Main content extraction of web pages is widely used in search engines, web content aggregation and mobile Internet browsing. However, a mass of irrelevant information such as advertisement, irrelevant navigation and trash information is included in web pages. Such irrelevant information reduces the efficiency of web content processing in content-based applications. The purpose of this paper is to propose an automatic main content extraction method of web pages. In this method, we use two indicators to describe characteristics of web pages: text density and hyperlink density. According to continuous distribution of similar content on a page, we use an estimation algorithm to judge if a node is a content node or a noisy node based on characteristics of the node and neighboring nodes. This algorithm enables us to filter advertisement nodes and irrelevant navigation. Experimental results on 10 news websites revealed that our algorithm could achieve a 96.34% average acceptable rate.

대학에서 시간강사는 교육과 연구를 통해 유능한 인재 배출, 연구 경쟁력 강화, 그리고 국가와 사회의 지식 및 학문 발전에 기여하고 있다. 그러므로 시간강사를 위한 국가 및 대학의 학술연구정보서비스는 그들의 교육·연구 활동에 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 시간강사를 대상으로 설문조사 방식을 적용하여 그들이 처한 정보환경과 정보요구 그리고 교육학술정보에 대한 인식도와 이용행태 등을 조사·분석하여 효율적인 교육학술정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 교사, 학생 및 학부모와 같은 교육정보 사용자들에게 맞춤정보를 제공하는 RSS 기반 교육정보시스템을 개발한다. 다양한 교육정보 웹페이지로부터 교육정보를 수집하기 위해서 우리는 웹기반 RSS 리더기를 설계한다. 웹기반 RSS 리더기는 RSS를 제공하는 해당사이트나 블로그 등의 URL의 주소를 입력받아 RSS 파일인지를 인식하고 파서에 로드하여 XML 문서로 생성하고 분류하여 시스템에 등록한다. 시스템에 등록된 문서에 해당되는 웹페이지에 새로운 정보가 업데이트 되면 자동으로 이를 수집하여 사용자에게 제공해준다. 따라서 사용자들은 자신에게 적합한 정보를 얻기 위해 일일이 해당되는 사이트를 검색하지 않고서도 실시간으로 맞춤형 교육정보를 제공받을 수 있다.

교육이란 사회적 변화를 예측하고 우리 사회가 필요로 하는 인재를 길러내야 할 책무성을 띠고 있으며, 이러한 사회적 변화에 따라 교육은 능동적으로 변해야 한다. 이러한 국내 교육변화에 대한 관심은 지난 1995년 교육과학기술부 교육개혁위원회의 '5 31 교육개혁안'을 통해 구체화된 바 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 교육정보화 정책의 3단계 방향과 교육정보화의 핵심 기술인 이러닝과 유러닝 기술을 검토할 것이다. 또한 이러닝은 콘텐츠 전달 매체에 따라 엠러닝(m-learning), 티러닝(t-learning), 유러닝(u-learning), 알러닝(r-learning), game-based learning 등으로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문은 이 중 새로운 콘텐츠 전달 방법인 알러닝의 개념을 소개하고 유러닝과의 차이점을 비교하여 검토한다.

최근 과학적 정책결정의 합리성을 뒷받침하기 위해서 통계에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 통계 수요자들은 사용자가 필요한 통계표를 직접 실시간적으로 산출하고자 하는 요구를 지속적으로 제기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 의사결정 및 통계시스템에서 주로 사용하고 있는 데이터웨어하우스, OLAP 시스템 및 스타스키마에 관하여 알아보고 수요자들의 다양한 요구에 부응하기 위한 교육인적자원 통계정보 시스템의 구축에 대해 기술한다. 또한 교육인적자원 통계정보시스템의 핵심기능인 Web OLAP 시스템을 통해서 수요자가 원하는 교육통계정보를 실시간적으로 산출하기 위한 시스템의 구축방안에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

Given the lack of suitable quality evaluation standards for educational serious games (designed for both entertainment and instruction), we designed a development framework for evaluation standards of educational serious games and proceeded to develop standards in accordance with our proposed procedure. Our standards were designed to evaluate the quality of both technical and non-technical elements of educational serious game software products. We conducted a survey on the need for individual elements of the standard. Participants rated the need for each element on a five-point Likert scale. We then performed a reliability analysis of the survey results. Based on the survey results, we established a final standard for quality evaluation composed of 9 main elements and 31 sub-elements. The results of our research will contribute useful information to users as well as to the developers of educational serious games.

The purpose of this study is to propose evaluation factors for elementary school facility in terms of educational adequacy. The focal point of this study is to clarify the proper measure of educational facility evaluation in the light of specific characteristics of facility. In order to improve the level of educational adequacy, more information is needed regarding school facility design and various factors which affect to the design. This is important works because such information is essential in implementing facility design to meet the needs of the new educational policy. To get the goal, first, it is attempted to analyse the meaning of design information which deeply affect on the school facility design. The design information is classified into three main aspects, such as human aspect, social aspect and physical aspect. The design information regarding the physical space verses human psychology and behavior belongs to category of human aspect. Pedagogic ideology which varies depend upon the time and regions is classified into the category of social aspect. The Physical aspect means efficient equipment performance of space to support educational activities effectively. Secondly, as for the educational adequacy evaluation concern, it is attempted to select more items which usually has been neglected by the existing evaluation criteria which mainly emphasized functional performances only. With the premise of the above, in this paper, it is attempted to propose proper evaluation factors in terms of educational adequacy for school facilities. As the research methods, researching of literature on this subject, field trip, interview, site analysis, and survey is used.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of educational service quality, participation intention, and educational performance in action learning class. Methods: The proposed research model is tested using structural equation modeling for hypotheses based on the data collected from one of action learning class. Results: The results indicate that educational service quality(reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, information accuracy, and relationship quality) positively affects participation intention which in turn improve educational performance, including aspects of before and after class of action learning. In addition, participation intention in classroom positively affects educational performance with both groups. For after class of action learning, the result confirms the effect of responsiveness of educational service quality on participation intention, however, in before class of action learning there is not showed a significant relationship. Conclusion: This study would provide useful information and can be applied to the improvement of educational performance through the participation of students by the instructors and the educational institutes who want to apply the active learning forum in classroom.

The article considers current information technologies in the organization of educational work in secondary schools in Great Britain. The forms and types of organization of educational work in secondary schools of Great Britain with the help of modern information technologies are covered. The purposes of education with the help of modern information technologies are singled out. Mental, physical, labor, moral, aesthetic and other types of education, merged in a holistic educational process, provide an opportunity to achieve the main goal - the formation of a comprehensive and harmoniously developed personality. All forms of educational work have their pedagogical significance, and each of them is valuable in the process of education. Democratization and partnership development are the leading principles of education in British schools at the present stage; multiculturalism and student independence. This is the ability to promote the role of different types of education, such as: labor, moral, legal, religious, family, environmental, aesthetic, civic, physical, mental education, which is now possible with the help of current information technology. The main purpose of this study is to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the application of BIM to the educational facilities. All the data information is drawn from the integrated design process which links various fields such as energy simulation, structure analyzation, and etc, and it is applied to the project combined as one data set. Moreover, we analyze the possible problems of the data exchange that can happen as collaborating with various fields while working on the project, and we present its solutions and the futher studies on this matter of a project.
