간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스, 의사소통능력 및 소진과의 관계 (The Relationship between Clinical Practice Stress, Communication Competence and Burnout in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상실습스트레스, 의사소통능력 및 소진과의 관계를 규명하여, 간호대학생의 소진을 감소시키기 위한 프로그램 개발 마련의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. M시 소재한 1개 대학교 임상실습 경험이 있는 3·4학년 간호대학생 대상으로 2020년 9월 17일부터 9월 30일까지 자료수집 하였다. 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스는 3.08점, 의사소통능력 3.38점, 소진 2.94점으로 5점 만점에 보통 이상으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 임상실습스트레스 차이는 실습만족도(F=7.058 p=.001)에 유의한 차이를 보였고, 소진은 연령(F=5.159 p=.007), 입학동기(F=3.034 p=.019), 실습만족도(F=7.718 p=.001)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 임상실습스트레스와 의사소통능력은 유의한 음의 상관관계(r=-.223, p<.001), 임상실습스트레스와 소진은 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.194 p<.001)를 나타냈으며, 의사소통능력과 소진은 유의한 음의 상관관계r=-.155, p=.032)를 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 교육 방안을 모색하고, 의사소통능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

Formation of a Professional Communication Culture Among the Students Using Information Technologies

  • Analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature, we found the researchers' interest in the problem posed. The concept of "culture of professional communication» is considered, which is interpreted as the level of realization of creative abilities, exchange of messages, organization of mutual understanding, mutual knowledge in the process of professionally directed interaction between subjects, in which interpersonal relationships arise, manifest and form. The concept of "professional culture of communication of a teacher" is interpreted. The motives that are socially significant in the professional communication of the teacher are highlighted. The necessity of forming a culture of professional communication among students, in particular by means of information technologies in the present, is clarified. The interactive component of professional communication is considered. The types of interactions between people in everyday life (ritual and entertainment interaction, joint purposeful activity, no interaction, game and interpersonal interaction) are identified. Traditional and specific forms and methods of teaching are written out. All interactive technologies carried out by means of information technologies are conventionally divided into four groups, depending on the form of educational activity appropriate for their use (pair (work of the subject with the teacher or peers one on one by means of Information Technologies); frontal (the teacher simultaneously teaches a group of subjects by means of Information Technologies); group or cooperative (all subjects teach each other by means of Information Technologies); individual (independent work of the subject using Information Technologies)). In the higher education institution, future specialists should learn knowledge, acquire skills on the basic rules of the culture of professional communication and methods of interaction and their effective use, which is possible with the use of Information Technologies. Recommendations for optimal professional communication have been developed that help you express your thoughts easily and beautifully, and conduct a dialogue in a relaxed and harmonious way.

Use of Multimedia Technologies in Extra-Curricular Works in Order to Improve the Quality of Training of Future Specialists

  • The article deals with the role of extra-curricular work by means of multimedia technologies in order to improve the quality of training of future specialists. An important condition for achieving high results in training specialists is the optimal combination of classroom and independent extra-curricular work of students by means of multimedia technologies. Very significant is the development of student independence, the formation of skills of independent search activity, the ability to take responsibility, independently solve a problem, find constructive solutions, a way out of a crisis situation, and so on. Extra-curricular work forms students' ability to master the techniques of analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison; develops flexibility of thinking; opens up opportunities for the development and stabilization of positive learning motives to activate the process of mastering knowledge by means of multimedia technologies as a means of forming the personality of a highly qualified specialist. The concept of multimedia as one of the priority areas of Information Technology, which plays a particularly important role in the process of informatization of education, is revealed, and its advantages in education are shown. The advent of multimedia systems optimizes transformations in education, in many areas of professional activity, science, art, etc. The necessity of distance learning to improve the quality of training of future specialists using multimedia technologies in extra-curricular work is justified. The effectiveness of pedagogical support in the process of distance learning is achieved by the following conditions, which is revealed in the article. Various forms and types of extra-curricular work of students that are used in the modern practice of the educational environment of a higher education institution are described. Scientific and informational activity is considered a key area of information activity. The analysis of scientific and information activities in the field of education allows us to identify its main functions, which emphasize the growing role of scientific information in the education system, in particular, extra-curricular work using multimedia technologies. Operational, complete, accurate, targeted information that meets objective and subjective needs becomes an important link between the field of management, science and practice.

창의적 학습 경영을 위한 자기주도학습 기초요인 분석 (Analysis of Basic Factors of Self-Directed Learning for the Creative Leaning Management)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 고등학생들의 학습장면에서 학습몰입과 자기주도학습의 관계에서 학습동기와 학업적효능감의 기능에 대한 구조적 관계를 밝히는 것이다. 연구목적을 수행하기 위하여 이론적 배경과 선행연구 결과를 바탕으로 측정모형을 검증하였고 최종모형을 선택하였다. 최초의 가설모형은 자기주도학습능력이 학습동기와 학업적효능감과 학습몰입에 직접효과를 미치고 학습동기와 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 학습몰입에 간접효과를 미친다는 것이었다. 그러나 가설모델의 경로 중 자기주도 학습에서 학습동기, 학습동기에서 학습몰입에로의 유의도가 떨어지는 것으로 나타나 모델의 적합도를 크게 훼손하지 않는 범위에서 경로를 수정하고 최종모델을 확정하였다. 이 모델을 검증하기 위하여 서울시내에 소재하고 있는 고등학생 900명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 배부된 자료를 수집하여 무응답 및 결측자료를 제외한 총 815명의 자료를 바탕으로 AMOS v21.0 및 SPSS v21.0을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과 학습몰입에 자기주도학습, 학업효능감이 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자기주도학습과 학업적효능감은 학습동기와 학습몰입의 관계에서 간접적 영향도 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 고등학생의 자기주도적학습과 학습몰입의 관계에 있어서 학습동기와 학업효능감이 학습몰입을 경험하게 하는 긍정적인 요인임을 말해주는 것임을 의미한다. 따라서 고등학생의 창의적 학습능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 정규교육과정 기간 동안 학습몰입 경험을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 다양한 교육적 시도가 필요하며, 학생들의 학업적효능감을 높여줄 수 있도록 수준에 맞는 교육 방법과 환경이 절실히 요구된다고 할 것이다.

방화범죄의 실태와 그 대책 - 관심도와 동기의 다양화에 대한 대응 - (The Reserch on Actual Condition of Crime of Arson Which Occurs in Korea and Its Countermeasures)

  • This article is the reserch on actual condition of crime of arson which occurs in Korea and its countermeasures. The the presented problem in this article are that (1) we have generally very low rate concern about the crime of arson contrary to realistic problems of rapid increase of crime of arson (2) as such criminal motives became so diverse as to the economic or criminal purpose unlike characteristic and mental deficiency of old days, and to countermeasure these problems effectively it presentation the necessity of systemantic research. Based on analysis of reality of arson, the tendency of this arson in Korea in the ratio of increase is said to be higher than those in violence crime or general fire rate. and further its rate is far more greater than those of the U.S.A. and Japan. Arson is considered to be a method of using fire as crime and in case of presently residence to be the abject, it is a public offense crime which aqccompany fatality in human life. This is the well It now fact to all of us. And further in order to presentation to the crime of arson, strictness of criminal law (criminal law No, 164 and 169, and fire protection law No. 110 and 111) and classification of arsonist as felony are institutionary reinforced to punish with certainty of possibility, Therefore, as tendency of arson has been increased compared to other nations, it is necessary to supplement strategical policy to bring out overall concerns of the seriousness of risk and damage of arson, which have been resulted from the lack of understanding. In characteristics analysis of crime of arson, (1) It is now reveald that, in the past such crime rate appeared far more within the boundary of town or city areas in the past, presently increased rate of arsons in rural areas are far more than in the town or small city areas, thereby showing characteristics of crime of arson extending nation wide. (2) general timetable of arson shows that night more than day time rate, and reveald that is trait behavior in secrecy.(3) arsonists are usually arrested at site or by victim or report of third person(82,9%).Investigation activities or self surrenders rate only 11.2%. The time span of arrest is normally the same day of arson and at times it takes more than one year to arrest. This reveals its necessity to prepare for long period of time for arrest, (4) age rate of arson is in their thirties mostly as compared to homicide, robbery and adultery, and considerable numbers of arsons are in old age of over fifties. It reveals age rate is increased (5) Over half of the arsonists are below the junior high school (6) the rate of convicts by thier records is based on first offenders primarily and secondly more than 4 time convicts. This apparently shows necessity of effective correctional education policy for their social assimilation together with re-investigation of human education at the primary and secondary education system in thier life. The examples of motivation for arosnits, such as personal animosity, fury, monetary swindle, luscious purpose and other aims of destroying of proof, and other social resistance, violence including ways of threatening, beside the motives of individual defects, are diverse and arsonic suicide and specifically suicidal accompany together keenly manifested. When we take this fact with the criminal theory, it really reveals arsons of crime are increasing and its casualities are serious and a point as a way of suicide is the anomie theory of Durkheim and comensurate with the theory of that of Merton, Specifically in the arson of industrial complex, it is revealed that one with revolutionary motive or revolting motive would do the arsonic act. For the policy of prevention of arsons, professional research work in organizational cooperation for preventive activities is conducted in municipal or city wise functions in the name of Parson Taskforces and beside a variety of research institutes in federal government have been operating effectively to countermeasure in many fields of research. Franch and Sweden beside the U.S. set up a overall operation of fire prevention research funtions and have obtained very successful result. Japan also put their research likewise for countermeasure. In this research as a way of preventive fire policy, first, it is necessary to accomodate the legal preventitive activities for fire prevention in judicial side and as an administrative side, (1) precise statistic management of crime of arson (2) establishment of professional research functions or a corporate (3) improvement of system for cooperative structural team for investigation of fires and menpower organization of professional members. Secondly, social mentality in individual prospect, recognition of fires by arson and youth education of such effect, educational program for development and practical promotion. Thirdly, in view of environmental side, the ways of actual performance by programming with the establishment of cooperative advancement in local social function elements with administrative office, habitants, school facilities and newspapers measures (2) establishment of personal protection where weak menpowers are displayed in special fire prevention measures. These measures are presented for prevention of crime of arson. The control of crime and prevention shall be prepared as a means of self defence by the principle of self responsibility Specifically arsonists usually aims at the comparatively weak control of fire prevention is prevalent and it is therefore necessary to prepare individual facilities with their spontaneous management of fire prevention instead of public municipal funtures of local geverment. As Clifford L. Karchmer asserted instead of concerns about who would commit arson, what portion of area would be the target of the arson. It is effective to minister spontaveously the fire prevention measure in his facility with the consideration of characteristics of arson. On the other hand, it is necessary for the concerned personnel of local goverment and groups to distribute to the local society in timely manner for new information about the fire prevention, thus contribute to effective result of fire prevention result. In consideration of these factors, it is inevitable to never let coincide with the phemonemon of arsons in similar or mimic features as recognized that these could prevail just an epedemic as a strong imitational attitude. In processing of policy to encounter these problems, it is necessary to place priority of city policy to enhancement of overall concerns toward the definitive essense of crime of arson.

체중조절용 조제식품과 다이어트 건강기능식품 섭취자의 체형 및 체중조절 인식에 관한 연구 (Perceptions of Body Shape and Weight Control in Individuals Consuming Weight-Control or Functional Health Foods)

  • 본 연구는 다이어트 건강기능식품 또는 체중조절용 조제식품을 섭취하는 성인의 체형 및 체중조절에 대한 인식을 조사함으로써, 소비자 특성을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 1) 조사 대상자는 남자 28.6%, 여자 71.4%, 평균 연령 $34.2{\pm}5.9$세, 대졸 71.9%, 기혼 65.8%로 나타났고, 월평균소득은 300만원 이상인 가정이 총 88.1%로 높게 나타났다. 또한 과체중 및 비만 (BMI ${\geq}$ 23)이 64.6%, 정상범주 (BMI < 23.0)인 사람들이 35.4%를 차지하여, 비만하지 않은 사람들도 상업용 제품을 비교적 많이 섭취하고 있었다. 2) 체형인식은 73.4%가 '살찐 편'으로, 체형만족도는 여자가 남자보다 유의적으로 낮았다. BMI ${\geq}$ 23인 사람들은 '남자'또는 '만 35~44세' 또는 '기혼' 또는 '사무직 등' 또는 '주부'라는 특성을 갖으며, BMI < 23인 사람들은 '여자', 또는 '만 25~34세' 또는 '미혼'또는 직업은 '서비스직 등'와 '대학생 등'라는 특성을 나타냈다. 3) 체중조절인식 조사결과, 다이어트시 중점 사항은 '체중감량'이 가장 우선이며, 이를 일반특성에 따라 분석해 보면, 남자는 '체지방 감소'에, 여자는 '체중감량'에, 미혼은 '체지방 감소', '건강회복', '몸매개선'에, 기혼은 '체중감량', '체중증가 억제'에, 또한 BMI ${\geq}$ 23인 사람들은 '체중감량'과 '체지방 감소'에, BMI < 23인 사람들은 '건강회복'과 '몸매개선'에 더 중점을 두는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다이어트 동기로는 '정상체중 유지' (25.6%), '산후 체중조절' (7%), '건강관리'(9%) 등의 객관적인 동기는 42.1%, 보다 주관적인 동기인 '남의 시선 의식', '원하는 디자인의 옷을 입기위해'등은 57.9%로 나타났다. 4) 두 제품유형을 섭취하는 사람들 간의 체형인식의 유의적 차이는 없었으나, 다이어트 건강기능식품 섭취군에서는 '정상체중 유지' (29.3%)와 '건강관리를 위해' (12.7%) 라는 동기가 우선이었고, '체지방감소', '체중증가 억제'에 중점을 두어 다이어트를 하는 경향을 보였다. 반면 체중조절용 조제식품 섭취군에서는 '원하는 디자인의 옷을 입기 위해' (35.8%)라는 동기가 가장 높았고, '체중 감량'에 중점을 두어 다이어트를 하는 경향을 보였다.

어린이집 보조인력의 노동실태 및 요구분석: 보조교사, 대체교사, 부담임 교사를 중심으로 (Analysis of the Present Condition and Demand for the Assistant Workforce in Korean Childcare Center)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 보조인력의 노동실태와 요구를 파악하고, 보육교사 정책에 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2017년 8월 한달간 총 190명의 어린이집 보조인력인 누리 일반 보조교사, 보육도우미, 대체교사, 부담임교사를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 보조인력의 노동실태와 요구분석을 위해 현 기관 취업경로 및 근무이유, 근로여건, 직무 및 교육실태, 애로사항을 조사하였다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS 12.0을 활용하여 빈도분석과 차이분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 보조인력은 본인의 형편에 맞는 시간대에 일할 수 있어 노동을 선택하였으며, 진입경로로는 보조교사, 대체교사는 주로 육아종합지원센터의 구인광고를 통해, 보육도우미와 부담임은 지인소개 및 추천을 통하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 근로여건에서는 일일 근무시간은 '4~8시간'인 경우가 73.7%, '51만 원 이상~100만 원 미만'인 경우가 57.9%였다. 하루 평균 휴게시간은 약 30분, 17%는 휴게시간이 전무한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무 및 교육실태를 살펴보면, 보조인력은 '유아지도 및 상호작용', '청소 청결 관련 업무'를 가장 활발히 수행하였으며, '청소 청결 관련 업무'와 '아침 돌봄 야간 돌봄'에 대한 인력 충원이 시급하다고 인식하였다. 넷째, 애로사항에서 보조 인력은 임금과 관련된 불만족과 고용불안정에 어려움을 느끼고 있었으며, 비정규직의 정규직화에 동의하는 이유는 고용 안정성 때문으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 비정규직 문제해결을 위한 선결과제는 비정규직과 정규직의 임금격차 해소, 노동시간단축 및 노동조건 개선이었다. 본 연구는 그동안 정책연구에서 소외되었던 어린이집 보조인력에 대해 주목하고, 어린이집 보조인력의 입장에서 노동 실태에 응답한 결과를 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
