우리나라 학생들의 시험불안 진단을 위한 도구 개발 과정 (DEVELOPMENT OF THE KOREAN FORM OF THE TEST ANXIETY INVENTORY)

  • 지금까지 시험불안을 진단하기 위해 여러 방법들이 동원되어 왔는데, 그 중 가장 널리 쓰이는 것은 자기보고에 의한 방법이다. Spielberger의 Test Anxiety Inventory(TAI)는 시험불안의 정서적, 인지적인 측면을 구분하여 측정할 수 있는 자기보고식 검사도구로서, 이를 우리나라 학생들에게 실시한 결과 그들의 시험불안 요인을 설명하기에 이 TAI 문항만으로는 적절하지 못하다고 판단되었다. 그리하여 우리나라 학생들을 개인별로 면담한 자료와 현재 사용되고 있는 기존의 검사문항을 추가시켜 문항분석을 통해서 25문항으로 이루어진 국민학생용과 35문항으로 된 중, 고등학생용을 완성하여 TAI-K라 정하였다. 이 TAI-K의 신뢰도 검증은 Cronbach's ${\alpha}와$ 2주 간격으로 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 통해서 이루어졌으며(국민학생용 : ${\alpha}=.90,$ 검사-재검사 신뢰도 : r=.78 ; 중, 고등학생용 : ${\alpha}=.94,$ r=.85), 타당도검증은 일반불안 척도들과 Self-esteem Scale, 성격요인 검사를 통해서 이루어졌다. 그 결과 시험불안은 일반불안과 정적상관이 높으며, Self-esteem과 부적상관을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

청소년의 정보윤리행동 예측 모형 설계 (Design of the Prediction Model for Information Ethics Behavior of Adolescents)

  • 정보화 사회에서 청소년들은 정보윤리와 관련한 다양한 문제행동에 있어서 자신도 모르게 피해자와 가해자가 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회심리이론의 다양한 모형을 분석하여 정보윤리행동 예측 모형을 개발하고 청소년들의 정보윤리행동 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 간의 관계를 회귀분석을 통하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 설정한 정보윤리행동 예측 모형에서 정보윤리와 관련한 행동에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동 통제, 과거 행동 모두가 정보윤리행동 의도를 형성하며, 이는 정보윤리행동으로 옮겨지는데 있어서 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 정보윤리행동에 대한 태도는 나머지 3개의 독립변인보다 행동 의도에 미치는 영향이 가장 크게 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 향후 개발될 각종 정보윤리행동과 관련한 다양한 측정 도구와 교육 및 상담 자료 개발을 위한 선행 연구로서 폭넓게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

육군 병사들의 커플관계에 관한 연구 : 군 생활 스트레스, 커플관계 탄력성, 그리고 군 생활 적응의 관계 (Study on the Couple Relationships in Military : Relationship among Military life Stress, Couple Relationship Resilience and Military Adjustment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 커플관계에 어려움을 경험하는 군 내 병사들의 커플관계 탄력성, 군 생활 스트레스, 군 생활 적응의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 전방 1개 사단, 후방 1개 사단에서 병사들을 대상으로 총 239부의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 이용하여, 상관분석, t-test, 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하기 위하여 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 커플관계탄력성은 군 생활 스트레스와는 부적 상관관계를 군생활 적응과는 정적상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 커플관계 탄력성은 군 생활 적응에 유의미한 영향력을 나타내었다. 셋째, 군 생활 스트레스와 군 생활 적응의 관계에서 커플관계 탄력성은 부분 매개효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 커플관계에 어려움을 호소하는 병사들의 군 생활 적응력을 높이기 위한 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있으며, 본 연구 결과를 활용하여 병사들의 군 생활 부적응 현상의 하나인 커플관계에 대한 이해를 높이고, 커플관계의 역경과 스트레스를 부정적으로 이해하는 것이 아니라 긍정적인 측면에서 성장 가능성을 찾도록 도와줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 하위 유형별 연속수행과제 양상의 예비 연구 (A Preliminary Study for Continuous Performance Test by Subtypes of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare two subtypes of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and controls in their attention using ADHD diagnostic system (ADS), a kind of continuous performance test. Methods : Subjects of this study were 8 children with ADHD-predominantly inattentive type, 28 children with ADHD-combined type and 20 control children. Ages ranged from 5 to 14 years. The Korean Educational Development Institute version of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (KEDI-WISC) and the ADS were administered to all subjects to provide measures of intelligence and attention. Results : Significant differences were found in the ADS variables for the three groups. When compared with controls, the ADHD-predominantly inattentive type children scored significantly higher on the omission error at middle stage and later stage and ADHD-combined type children scored significantly higher on the omission error and reaction time at later stage. When compared with the other two groups, the ADHD-combined type children scored significantly higher on the commission error at all three stages. Conclusion : Our results suggest that the two subtypes of ADHD have different features in attention deficit. And there was a possibility that commission error is available variable to show cognitive characteristics of ADHD-combined type than any other ADS variables. Further studies are needed to evaluate this finding.

온라인 게임과 학습과의 관련성 분석 연구 (An Exploratory Study For Online Game-Based Learning Theory)

  • 최근 e-러닝에서의 몰입 학습을 위해 게임의 재미(fun) 요소를 활용하고자 하는 시도들이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 게임을 e-러닝에 접목시키는 본격적으로 시도에 앞서, 학습 전략으로서 게임의 효과성에 대한 이론과 관련 선행 연구를 분석하였다. 수용자가 게임에 몰입하는 이유로서 커뮤니티 속성, 빠른 피드백, 그리고 스토리텔링 요소가 제시되었다. 게임이 학습에 미치는 효과는 개별학습의 경우는 인지유연성 이론, 구조주의학습이론, 성찰적 실천 이론에 의해서, 협력학습의 경우는 사회문화적 구성주의와 상황주의 이론에 의해서 설명될 수 있었다. 각 이론적 관점별로 관련 선행연구 사례 분석을 통해 이러한 이론적 관점들의 타당성이 확인되었다. 이러한 분석 결과, 게임이 갖고 있는 몰입 학습의 장치들이 정규 교육 또는 e-러닝과 접목되기 위해서는 수업 설계 전략이나 동기 전략에 대한 연구 이전에, 보다 근본적인 차원에서 학습을 보는 패러다임의 변화와 입시 중심, 분과 교과 중심의 전통적인 교육 체제의 전환이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

한국 육군 일개 사단에서 군 복무 부적응자들의 정신의학적 평가 : 그린캠프 참가자들을 중심으로 (Psychiatric Evaluation of Maladaptive Male Conscripts in a Division of the Republic of Korean Army : Focus on Green Camp Participants)

  • Objectives : In this study, we aimed to elucidate the demographic and psychological characteristics of maladaptive soldiers in the Republic of Korean Army. Methods : Study participants included 110 male conscripts who had participated in the Green camp, which was a form of group psychosocial treatment program for maladaptive soldiers. All participants were interviewed and diagnosed by a psychiatrist, and classified into two groups according to whether they left or rejoined the army. We analyzed the differences between these two groups in terms of demographic features, psychiatric diagnosis and the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) subscores. Results : Compared with soldiers who rejoined their units, those who left military service exhibited significantly lower educational level (p=0.041) and a higher rate in psychiatric treatment prior to enlistment (p=0.011). Among the 106 subjects, 63 (59.4%) and 23 (21.7%) were diagnosed with personality disorder and adjustment disorder, respectively. Further, those who left military service were diagnosed more frequently with mood disorder (p=0.001) and schizophrenia (p=0.014) than those who rejoined their units. Additionally, the MMPI scores of soldiers who left military service were significantly higher on the psychasthenia (p=0.028) and schizophrenia (p=0.039) scales than those of soldiers who rejoined their units. Conclusion : Most of the maladaptive soldiers were diagnosed with mental disorders. The results of this study suggest that systematic, consistent psychiatric evaluation and intervention for maladaptive male conscripts is crucial in the Republic of Korean army.

The Lived Space of Mathematics Learning: An Attempt for Change

  • Background Phenomenography suggests that more variation is associated with wider ways of experiencing phenomena. In the discipline of mathematics, broadening the 'lived space' of mathematics learning might enhance students' ability to solve mathematics problems Aims The aim of the present study is to: 1. enhance secondary school students' capabilities for dealing with mathematical problems; and 2. examine if students' conception of mathematics can thereby be broadened. Sample 410 Secondary 1 students from ten schools participated in the study and the reference group consisted of 275 Secondary 1 students. Methods The students were provided with non-routine problems in their normal mathematics classes for one academic year. Their attitudes toward mathematics, their conceptions of mathematics, and their problem-solving performance were measured both at the beginning and at the end of the year. Results and conclusions Hierarchical regression analyses revealed that the problem-solving performance of students receiving non-routine problems improved more than that of other students, but the effect depended on the level of use of the non-routine problems and the academic standards of the students. Thus, use of non-routine mathematical problems that appropriately fits students' ability levels can induce changes in their lived space of mathematics learning and broaden their conceptions of mathematics and of mathematics learning.

패션디자인 교육을 통한 시니어 여성의 뇌파 및 심리적 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Senior Woman's Psychological & Brain Wave Changes through Fashion Design Education)

  • In this study, the impact of the fashion design education on the brain wave and the psychological change of the senior females and its change was intended to analyze. 16 senior females were selected as a subject and the brain wave and the psychology were analyzed before and after the educational program of 4 hours a day for total 3 weeks. Out of the brain wave, the increase of alpha wave represents the mental stability and the comfortable state and its decrease represents the tension and stress. On the contrary, the increase of beta wave represents the tension and the excitation. In the brain wave analysis results, the alpha wave was increased and the beta wave was decreased after the design education program, through which it is deemed that the design education would help to increase the psychological stability and to decrease the tension and the stress in the senior females. In the results of analyzing the psychological test, while the test results for 4 senior females were shown as anxious out of 16 senior females, the BAI score was decreased to 'minor anxiety' after the education and the BAI score was decreased except 2 subjects, through it is deemed that the fashion design education would help to reduce the anxiety in the senior females and it seems that it is coincided with the beta wave analysis results.

A Study on Perceived Weight, Eating Habits, and Unhealthy Weight Control Behavior in Korean Adolescents

  • This study compared actual weight with perceived weight, described the prevalence of unhealthy weight control behavior, determined the differences in psychological and personal variables between participants that reported unhealthy weight control behavior and those who did not, and examined the relationship of eating habits to unhealthy weight control behavior for Korean adolescents. The study population consisted of a nationally representative sample of middle and high school students who completed the Fifth Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (KYRBWS): Fifth in 2009. Among the 75,066 participants of KYRBWS, 35,473 (n = 18,851 girls and 16,622 boys) were eligible for a research focused on unhealthy weight control behavior. The results of this research were as follows: First, there were considerable discrepancies (45.1% of girls and 32.8% of boys) between the perceived weight and the actual weight. Second, overall, unhealthy weight control behavior was more prevalent in girls and fasting was the most commonly reported behavior. Third, participants that reported unhealthy weight control behavior scored significantly lower on scaled measures of happiness, health, academic achievement, and economic status; in addition, they scored higher on stress measures. Fourth, girls and boys shared common protective factors of having breakfast and vegetables more often, perceiving their weight as underweight rather than overweight, and having a correct weight conception. Protective factors unique to girls were having lunch and dinner more often. Girls and boys shared common risk factors of the consumption of soda, fast food, instant noodles, and snacks more often, while consumption of fruit more often was a risk factor only for girls. The improvement of protective factors and minimization of risk factors through Home Economics classes (and other classes relevant to health) may mitigate unhealthy weight control behavior of adolescents.

중등 과학교과의 수업모형 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Instructional Models for Secondary School Science)

  • The primary goal of this study was to suggest the ways of developing various types of instructional models which could be effectively used for science lessons in secondary schools. In order to attain this goal this study used literature review as its main method. This study was carried out through the process of three steps as follows: The conceptual relationship among instruction. teaching, and learning was examined. Then the general instructional models built on the traditional epistemology and psychology were reviewed and analyzed in terms of their characteristics and limits. The nature of instructional models developed for science education in secondary schools were analyzed The essential features and limits of the models were discussed in relation to their theoretical background and applicabilities to actual practices of science education. The implications for science learning were drawn from modem philosophy of science, which were used for developing instructional model. The strategies for using the new instructional model was also suggested. One general model of science instruction was given as an example applicable for science classrooms. The model was composed of appropriate teaching strategies and processes.
