As the side effects of information society, for example hacking, virus, etc., diffuse, the information security becomes one of the most important issues over the world. Information security manpower are critical factor to complete secure information society. In spite of many plans formulated and implemented by government and civil sector, there is no systematic analysis on the current status of information security educational institutions in Korea. This article aims to analyze the current status of information security educational institutions - colleges, universities, graduate schools and civil academies with Statistical Yearbook of Education and the research of KAIT[11].

본 연구는 과학기술 발전에 따른 테크놀로지 기반의 교육이 확산됨에 따라 교사와 학생의 디지털 기기 보유가 필수적으로 요구되지만 정부의 예산으로 이를 충당하는 데는 현실적인 한계가 있으므로 그 대안으로서의 BYOD를 고려하고, 정책 시행을 위한 구체적인 방안을 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 구체적으로 BYOD의 개념과 특징이 소개되었으며, 선도모델로서의 미국의 수행사례들을 통한 장단점이 분석되었고, 이에 기반하여 BYOD의 국내 운영 가이드라인이 제도적 측면과 인프라 측면이 제시되었다. 제도적 측면으로는 주로 기술적 문제, 활용, 파손, 정보격차, 정보보호, 자원활용 등이 논의되었으며, 인프라 측면은 활용기기의 조건, 네트워크, 필터링, 소프트웨어 등이 다루어졌다. 결론적으로, BYOD는 교육에서 테크놀로지를 활용하기 위한 정책적 대안으로서, 제도 및 인프라 정비를 완료하여 성공적인 실행을 도모하기 위한 철저한 준비가 필요함이 강조되었다. 본 연구는 BYOD 시행을 위한 세부적인 지표와 대응전략을 설정하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 본격적인 시행의 기반이 될 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

이 연구에서는 교육당국이 주도하는 독서교육 정책의 현황을 점검하고 독서교육 정책을 둘러싼 논란과 비판의 실체를 검토하였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 독서교육 정책의 문제점을 분석하고 독서교육 정책 및 독서교육의 바람직한 방향과 대안을 모색하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze expenditure on children's private, after-school education, perceptional need for private education, and budget planning pattern for the expenditure of education applying survey data, and to investigate current situation to Identify solving planning for digital age. taking on-line educational service system and internet financial planning for children's educational expenditure into account. Under the purposes, this study especially focused on the condition of on-line educational service system and the merits as well as problems of the system, the need for household financial planning for children's education, and the condition or nature of internet financial planning system, in terms of providing market information and of suggesting policy implications.

The purpose of this study is to propose evaluation factors for elementary school facility in terms of educational adequacy. The focal point of this study is to clarify the proper measure of educational facility evaluation in the light of specific characteristics of facility. In order to improve the level of educational adequacy, more information is needed regarding school facility design and various factors which affect to the design. This is important works because such information is essential in implementing facility design to meet the needs of the new educational policy. To get the goal, first, it is attempted to analyse the meaning of design information which deeply affect on the school facility design. The design information is classified into three main aspects, such as human aspect, social aspect and physical aspect. The design information regarding the physical space verses human psychology and behavior belongs to category of human aspect. Pedagogic ideology which varies depend upon the time and regions is classified into the category of social aspect. The Physical aspect means efficient equipment performance of space to support educational activities effectively. Secondly, as for the educational adequacy evaluation concern, it is attempted to select more items which usually has been neglected by the existing evaluation criteria which mainly emphasized functional performances only. With the premise of the above, in this paper, it is attempted to propose proper evaluation factors in terms of educational adequacy for school facilities. As the research methods, researching of literature on this subject, field trip, interview, site analysis, and survey is used.

본 연구는 교육정보화 사업을 통해 현재까지 보급된 초 중등학교 하드웨어, 소프트웨어에 대하여 문제점을 분석하고 교육정보자원 운영의 내실화 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 관련된 문제를 규명하고 내실화를 위한 방안들을 도출해 내기 위해서 본 연구에서는 관련된 이전의 연구자료를 분석하고 설문 조사를 통하여 학교에서 교육 정보 자원의 사용에 대한 현 상태를 조사하였으며 학교 현장 및 국내 유관 부처를 방문하여 면담을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 초 중등학교 교육정보자원 운영의 내실화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 산출된 교육정보자원 운영의 내실화 방안들이 초 중등학교 및 정부부처에서 관련 정책을 수립하고 집행하는데 있어 유용한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

정보사회에서 대학도서관과 학교도서관은 학생의 정보활용능력 신장이라는 공통의 목적을 갖는다. 따라서 대학도서관과 학교도서관은 학생의 정보활용능력을 매개로 연계가 가능하다. 본고에서는 대학과 학교도서관의 연계 방안으로 대학도서관 방문프로그램을 소개하고 제안한다. 학교도서관의 입장에서 이 프로그램은 자료와 사서교사의 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 도서관 기반 학습을 활성화 할 수 있는 대안이 될 수 있다. 대학도서관의 입장에서는 지역사회개방에 따른 자료부족 문제, 사서의 업무 증가 문제. 열람석 부족 문제 등을 해결할 수 있는 하나의 방안이 될 수 있다. 그리고 사서의 교육적 역할 증진에 기여할 것이다.

조직의 정보보안을 강화하기 위해서는 정보보안설비에 대한 투자도 중요하지만 조직구성원들의 정보보안인식 역시 매우 중요하다. 이러한 정보보안인식을 높이기 위해서는 효과적인 교육이 필요하다. 하지만 대부분의 조직에서 활용하는 집체교육방식은 그다지 효과적이지 못하다. 기능성 게임을 이용한 교육 방식은 이에 대해 좋은 대안이 될 수 있다. 기능성 게임을 이용한 교육 방식은 이미 다양한 사례 및 연구를 통해 효과성이 입증되었고 많은 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개별 정보보안정책 중요도에 대한 조직원들의 인식을 향상시키기 위하여 게임 프로그램을 설계 및 구현하였다. 조직원들을 대상으로 교육을 수행하였으며 교육 전 후 평가 데이터 분석을 통해 개별 정보보안정책 중요도에 대한 인식 변화 여부를 조사하였다.

This research has investigated the perceptions of subject specialization services and the opinions of students majoring in library and information science preparing for librarianship, librarians operating in the field, and library directors on the status and ways of nurturing subject specialization for librarians, among others. To this end, based on the results of previous research and the survey questionnaire analysis, we have presented a policy to train subject librarians. First, we have proposed a plan for systematizing the current educational system within the department of library and information science. We have also suggested ways to secure subject expertise based on curriculum management, minor programs, multi-major programs, and interdisciplinary major programs based on the standard curriculum model. Second, we have presented a subject specialization educational system for field librarians, and further suggested details for the development of an educational program that can help build subject expertise and the operation of educational methods as well as the personnel in charge of implementing the educational programs. Third, we have proposed institutionalization of the qualifications of the subject librarian where the qualification requirements have been organized considering academic background, major program, library career, and career experience in the subject specialization service, further suggesting the implementation and maintenance of the system.

Services, despite the difficulty of its exact definition, can be defined as deeds, efforts, or performances by economical bodies, attributing to four unique characteristics - intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity, and perishability. This study aims to research the global competition and problems of the local professional services, especially educational services and health services, and to suggest some devices for increasing the exportation of both educational services and health services. Educational services and health services were reserved in the multilateral negotiation to open the WTO parties' markets because of its national public benefits. But it is indispensable to open our local market by the bilateral FTA negotiation. Legal restrictions, therefore, related to both education and health should be erased according to the basic rule of the market competition, and it is advisable to control the national public benefit of these services by enacting the different legal systems. For recovering from minus balance of payment in the educational services or health services, furthermore, it is necessary to drive rather some offensive exporting policies than the defensive policy against supply from the foreign countries. In conclusion, the korean Foreign Trade Act and other relative acts should be revised, and both educational services and health services should be contained within the definition of "the international trade" for the governmental benefits of supporting the services exportation.
