two months were enrolled and divided into five groups on the basis of sociodemographic variables (age, gender, literacy level, socio-economic and marital status). Questionnaires consisting of 38 questions (positive and negative attitude towards denture satisfaction) related to patients' perception of clinical outcome in different domains such as mastication, appearance, speech, comfort, health, denture care and social status were scored by the subjects. Questions reflecting positive attitude were scored as 2, 1, or 0 (yes, uncertain and no, respectively) and reversely for the negative questions. Statistical analysis was done by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (${\alpha}$= .05). RESULTS. Level of denture satisfaction was higher in age subgroup belonging to 45 - 65 years of age in relation to comfort, health and denture care. Female and male showed significant priority for denture treatment because of esthetic and function respectively. Level of satisfaction was statistically significant with literacy level. Upper high income group showed significantly higher level of satisfaction only in case of social status. Married group showed significantly higher satisfaction level only with comfort. CONCLUSION. Patients' sociodemographic variables were influential factors on denture satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to develop children-friendly comic books and animation for dietary education of 3rd or 4th grade elementary students. Through a literature review on current dietary problems and dietary education for children, 15 educational themes were chosen on both healthy eating and safe dietary life. Comic books and animation were developed based on the themes by the brainstorming and help of professional animators, and they were applied and evaluated in the field. The developed comic books and animation, with its own characters, proved to be of high quality and effective educational materials for children's healthy and safe eating. Compared with the reference group, the tested group has shown a significant improvement in dietary knowledge and attitude (p < 0.05). And both parents (level of understanding 4.29, level of interest 4.49, level of usefulness 4.46, level of design satisfaction 3.95 in 5-point Likert scale) and children (level of understanding 4.63, level of interest 4.57, level of usefulness of 1st comic book 4.44, 2nd comic book 4.49, level of design satisfaction 4.06, level of usefulness for knowledge pages 4.22 in 5-point Likert scale) have shown high levels of interests and satisfaction. Therefore, these materials could be utilized as effective educational materials for elementary students in school lunch time, extra-curricular activities, or after school programs.
